Securing Otam

While the main story has already been completed, there is still one main quest remaining. That quest is Securing Otam. To complete this, you will need to head to the first world. Once you have switched to the first world, your objective will be to speak with Elder Ernan about where to build the wardstone.
For that, head to Glenfirm Village and talk to the elder. Upon talking to him, the quest Securing Otam will update and move forward.
Head To The Boar Sanctuary
Now you have to head to the sanctuary, which is a little to the southwest side of the village. Head there and proceed forward to meet the elder and some other people who are gathered in the area.
Build The Wardstone

Now, in order to build the Wardstone, you will have to head up the stairs and stand slightly to the left of the pillar at the top. To build the wardstone, you will need 500 stone and glimmerstone. Once you have done that, a short cutscene will commence. When it ends, the quest Securing Otam will be completed successfully.
Upgrading The Base

Now, there are many buildings in the base that you can unlock and upgrade. At this point in the game, you would have already unlocked most of them, so what you need to do now is focus on upgrading them properly. Make sure to upgrade the town hall to complete several related quests.
Other than that, the fishing dock is also important, so make sure you have that upgraded as well. That way, there will not be a shortage of food at any time. Aside from that, having the apothecary maxed out is extremely important, along with unlocking all of the potions, so you do not have to return to the base every time you get hurt during exploration.
Simply explore the base for some time and upgrade as many buildings as possible. If you are short on materials, simply assign some workers to gather them efficiently. Meanwhile, you can explore the world and complete some side quests to make progress and gather more resources.
Complete Some Side Quests In Ealam
Now, as the main story is already completed, there are many side quests and areas you can explore, so let us focus on some of them in detail.
Head To The Lost Golem

The Lost Golem site can be found to the left of the Soft Sand Tunnel. So, head there and move to the right. There are going to be some small enemies, so take care of them first. Once you have defeated them, loot the area and then continue heading right to face more enemies. The monsters shooting from above are the most annoying ones in this section.
To deal with them, simply move close to those monsters, and they should jump down. Once they are down, eliminate them and then loot the entire area, as there are many useful items available here.
How To Get A Golem As A Companion

Once you have looted everything, head left, and you will see some runes. There are multiple glowing runes placed across different levels. You simply need to cross them for them to activate and glow. Two are at the bottom, and two are on the platform above. One on the right is located on an even higher platform, and the last one will be at the top, where the symbol is located.
Once you have solved this puzzle, you will receive a golem as a companion. Along with that, you will also obtain Thrumgr Notes number 20.
Head To The Tragedy Mine

The Tragedy Mine is located north of the Lost Golem area, so head there next. Once you arrive, loot everything in the vicinity and then move to the right. As you proceed, a short cutscene will commence, and shortly after that, the person in the scene will start attacking you. Take care of him, and the area will be cleared.
Head To The Red Wolf Respite

Now, head to the location that is to the left of the Tragedy Mine. Once you reach it, move right to trigger a cutscene. Talk to Elet Tor, as he requires your assistance with something important. After talking to him, a new quest called Studying the Red Wolves will begin.
Studying The Red Wolves

As the quest starts, simply follow him closely. Once he stops, talk to him, and he will begin walking again. Just ahead, you will encounter a red wolf, and Elet Tor will study it for a short time. After he finishes, he will ask you to head back to the camp. As you head back, a red wolf will ambush you, so take care of it and continue.
Then, talk to Elet Tor again, and the quest Studying the Red Wolves will be completed. After that, speak with Elet Tor again and ask him to join your settlement. With that, you will gain another person who can contribute to your settlement.
Head To The Pharlum Maw

This area is located a little southwest of the runegate in Ealam. Head there and go left. Just ahead, you will find a person named Rubil Del. Talk to him, and a quest called The Mining Expedition will begin. Then, give him 200 food, and he will ask for your help with another matter.
The Mining Expedition

After talking to Rubil Del, head left, and you will find Quil Del. As you meet him, a cutscene will commence, and you will be attacked by some worms. Take care of them and then talk to Quil Del. After speaking with him, head back to Rubil and talk to him again.
Continue the conversation and ask him to join your settlement to complete the Mining Expedition quest.
Head To Ordon’s Mirage

