Day 7 and Day 8 are days where Quarantine Zone: The Last Check starts applying more pressure. You have to check for contraband now. You will also have access to the Laboratory, where you need to extract infected organs to discover new symptoms. Additionally, the bulletin board will start putting up requests to make your life harder.
Quarantine Zone: The Last Check is a randomized game and will produce different results for different players. This walkthrough documents our specific playthrough to victory. Symptoms, survivor traits, and obtainable items are randomized each time you play, so your experience may vary.

Day 7
Needful things
Head to the checkpoint and check the Bulletin Board. There will be notes (quests) from the Major and Georgie. If you fullfill the tasks you will earn cash and RP depending on the task.
I had a quest called “Hammer Moratorium”, the goal of which was to not use the hammer for a day. There was another quest called “Lazarus”, in which I needed to find a man called Solomon and send him straight to Qurantine. Anyway, now head to the Quarantine zone to inspect the survivors. I checked the pulse and temperature of the first survivor in there but didn’t use the hammer. No bite marks or rashes as well so sent Jose Gonzalez to the Survivor’s Block.
I inspected the next survivor and left him there since he had yellow eyes and elevated temperature. Back at the checkpoint, I started the inspection. The first guy showed no symptoms so sent Abe Crow to the Survivor’s Block. The next guy came in with a backpack and so I had to inspect the bag.
I confiscated a Flamethrower and two knives. Weapons will net you cash but if they are carrying zombie parts – send them to liquification immediately. All his symptoms are normal so I sent Brian Perez to the Survivor’s Block. The next survivor had normal symptoms so I sent Baity Bait to the Survivor’s Block.
The next survivor had a backpack from which I confiscated bullets and brass knuckle. Madison King had skin cuts and red eyes. I sent her to Liquidation.
The next survivor, William Gonzalez, had no contraband on him and all his symptoms were normal so I sent him off to the Survivor’s Block. The next survivor, Lily Collins had green skin.
So I sent her off to Liquidation. The next survivor King, had no visible or measurable symptoms so I sent him off to the Survivor’s Block.
I then ended the day. At night I had to man the drones again.
Take down the waves before they take down the walls. Deal with both waves to achieve Victory.
Day 8
Further Analysis
This day starts with you needing to find out who wrote dirty poems on the camp walls for the Quest “Ask your Mom”. Resupply the canteen, the clinic, and the generator if you need to. I checked the bulletin board and had two new requests, “Scanner Moratorium” and “Wanted: Bruised Face”.
I checked the first survivor of the day.
She had a new symptom so I needed to find out and tag the symptom. Click on Unknown Symptoms in the Symptoms tab. Then click Distribution and Laboratory to send Emilia Taylor there.
Head to the Laboratory now. Its at the back in the Survivor’s Block.
Go to the market monitor and play the mini game.
If you extract the organ within the set time limit, you will get extra RP. Destroy the yellow organs to get to the green one. Do not destroy red organs. Remember, you can zoom in. Once you have extracted the organ, place it in the sample creator and discover the new symptom. Once the analysis is complete, the symptom will be added to the Symptoms chart. It won’t show up on the chart till tomorrow. I then headed to the Quarantine Zone and executed the zombie there. Back at the inspection point, the next survivor had High Temperature.
So I sent Carl Lopez off to Liquidation. The next survivor Matthew Gordon had green skin so I sent him off to Liquidation.
The next survivor Abe Hill had skin cuts on his face. I couldn’t use the scanner, so I sent him to the Laboratory for inspection. In the lab, I extracted his infected organ and discovered another new symptom.
The next survivor had a backpack and I seized an ammo crate from him. He had high fever, so I sent Jerry Adams to Liquidation.
The next survivor had an axe and a saw in the backpack which I seized. Charlotte Johnson had pale skin so I sent her to Quarantine.
The last survivor of the day, Walter Edwards, had a bruised face. So, I sent him to Liquidation to complete the “Wanted: Bruised Face” request.
I didn’t use the scanner today I had completed the Scanner Moratorium request as well. I then ended the night.
