Quarantine Zone: The Last Check drops you straight into checkpoint duty, where Day 1 and Day 2 are all about learning the basics — inspecting people, managing limited resources, and making uncomfortable calls under pressure. It starts simple enough, but the game quickly makes it clear that small mistakes can spiral fast, and every decision matters more than it first appears. This walkthrough covers the early days step by step, so you can get through the opening without unnecessary losses or missed mechanics.
Quarantine Zone: The Last Check is a randomized game and will produce different results for different players. This walkthrough documents our specific playthrough to victory. Symptoms, survivor traits, and obtainable items are randomized each time you play, so your experience may vary.

Day 1
The New Guy
After you get off the helicopter you are in a room that you can move and look around in. Look to the left and pick up the walkie talkie.
Also note that you have a 1000 dollars in your inventory. Go out of your room and take the gate on the right to get to the checkpoint. Speak to Georgie.
Now you need to call the first survivor in. You need to check the survivor for symptoms. Once you wave him in, pick up the flashlight from the table.
Open your Symptoms log and match the list of symptoms to what you can observe on the survivor.
Jerry Murphy is your first survivor. Check his symptoms: Conjunctivitis.
Next send him to Quarantine from the Distribution tab.
Call in the next survivor. Isla Cook is the next survivor and you cannot see anything wrong with her. So send her to the Survivor’s Block.
You have 4 days before the next evacuation and you need to have 5 Survivors by then.
Call in the next survivor. Ella Gonzalez, the next person has Yellow Eyes.
Send her to Quarantine as well. Call in the next survivor. Nora Collins is your next survivor and she has blood red eyes.
Send her to Liquidation. The last person is Donald Crow. Send him to the Survivor’s Block. Next, head to bed and go to sleep. Once you wake up the next morning, you can see the Economy tab.
Day 2
Quarantine and Tools
Head to the Quarantine room to check on the survivors there.
Check the two survivors you sent to Quarantine yesterday. Call up Jerry Murphy again for inspection. His eyes have cleared up so send him to the Survivor’s block.
Go over to Georgie now. He will tell you about elevated heart rates in the infected and hand you a Thermopulsometer.
Call in the next survivor – Amelia Reed. Check her pulse and temperature. Both seem to be elevated.
Select High Temp from the Symptoms tab and send her to Liquidation. Call in the next survivor – Evelyn Collons, and check her temperature. Both her temp and her heartbeat seem normal so send her to Survivor’s Block.
The next survivor is Ellie Mitchell who has elevated temp.
Send her to Quarantine. Call in the next survivor, Joseph Nelson. He has High Temp.
Send him to Liquidation. Call in the next guy, Crazy Dave. His Pulse and Temperature are normal so send him to the Survivor’s block.
The final survivor for the day is Stella Roberts who has a High Temperature. Send her to Liquidation. Once the final survivor is done. Head to your bed and go to sleep.
