Welcome to Into Indie Games walkthrough of Silent Hill: Townfall, Part 3: The Patient.
Silent Hill: Townfall is a survival horror game where you play as two protagonists, Zoe and Simon. The former has more stealth-focused gameplay, while the latter is focused more on action. However, do note that the game is designed to be played more stealthily, so there is not going to be a lot of action. For more information, check out the game’s website.
The third part of the game is pretty complicated, especially Chapter 8. It consists of only one puzzle, but it can be pretty challenging to complete. It messes with your head, and there are plenty of monsters throughout the areas. So, here, we will guide you on how to complete Part 3, The Patient, in Silent Hill: Townfall with ease.

Silent Hill: Townfall – Part 3: The Patient Walkthrough – Chapter 7: Zoe: The Patient

As you start Part 3, you will be in a room inside St. Amelia Medical Centre. To the left of the whiteboard, there will be a map of the centre, so make sure to pick it up. There are several interactables in the room, so make sure to interact with them. When you interact with the computer, turn it on and check out the email and the other available information.
There is also a first aid kit in the room, so make sure you pick that up too. On the right side of the room is an intercom. Interact with it to talk to Dr. Glenn. Once you have talked to him, you will have to check the patient’s blood pressure using the machine.
You just have to tell Dr. Glenn what the blood pressure is. Opposite the intercom, in the middle of the room, will be a vital signs monitor, the one displaying the pulse, systolic blood pressure, SpO2, and diastolic pressure. Respond to Dr. Glenn and tell him about the systolic reading.
Select the monitor in the middle right for the blood pressure. Then select the one to the left of it for the pulse. For the oxygen level, head to the left side of the bed where the whiteboard is. There will be another monitor there, so check it for the oxygen level.
Head Inside The X-Ray Room

Now, once you are done examining the vitals, you have to head inside the X-Ray room. To do that, simply head to the door, and you will have to enter the code. The code will appear on your pager. It is 7103.
X-Ray The Skull
Once you are inside, turn on the computer, and you will now have to adjust it to the skull. Move the lens a bit up and see if zooming in would help. You will get a pop-up saying that the patient’s skull is aligned. Once that is done, interact with the machine on the left side.
If you are confused about what to do here, the computer in the other room gives you information about the X-ray machine. It specifically tells you about the settings for different body parts. For example, for the skull, the voltage should be 3kV, the current should be 7mA, and the time should be 1s.
At the machine, make sure to set the site to the skull first and then make the other changes. Once you are done with the changes, turn on the power from the left side and then press the button on the right that says X-Ray.
X-Ray The Chest
Now, you have to adjust the lens to the chest area. Move the lens downward, and you will notice a little blood on the chest area. That is where you need to align the lens. Once you have done that, you will get a pop-up saying Patient Chest – Aligned.
After that, you simply have to make the necessary changes on the X-Ray machine. First, change the site to chest, then set the mA to 3 and the time to 1.2s. Then press X-Ray and, once it is done, head to the right side to get the prints out of the printer. There you will find the X-Rays of both the chest and skull.
Then, head back to the other room and put the X-Rays in the X-Ray film viewer, which will be right next to the intercom.
Examine The X-Rays

Once you have the X-Rays up, Dr. Glenn will ask you to examine them. You simply have to interact with the X-Rays, and Zoe will do the rest. The first one will be the skull, followed by the chest.
Collect The Medicine

Now, once you are done with the examination, you have to collect the medicine for the patient. Open the main door and exit the room. Then open your map, and you will see that you need 3mg Hydroxalene, 11mg Tensobromide, and 2.5mg Dextracylate.
Once you have exited the surgery room, head left, open the door, and as the door opens, you will see a monster ahead. Wait for the monster to go left and then move ahead. Do note that there is a telephone in the first room to the right, so if you need to save your progress, head there.
That said, you need to head into the last room on the right side. You should have enough time to get there. Head inside and search the locker for a first aid kit. Then use the computer to read a couple of emails and exit the room. Head inside the room with the telephone while the monster is on the other side.
Finding 11mg Tensobromide

Now, wait for the monster to head to the right side of the area and head left, where the monster first went. Then enter the last, second room, which is the pharmacy store on the right, to find 11mg Tensobromide. After that, exit the room and, on the right side, you will find a plank.
If you want to take down the monster, do so stealthily from behind and perform consecutive hits. However, if you are confident that you can stay stealthy, there is no need to take it down. We recommend taking this monster down, as you will have to return to this area soon enough.
Do note that after a couple of hits, the monster may be pushed back a bit, so move ahead before swinging again.
Finding 2.5mg Dextracylate

