Corsair’s Scourge

As you make your way towards Yseult Docks to get Innominat’s book translated, the crew will fall sick to a mysterious illness, and Eizen will command them to change course to Port Reneed.

Some of the crew are suffering from Corsair’s Scourge, and, likely, all of the human members of the party are also carrying this disease, which may prove fatal.

Fortunately, the crew can get the medicine from the port to cure this disease. As you arrive at Port Reneed, Eizen will tell you that Corsair’s Scourge can be cured by a herb called Sale’tomah.

Head to the port town and talk to the man near the shop. The man will tell you that he has run out of the herbs, and even though the flower is in season, he has been unable to gather it.

A new Daemon has shown up in the forest, and the exorcists have made it forbidden for anyone to enter the area. You’ll have to gather the flowers yourself.

You can then exit the area from the east and enter the Fens of Nog location. Once you’re here, take the exit on the east to enter the Warg Forest.

Warg Forest

As you enter the Warg Forest, you’ll immediately be introduced to the dual-layered barriers. These barriers are operated using switches, and they block one of the two paths at all times, unless you interact with them.

Pass through the first section. You’ll arrive in the next section, and here, there’s another barrier. A red barrier blocks your path. If you head to the path going south, you’ll find a switch here near a chest. Interact with the switch, and the red barrier will disappear.

Go to the unlocked path. Here, you’ll find the blue barrier, but the switch for that is within sight. Keep going to the next area.

Here, you’ll find that the path forks into three. First, you have to go to the north fork. There’s a path here that leads to the central fork. Here, you’ll find a switch.

Once you’re in the central fork, there’s a path leading south here. You’ll then arrive in the southern fork. Here, there’s a path going further south.

After you take the path, you’ll arrive at a location guarded by exorcists. Defeat them, and you’ll have to go through one more section to arrive at the location.

Sale’tohma

Once you reach the marked location, you’ll find the Sale’tohma flower here. However, shortly after retrieving the flower, a Daemon will show up. This Daemon is caged up like the Griffin in the villa’s basement.

After you’ve defeated the bug Daemon, it will turn into a beetle. Laphicet picks it up and stops Velvet from devouring it. She allows him to keep the bug.

Now that you’ve got Sale’tohma, it’s time to return to the ship. As you’re trying to exit the Warg Forest, you’ll find some exorcists talking about a wanted Malak, Zavied, and that he’s likely after Lothringen.

Just before you reach Port Reneed, you’ll come across Zavied. He shows Eizen a gun, a relic that originally belonged to Aifread. Eizen immediately runs after him, leaving the party.

Go to the ship and give the crew the flower so they can cure themselves from the Corsair’s Scourge. After that, you’ll have to head north from the Fens of Nog to reach Lothringen.

Path To Lothringen

Go through the port town to the Fens of Nog, and once you’re there, head north. You’ll then arrive at Burnack Plateau. Go through the northeast exit from the section, and here you’ll find Eizen.

He’ll join your party again. It appears that Aifread has been held inside Lothringen, so you’ll have to go and take a look.

Once you’re in the next section, take the path heading east to arrive at Lothringen Tower. Go upstairs inside the tower, and here, you’ll find Aifread.

However, this Aifread is a fake, and Eizen realizes it. Shortly after, Melchior will show up and turn his Malak into Daemons. You’ll then have to fight against them. After the fight, Melchior scans Zavied’s Seigfried, the gun relic, and then runs away.

Once you exit the tower, Zavied will reveal that he wasn’t responsible for abducting Aifread, as well as other information about his relationship with him.

Zavied refuses to join your party and disappears. You’ll then have to return to Port Reneed to resume your journey to the southern continent.

Grimoirh

As you arrive in Yseult, you’ll have to look for Grimoirh. After entering the main town, head out from the northeast exit, and you’ll arrive in another part of the town.

Here, you’ll spot Oscar and Teressa. Apparently, a new Daemon in Haria has shown up. Go to the shop in the area, and here, you’ll find someone selling dolls.

The salesperson claims the doll belongs to Empyrean Amenoch, but Magilou immediately recognizes the doll to be of Grimoirh. The salesperson will tell the party that he saw the figure on the beach.

You’ll then have to go to the beach by exiting the town from the eastern path. Once you’re on Maclir Beach, keep going deeper until you arrive in the section with the quest marker.

Grimoirh is surrounded by Daemons, and you’ll have to defeat them to be able to talk to her. Grimoirh agrees to help you, but you’ll have to find a suitable place first. She suggests going to the inn in Haria village.

Translating The Book Of Innominat

You can head to Haria by going to the northeast part of the section. Once you’re inside, go to the inn and book it. After a short conversation, Velvet will decide to leave Grimoirh and Laphicet alone as they try to translate the book. You’ll have to talk to your other party members in Haria till then.

Once you’ve done that, return to the inn and talk to Grimoirh. It will be revealed that Innominat has 7 Therions, placed all over the land that devour malevolence.

Furthermore, a Therion has to be placed on top of an earthpulse to send the malevolence to Innominat. The party then realizes that the caged Daemons they’ve seen so far might be Therions as well.

