The world has ended—or at least, that’s what you’ll feel as you step into the worn shoes of a solitary lighthouse keeper. Static Dread: The Lighthouse, developed by solarsuit.games and published by Polden Publishing, launched on August 6, 2025, offering a chilling blend of bureaucratic simulation and cosmic horror.
In this walkthrough, we’ll guide you through the lighthouse’s unsettling halls. We’ll help you master key mechanics, make sense of cryptic encounters, preserve your sanity, and—most importantly—keep the light burning.

As this night starts, check the radio. It’s the Chief and he has news from the Coast Guard. He will ask you to route all cargo ships to the Coast Guard Station in Deep Creek.

Note: Always check the purpose of the vessel documentation. All cargo ships need to go to the Coast Guard.
Who is on frequency 249.9?
Check the radio and at 249.9 you will reach the vessel James Pryor. It’s a Wheeled Cargo Transport so send it to the Coast guard at Deep Creek.
Frequency 233.0 you can listen to the news.
Who is on frequency 051.5?
Switch to frequency 051.5 to get in touch with Captain Drake. He will ask the same off you, send suspicious vessels to Deep Creek. Next, he will ask you to send him directions to the Coast Guard.

If you start getting tired, eat something and always keep the lights on.
Respond to the call on the Radio. It’s the strange caller again. You will notice strange markings showing up around the Lighthouse. Clean the markings.

Go around the place and turn on all the lights.
If you are quick you will see Jackie’s ghost.
Village Elder
There is a knock on the door. It’s the Village Elder. He will ask about Jackie. The Village Elder will be worried about his son and ask to come in.

Again, its up to you if you want to let him in, but in this playthrough, I was playing by the rules. So I didn’t. The chief will call and ask you to check on the lighthouse light. Flip the switch back on at the bottom of the stairs.

Go up the spiral staircase and up to the light. Turn the crank up on the left and go back down. There is a ship out there needing guidance. You will receive a signal at 075.5 for the vessel, Mist.

Who is on frequency 225.9?
Guide the vessel to Blackfort. Check for lights again – dial to 225.9 to listen to Radio Chatter.

Who is on frequency 074.6?
Next flip over to frequency 074.6 for the vessel Symphony. The captain will start singing, which you can ask him about. Regardless, send him off to Blackfort. Soon a call will come in from Misty. She will be inquiring about Jackie. Talk to her about the situation and finally ask her to go to bed. Listen to the rest of her conversation.
The Boy
Check the knock at the front door. It’s a little boy and his nanny. After the unsettling conversation, close the door.

Who is on frequency 031.7?
Check the radio; you can listen to radio chatter on 085.1. Next, at 031.7, you will reach the vessel Luxurious. The strange voice will be back, asking you to send the yacht to him as it is carrying Ember, the drug. Once the documents come in, you will see a skull marking – where you can send the vessel to the Static. I chose to follow the rules and sent it to Blackfort.

Who is on frequency 181.2?
The Static will be back swearing at you. Check the lighthouse lights and go back to answer the call on the radio. You can listen into the Sheriff’s chatter on 181.2.
Who is on frequency 242.7?
Flip to 242.7 to call into Sea Catcher. She will send over a horrible picture. You can ask about Jackie’s vessel here. Send the Sea Catcher to Blackfort. The Chief will call in telling you the shift is over. End the shift and go back to reading more of the old Keeper’s journal. Next morning, the Courier will be at the door.

Take your payment and the generator key. You can also check his wares.

I got coffee, water and cookies off him.
You will now have the tooltip for the Perk: Speed. You can access the generator room now, but the pressing concern is that the Chief is mad because you sent Sea Catcher to Blackfort. Speak to the Chief about the troubles in the city.
You can check in on your family right now. You will find your daughter is sick. Also I would suggest cleaning around the place, cobwebs and markings. It’s important for your sanity.
Finally flip on the switch to start Night 3.