Now, exit this area and start heading toward Chapman Ward. There will not be anything useful in Patient Rooms A, B, and C. However, you will find gauze and alcohol in the office. There will also be a telephone there for you to save your progress.
From there, head to the Chapman Ward first floor. Head up the stairs and, on the right side, there will be a monster. On the left side, there will be a computer you can use to read emails. From the email, it seems like you can find Hydroxalene and Dextracylate in the Chapman Ward.
As the monster is roaming around the right side of the area, you need to distract it or take it down. If you want to go with the former, head north of the area. On the left side, there will be a radio you can turn on to make noise. Then head to the right side and go left. The monster will follow the noise, giving you some time to make your way to the left side.

Then head to the north side of the area and go right. There you will find 2.5mg Dextracylate. After that, enter the room on the opposite side of where you found the 2.5mg Dextracylate to find the code to the New Record Room and a bottle. The code will be 2605.
Finding 3mg Hydroxalene

Now, you need to head down the stairs. If you want to save your progress in the office, you can do so. Once you are done, head inside the Chapman Ward on the ground floor. Now you have to head to the records room. That said, there is going to be a monster along the way.
Either take it down or head left to make noise using the radio. Then head left from there and go right to make your way toward the records room. Once you are there, enter the code, 2605, and then head to the left side. Inside the steel cabinet, you will find 3mg Hydroxalene.
Now that you have all of the medicine Dr. Glenn prescribed, head back to the surgery room and use the infusion pumps to administer the treatment.
Use The Infusion Pumps To Administer The Treatment

Now, check the computer for the delivery rates. As the patient’s body mass is 88kg, check the chart for the 81- 90 kg range. For 2.5mg Dextracylate, the delivery rate is 15. For 11mg Tensobromide, the delivery rate is 8, and for 3mg Hydroxalene, it is 7.
Now, on the left side of the bed, there will be a machine that is almost at the same height as Zoe. There are three of these machines. One will be on the right side of this one, and the last one will be on the right side of the bed. Use each of these machines to enter the delivery rate and press the Ready Pump button.
Only one machine can be used for each medicine. Once you are done, there is a machine on the right side of the whiteboard, on top of the tray. Use that machine to start the process.
Call Extension 5353

Now, head to the reception, which will be on the left side after you exit the surgery room. Use the telephone there and press 5353 to call the hospital storage. If you have taken down the monster, you can simply enter the elevator. However, if you did not, wait for the monster to go to the other side and then enter.
Then interact with the basement button, and now you have to head to the storage area. That said, a monster will be right beside the door to the storage room. What you need to do is stealthily enter the kitchen, go to the left side, turn on the radio, exit through the door of the staff room, close the kitchen door, and then head to the storage room.
Find The Medical Intubation Kit

Once you are inside, squeeze through the right side, and you will find the Medical Intubation Kit. Then exit the storage room, and the monster will be in the hallway. What you need to do is head into the kitchen, make noise through the radio, exit through the kitchen, and head to the elevator.
Then head back to the ground floor and return to the surgery room. Now, interact with the patient and the process will begin. To intubate the patient, you need to move the stick or the mouse to where the visual flashes red. Then, you have to hold R2 or RT to insert.
The order for this on all difficulties is going to be similar. The first one will be on the right side, the second one will be on the lower left, and the third one will move toward the top. Once you have done that, Chapter 7 in Silent Hill: Townfall, Part 3: The Patient, will be over.
Chapter 8: Many Into One – Head Down The Ladder

Now you will be back playing as Simon. There will be a room on the right side that will be locked. The code is 7103, and inside you will find a strange postcard. Then, you have to head down the ladder. Once you are down, you will be back in the same room you were in during Chapter 2.
Exit the room, follow the path ahead, squeeze through the tight space, and then fine-tune the machine. The process is going to be the same, so once you have done that, open the vent cover and head inside. It will lead to a washroom, so once you are there, open the door and then head left to find a pipe.
Swap the pipe with the plank you have, and then head down the stairs. There, inside a small metal cabinet, you can find antibiotics. Once you have those, head back up the stairs and proceed further. As you go ahead, you will find a map of the area. It will be named Medical Centre – Different.
Solving The Blood Transfusion Puzzle
Now, you will notice that there is a puzzle you need to solve. So, first head to the right side and enter the last room on the east. Inside the metal safe, you will find a first aid kit. On the opposite side of the metal safe, you will notice a vent.
Open the vent to enter it, and inside the room you will get the Alan Duncan Blood Bag. There will also be a patient list and a message. Then unlock the door and use the telephone on the left side to save your progress. After that, head to the right side and pick up alcohol from the second-to-last room on the left side.
Then, on the north side, place the Alan Duncan Blood Bag and transfuse it. Once that starts, the gate will open. From there, head further and go down the ladder. Then open your map to see L.G. and S.W. marked at 12 and 05, respectively.
Finding Sarah Watson And Lesley Greer Blood Bags

