Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough for Sorry We’re Closed.
Sorry We’re Closed is a nostalgic, single-player survival horror game with rich lore, deep characters and multiple endings. Apart from the steps outlined in this walkthrough, it has a lot more to offer, so we highly recommend that you explore and interact with its world as much as possible.

After Day 1 starts and you are back on the street – check the apparitions up near Culture Shock. Talk to Violet and the mailman.
Before going into Culture Shock to find Robyn, visit the restaurant at the end of the lane. Check the TV for another episode of Dying Petals. Oakley will ask you to talk to Darrel. Check the patrons in the place and leave. Head further down and you will find a scene taking place with Darrel and Clarissa.
Talk to Darrel and ask him to go see Oakley. Speak to Clarissa next and head to Culture Shock. Speak to Marty behind the counter. Robyn will show up and after you conclude the conversation she will leave for the underground station. Speak to Marty next to update your logbook and head out. Head to the underground station across your apartment.
After entering check the apparitions near the stairs. You will see an axe but you can’t take it yet. Speak to Robyn and activate your third eye. Check the apparition infront of the stairs and then pick up the axe.
Use the axe to clear the blockage infront of the gates and head in. Activate your third eye near the thorns to walk over them. Pick up the water bottle on the right and head down the escalator. Kill the rat at the end of the escalator by attacking its heart in third eye vision or just hack at in normal aim mode. Crawl under to get to the other side. Head to the save point and save.
Head south now and pick up the water bottle from the bench. Kill the rat that attacks you. Head into the room next to the save point and kill the rat. Switch to Third eye and break the box here for an artifact.
Next up is a door with an eye on it. It’s the power distribution room but you can’t enter it but if you unequip your weapon you can talk to it. Next to this door is a room that says Management and a bathroom in the corridor near the bottom. Enter the bathroom first. Speak to the person in the bathroom stall and he will ask for certain items.
He wants Old Food, Icy Snack and Something dehydrated. Go back out and enter the management room, talk to Robyn and pick up the pistol Hellhound. She will train you on the central mechanic of combat in the game. After you are done pick up the Mouldy Sandwich from the chair.
Exit the room and go to the eye. Maintain your distance so it keeps it eye open and shoot it. Enter the room. Pick up the ammo and go past the thorns. A path to the left has a door and a demon up front next to a switch. Enter the room first and kill the demon here. Pick up the water bottle at the end of the path. Leave and now pull the switch to fight the demon on the other side. The demon cannot be killed, just stunned and he shuts off your third eye. Take him and run to the right and enter the room.
Save here. Pick up the staff ID card next to the save point. Exit the room, head down and enter the next room on the left. Two rats will rush you, just kill them. There is a storage locker with something inside but you can’t pick the lock now.
Run back out and head to the back past the demon with the cleaver. Turn left and enter the room. Kill all the enemies here and pick up the screwdriver from the corpse.
Pick up the Jar of Pickled Cucumber from the counter before you leave this room. Heal at the sink near the counter but you can only heal in third eye mode. Head out and keep going to the right, walk past the thorns in third eye mode and take out the demons.
At the end of this path is another artifact. Go back to the room with the storage locker and pry open the lock.
Pick up the keyboard from the locker and head to the room with the Monitor you saw previously.
Use the keyboard from your inventory and then the staff ID card we picked up earlier to restore power. Head back to the train and you will meet Robyn at the exit. Meet her at the train. Pick up the artifact on the left.
Once the train starts moving, head down and pick up the ammo. Next head up and enter the door. Kill the two enemies on the other side. Keep moving up and taking the enemies out. There is a box of ammo in the next car, pick it up. Eventually you will hit a blockade. Clear the path with your axe. Keep going till you see the apparition.
Watch the cutscene and keep moving till you can talk to Robyn again. Now you will learn the Heartbreaker mechanic. Keep moving after. Watch the cutscene for Jenny next and prepare for a boss fight.
Shoot the hearts with your gun and charge Heartbreaker up to shoot the boss’ three major hearts to end the fight. Exit through the door at the end to end the Underground Station. Speak to the Duchess now.