This place can be found to the east of the Moonwell Oasis. Head there and go to the right. You will then see some pillars appearing, and after moving a little ahead, a quest called The Mirage Ruins will be triggered. Now you have to activate the symbols in the order they appear.
Activate the one on the right side first, and then activate the one on the far left side. After that, activate the one to the right of the one you just activated, and then activate the last one for the puzzle to be solved. After solving the puzzle, you need to head to the right, go up the stairs, jump onto the platform, and then jump onto another platform to the left.
As you reach the highest spot, you will see the reward. You will get Ordon’s Reflector and Thrumgr’s Notes number 24.
Head To The Raided Blue Cinder Settlement

This place will be to the east of Ordon’s Mirage. Head there, and go to the right. As you do this, a cutscene will commence, and two parties will start fighting. Help the larger group defeat everyone else, and then loot the entire area, as there is a lot to collect. Once you have looted everything, it is time to head to a different place.
Head To Midgur’s Hollow

This area will be to the south of the Raided Blue Cinder Settlement. Once you reach there, head to the right, and you will see a platform that is a different color from the rest. It will be lighter in color, so jump on it, and then jump and dash to the left. Once you have done that, a cutscene will commence, and a platform on the left will rise.
When that happens, jump and dash to the other platform, and then head left to find the runes. The pattern to solve the puzzle is on the right side, above the platform you first jumped on. To reach there, you will need to jump on the platform that appeared on the left, and then continue to the right side. Head up the platform and jump to reveal the pattern.
The correct pattern is the M symbol, followed by X, Y, F (up), and F (down). Upon solving it, the area will be cleared, and you will receive the rewards. The rewards will include some money, Midgur’s Javelin, and Thrumgr’s Notes number 16.
Head To The Blue Cinder Settlement

Now that you have cleared Midgur’s Hollow, head to the Blue Cinder Settlement. This can be found to the east of Halfway Heaven, which is located to the south of Midgur’s Hollow. Head to the right and ignore the enemies at the beginning. Focus on the one casting explosives, as that is the most annoying enemy. Defeat him first, and then deal with the rest.
Once you have taken care of all of them, free the dwarves and then head up. Defeat the enemies and then loot the area. After that, head to the right of the bridge, defeat the enemies, loot the area, and then head down. Go down the stairs, enter through the passage, go down more stairs, defeat the enemies, and the area will be cleared.
Now take your time and loot everything before you head to a different location.
Head To The Winding Spires

Now head to the Winding Spires, which are to the east of the Blue Cinder Settlement. As you go ahead, a cutscene will commence, and some people will require assistance from you. As they are quite rude, you can keep negotiating with them and bargaining for more gold.
However, once you select the option asking for 1000 gold, it will result in a fight. When that happens, defeat them, and the area will be cleared. However, if you want to help them, simply show them your map for 500 gold.
Head To The Second Runegate

This location can be found to the east of the Bereketli Governor’s Estate. Head there and go to the right. As you go right, head up one platform and then up another. Go right, and you will find Thrumgr’s Notes number 8. After that, head right and talk to Murim. Upon talking to him, you can ask him to join your settlement.
Head To Rimdel’s Test Of Wisdom

This area can be found to the south of The Second Runegate. Head there and then go left. Now interact with the symbol in the middle to reveal the pattern of this puzzle. Activate the one on the far left first, and then activate the one that looks like F. After that, activate the one that looks like P, and then the one to the right of the one you activated first. After that, activate the last one, and the first step will be completed.
Once the first step is over, activate the symbol in the middle again, and a new pattern will be revealed. First activate the one that looks like P, then the one that looks like F, then the one to the right side of the symbol on the left. After that, activate the one that looks like T, and then activate the last one.

Now interact with the symbol in the middle again to reveal the pattern of the last step. First activate the one on the left, then the one to its right. After that, activate the P symbol, and then the F one. After that, activate the one you activated first, and then P again. Lastly, activate the T symbol, and you will get Rimdel’s Masterful Contraption and Thrumgr’s Notes number 13.