Do note that there are going to be monsters here. So, head left and enter the last room on the west side. Squeeze through to get to the other room and then unlock the door to exit. Then head left to enter Room S05. Inside, you will find the Sarah Watson Blood Bag.
Then head out, go left, and head down the stairs. As you do, a short cutscene will commence. There is going to be a different monster here, so you will have to be stealthy. Head to the left side and then enter Room 10 to find a gauze and an empty IV bag. Then pick up the lock box key from Room 11.
After that, check where the monster is using the CRTV, then head out of the room and follow the path to the left. Then make your way across and head into Room 04 to get a Ward W Master Key. Also, inside Room 05, you can find a gauze.

Now, do note that before exiting any room, make sure to check through the CRTV to see if there is a monster nearby. Then head to Room 06 and open it using the key you just received. Inside the room will be a strange postcard. Now, head to Room 12 and open the gate right next to it. Then use the ladder to go up and, inside the room, you will find the Lesley Greer Blood Bag.
Pick it up, then open the metal safe to get IV Fluid, and then open the vent to head out. Then head into Room 01 to open the box using the lock box key, and you will get 2 pistol rounds and antibiotics. Then exit the room, head right, go up the ladder, and go to the other side of the area.
Finding George McEwan And Matthew Clark Blood Bags

There, put the Lesley Greer Blood Bag in place and transfuse it. Then go ahead, as there will be a monster. You can sneak past it to enter Room D03 or take it down. Once you have entered the room, head left and interact with the elevator. Then head left to pick up gauze, and then open the door on the left side.
Then go ahead, down the stairs, and pick up two pistol rounds and a gauze from Room 05. Now that you have extra bullets, head up the stairs and open the vent on the left side. By the way, there is also a strange postcard in Room 08 on the lower floor.

Go through the vent, head ahead, and jump down. Then go ahead further, and there are going to be more pistol rounds inside the metal safe. There is also going to be the George McEwan Blood Bag, so pick that up. Next to it will be a Ward P Master Key.
Use the key to open the gate and then head left. Then enter Room 12, and do note that as you open the door using the master key, there is going to be an enemy inside. Take it down and then open the vent to go ahead. Open the small metal cabinet for gauze and IV Fluid.
Then open the door and head forward to Room 03. There you will find the Matthew Clark Blood Bag inside the elevator. You can swap the pipe if yours is damaged.
Make Your Way Back

Then exit Room 01, head straight ahead, and make your way through the vent. The vent will be in Room 02. If Room 02 is not open for you just simply go ahead and come back. A monster will come out of the room, and it will open. Then, head up the stairs and enter the room on the north-east side. It was not open before, but it will be now, and along the way, you will also have to take down one monster.
As you get inside the room, hide, as the monster you found on the lower floor of the other area, The Weight, will come here. Interact with the metal wheel as soon as possible, and when the animation is over, hide instantly. Wait for the monster to go away.
After that, exit the room and stealthily make your way to Room 10. Inside, there will also be a metal wheel. Rotate it and then hide. Wait for the monster to go away, then exit the room and head toward the ladder to go up. Then run toward the exit, and it is time to finish the puzzle.
Finishing The Puzzle

Place the blood bags in their respective places and then transfuse them. Place the Sarah Watson Blood Bag in the first spot on the left side. The second spot is for the Matthew Clark Blood Bag, and the only spot on the right side belongs to the George McEwan Blood Bag.
Now, for the next part, head inside the door that just opened. You need to rotate the circles so they form a straight line for the T.F., H.M., and S.W. initials. Once you have done that, confirm it by pressing the Ordell button.
Then a door will open, so go ahead, and a cutscene will be triggered. With that, Chapter 8, along with The Patient in Silent Hill: Townfall, will be concluded.
