The world has ended—or at least, that’s what you’ll feel as you step into the worn shoes of a solitary lighthouse keeper. Static Dread: The Lighthouse, developed by solarsuit.games and published by Polden Publishing, launched on August 6, 2025, offering a chilling blend of bureaucratic simulation and cosmic horror.
In this section of the walkthrough, we will guide you through the increased presence of military vehicles and their inspections. New strangers are showing up at your door and not all of them are friendly.

Start the shift by answering the call on the radio. The port will send over the instructions for tonight.

The military has set up its zone with the Aircraft Carrier, Tempest. You are to guide military ships to that location.
Who is on frequency 051.9?
It’s a vessel called Iceberg. Check the documents and notice that the ID doesn’t match.

Route them to Deep Creek.
A call will come in from a military vessel, send it to the top secret location shown on the second map.

Check the next call that comes in.
Who is on frequency 029.9?
It’s a vessel called Katherine Bailey. Check the documents and route the vessel to Old Harbor.

A call will come in now, answer it. It’s the Static. He wants the mark to be shared with someone in the lighthouse.

Again, the choice is yours. There is someone at the door. Go check it out.
Captain Drake

An angry Captain Drake is at your door. You can choose to let him in or not. I felt responsible for him so I let him in. Get back to your desk and check the radio.
Who is on frequency 002.2?
Another military vessel. Guide them to the designated militarized zone.
A call will come in from the Sheriff. They need guidance to catch up with the Village Elder. The Village Elder wants you to send them back to Blackfort. I chose to help him catch the Cultists.

Check the door now, walking past the now deteriorating teddy bear. It’s the Nanny at the door. See her off. Do your usual maintenance work and check the radio.
Who is on frequency 332.2?
It’s a ship called Glory. The captain’s ID is missing so ask for it. Everything seems fine so send him off to Blackfort.
The Deputy will now show up and want to get back to the village.

Send her off with good luck.
Next, the Chief will call in. He has joined Mr. Bennington in the city. Drink or eat something and get back on the radio after.
Who is on frequency 007.9?
It’s another military vessel, so send them off to the militarized zone.
Check the door, again.
The Cultist

Take the note off him and close the door. Check the radio again.
Who is on frequency 600.1?
Another military vessel. Route them to the designated militarized zone.

A strange call will come in and cut off and then there will be a knock on the door. Go check.
Pastor

His church was burned down and he and his flock needs a place to stay. I chose to let them in.
The port will call in now and the Static will butt in, as usual. The shift will end soon after.
Read the next page on the old Keeper’s journal. Next morning, the Courier will be back. Take your provisions off him and buy more if you need. He will tell you he is thinking of leaving town. I invited him to come stay with me.

A call from the Aircraft Carrier Tempest will come in, informing you that they are taking over the operation.

They will also tell you the city is in ruins. Call and check in on your family.

They are leaving town as well. Once the conversation is done – flip the breaker to start the shift.
