Our Super Fantasy Kingdom guides and walkthrough begins by teaching you the ropes of rebuilding your shattered realm — from gathering resources and raising buildings to recruiting heroes who defend your settlement each night.
So Run 2 should begin (provided you finished the tutorial in one run) with your Kingdom level roughly at Level 3 and 3-5 Shards.

Equip the Shield or the Sword on the hero Rickard.

I went with the Shield.
Day 1
Having unlocked extra resources last run, I started with 1 Wheat, 3 Wood, 1 Stone and 1 Gold. The build path should be Lumberyard > Quarry > House. Pick up the Shield and place it on Rickard.

You might not get enough wood to build the house. So end day 1 at the Tavern.
Day 2
When the old Hermit shows up you will have a Clown and Runescribe to choose from. I went with the Cyclops again.
Tip: Note that you can ban certain units from appearing on your runs by clicking the cross on top.

Assign all 3 workers to the Lumberyard, Quarry and Tavern. The build path now is Repair the Castle > Hire the Crossbowman. Soon you will have a choice. Select your fate as to which enemy you want to fight today.

Go with Clowns, if you get the same choice. They deal physical damage. I had 5 Shards now so I closed the fracture that ensured I had +1 Berries for future runs.

End the night at the Tavern.
Day 3-4
Select your fate on Day 3.

I went with the Mechanic. The current goal is to build the farm – get wheat and get a Monk Unit. The farm requires 5 Wood. Fight through the mobs and end the day at the tavern. On Day 4, build the Farm.

And then choose your fate.

I chose Jesters. I hired the Swordsman unit as well as I had enough stones. End the day as usual.
Day 5-6
These two days are for in prep for Day 7 when the Goblin King will appear. Get Wheat as soon as you can to +4 and get the Monk. If you saved the Merchant earlier he will show up with an offer for Gold in exchange for any of your resources.

5 Gold for 3 Wood seemed like a good deal to me so I took it. But you do you. If after selecting your fate for the day, you select on Gevald who is standing near the Forest you can learn about the enemies. I chose Werewolves as my fate today.

Once you have 4 Wheat get the Monk.

The next goal is to build the Sawmill. Keep on fighting the good fight and end the night at the Tavern.
On Day 6, Turn Gevald away if you don’t have the Gold. I didn’t. The build path right now is Sawmill > Gold Mine > Repair the castle. Select your fate for the day. Build the Sawmill when its up. Check if you have any shards from the bounty board – otherwise finish the day.
Day 7 – Goblin King
After beating the Goblin King, pick your relic. I got the one below –

Holy Water would sync well with my Monk. Near the forest you can click on this character called Selene, who can be summoned to the throne room (?)

Day 8
Pick your fate for the day. Mine was Marksman. I picked it because it was snowing and that weather effect slows enemies down.

Next, I focused on getting Gold and Board to repair the castle. End the day.
Day 9
Today the Mystic shows up, for one shard I picked up a Rejuvenate for the Monk.

I had enough boards now to build the wall (part of repairing the Castle).

Repair the Church to start generating gold. You can switch to Faith for the taxes on the King now. You might be running low on food every night now. The priority is to build a house.
Day 10
At the Church you can do a Ritual to increase your chances of getting a Shard.

If you have 5 gold – get the faster tax generation and more storage upgrade from the castle. Pick your fate for the day. I got two new enemy types today.

I went with the Halflings. Barely survived tonight.
Day 11
Build a road to the market -its next to the village – if you have 30 Glory now. This will allow you to buy resources for Gold.

Build a Road up from the burning village.

This will get you the quest at the Chapel. If you have been using the Monk – this quest should be already completed.

This needs to completed 3 times. I closed up the night at the tavern after barely surviving.
Day 12
My second run ended here. I did build a road to the fishery above the Monk’s house. I ended this run with my Kingdom at level 4 and 8 Shards.
