Chapters 9 and 10 begin with Reach and the team assaulting the Central Tower. Inside, you fight through PCPD forces while navigating vertical environments using vents, scaffolding, and enhanced movement. You collect scans and upgrades, including a final health increase, while solving electrical puzzles to progress. A major encounter with the Matriarch involves timing movements around deadly currents and disabling generators. After freeing Tempest and advancing, you battle waves of enemies in a massive server room, destroying key panels to weaken the system. The climax unfolds through cutscenes and a final sequence, ending with a flashback as Warren, revealing crucial story details and concluding the game.

Chapter 9 begins with Reach and the gang crashing into the Corporation Central Tower.
Central Tower
Once you have control head to the right, you will find Ironwood and the gang taking care of business. Reach needs to create a short circuit.

Go up the stairs and to the right to find this document.
Go to the let and rip the panel off the wall to create a short circuit. Watch the cutscene. Head to the left and climb the ladder up. Go to the right and and climb up the vent. Double jump and grip with your enhanced hand and then into the vent on the right. Next up, double jump your way through to the right. You will come across a ladder leading down. Drop down and take out all the PCPD guards here.
Go to the right, climb up and through the vent and into the next room. More guards. Take them out.
Once they are down climb up the planters on the right and up to the swinging bars. Make your way left from here.
Upgrade: Health Increase 10
Climb up the side of the walls here and move to the left on the 4th floor, on to the balcony and you will find the health upgrade.

Go back out to the panels you were just climbing and to the right on the 4th floor and go through the green open door.
In this new area go up the scaffolding and double jump up to the vent on the right. Go through and climb up again and drop down. Move to the right. You will see you are at floor 116. Go up the elevator shaft to 118. Watch for the falling debris and use all od the hold son the walls. Once you reach 118, go to the left and go through. Go through the tunnels and then to the outside into a new station floor. Fight off all the PCPD officers here.
Once they are all down. Go to the right and climb up the side of the platform above.

Climb up the side of the wall and on the other side you will find this scan.
Keep going to the left and climb up the ladder in the area with the green light. Once you are up, go to the left and vault over the railing and drop down into the next area. Crawl and move forward and drop into the office area.

On the right of the office area you can find this document.
Go to the left and you will be in a closed off area. Matriarch will show up. Once she is going and Ironwood overloads the system. Hack the terminal above and solve the puzzle.
As the electricity comes crashing towards you, move to the right and climb the wall. Jump up and then on to the hanging bars. Swing to the left, hold till the electricity passes you and drop down. Rip open the panel down here now.
The next part of the puzzle will now be exposed. Solve that. Climb up the left wall now and drop down when the electricity passes you. Wait for the platform on the right to come up, and once it does, destroy it and solve the central part of the puzzle. When the central generator comes up, destroy it to open the path to the left. Take out the matriarch. Once you have control head to the left into the next area. Keep going to the left and you will soon reach the containment area. You will find Tempest. Free him. As he catches his breath move to the left and check the new terminal.

Check all the options in the terminal.
Go back and talk to Tempest. Reach will send Tempest with a mission. Once he is gone, go to the left and push the cart near the wall. Climb up and go into the vent. Keep moving left as the path goes. Once you reach the elevator, take it to 118 and get out. Go to the left and clear out the PCPD officers here. There are a few of them. Keep moving till you reach the giant server room. REACH will now summon multiple officers. Take them down. Once they are down, go to the right and make your way up the database racks. Jump off on the right and drop down, and destroy the panel. Drop down. Watch the cut scene play out. More guards next. Take them all out. Now, climb up the database racks on the left to the top. Jump onto the platform and destroy the second panel. Drop down and watch the scene play out again. Â Take out the guards now. For the final time, climb up the database racks on the right and up to destroy the final panel. Drop down and use the chair, watch the cut scenes. Take control of Warren in the flashback sequence and watch the final ending.