Laphicet is confident that he can sense the earthpulse and finds one nearby as he points towards Amenoch’s Temple, Palamides.

As you head over to the northeast exit in Haria, the innkeeper’s daughter will come to you. She’ll tell you that a mother and daughter have gone missing after they headed for Palamides and asks you to look for them.

Palamides Temple

To reach Palamides, you’ll have to go through Manann Reef. The path to the temple is straightforward, and you just have to keep pressing on until you arrive at the temple.

As you enter the temple, you’ll find an altar inside. The altar says that if you interact with the jewel in front of the chalice, it will evaporate the water inside it, and that will also stop the waterfalls that are blocking the paths.

There’s a chalice in the middle of the area, but the jewel inside it is missing. Go to the northwest room of the area, and you’ll find a chalice here as well. Interact with it, and it will stop the waterfall near the entrance. Once that’s done, go back to the area that has just become accessible.

There’s an altar with the jewel on it, as well as a warp point that leads you deeper into the temple, but you only need the jewel for now. Take it and return to the chalice in the centre.

Place the jewel inside the chalice, and that will remove the waterfall. You can then head inside to the second section. Here, you’ll find a Wolf Daemon. It appears to be the missing mother. You’ll have to defeat her, and then she’ll run away.

In the second section, there’s a door with four diamond-shaped jewels and three tear-shaped jewels. You have to evaporate the chalices with the diamond-shaped jewel on them, and you have to make sure the chalices with the tear-shaped jewels are flowing.

Explore both the left and the right side of the door, and you’ll find all of the chalices, except one tear-shaped chalice. This one is in the first section. Use the teleporter to get to the first section, and from here, activate the chalice so that the path to the second section is blocked again by a waterfall.

You can then use the same teleport point to return to the second section. Now that the door is open, you’ll find a Tree Daemon inside the chamber.

Kemoana

After you’ve defeated the caged Daemon, the mother wolf Daemon will arrive. After a short heart-touching scene, Kemoana will return to her Therion form.

Praetor Oscar will also arrive to stop you, but Velvet kicks him away. Velvet then breaks Kemoana free and takes her back to Haria, where Grimoirh is.

Once you return to the village, you’ll find it consumed by malevolence, and everyone is turning into a Daemon. You have to hurry up and make your way to Yseult Docks to board Van Eltia.

As you return to the docks, Eizen will reveal that there’s no such thing as Daemonblight. Humans, by nature, exude malevolence, and when they can no longer bear it, they turn into Daemons. Now that they’ve removed a Therion from Palamides, there’s no one to devour the malevolence, causing Haria to turn into Daemons.

Escorting Royalty

If you talk to Benwick at the Yseult Docks, he’ll inform you that Tabatha, the Lady Baskerville, has a job for you in Loegres. You’ll then have to make way to Port Zekson.

From there, go to Loegres and make your way to the tavern. Tabatha suggests that Velvet can use Titania as her base of operations, and she wants her to take this mysterious person with her. This person has a bird with them.

Return to Port Zekson and set sail for Titania. As you approach Benwick, Innominat will activate his suppression, robbing most of the humans of their free will.

Once you’re on the boat, the cloaked person will reveal himself to be the Crown Prince Percival. The bird with him is the Griffin Therion.

Conquering Titania

As you return to Titania, you’ll find the few exorcists that remained here have been defeated. One of the exorcists mentions a Daemon in a knight’s armor.

Here, you have to make way to the B3 floor, just above Velvet’s cell. As you get there, you’ll find a headless armor. Defeat it and return to the front docks.

Once you return to the front docks, you’ll find Kemoana and the others under attack by another headless knight’s armor, but this one is on horseback and much tougher than the previous one.

After defeating the knight’s armor, Velvet can use Titania as her base of operations. Kemoana asks you to find Eleanor. You can find her in the North watchtower.

Once Eleanor returns to the party, you’ll have to head to Velvet’s cell once again. There, Laphicet will try to locate other Earthpulses, and maybe the Therion as well.

First Attempt At Searching For A Therion

After Laphicet has located an Earthpulse, the party will prepare to head out. However, Kurogane expresses his desire to forge a sword with Orichalcum, and he mentions that a ship carrying some goods wrecked in the middle of the ocean, and he has no idea where to look for it.

Talk to Benwick, and you’ll be able to leave for the nearby Earthpulse. Here, the party will try their hand at fishing in the middle of the ocean.

Velvet then fishes a gigantic jar that is full of Daemons, but you’ll also find a chunk of Orichalcum inside it after defeating all of the enemies. The party then returns to Titania, and Rokurou offers the Orichalcum to Kurogane to make the hardest sword ever.

While the first attempt to locate a Therion was a failure, the party refuses to back down. Talk to all of the party members in Titania, and Laphicet will tell you about another Earthpulse that he has detected.

Second Attempt At Searching For A Therion

The second attempt will lead you to Midgand. Talk to Benwick to sail to Port Zekson. As soon as you arrive at the port, one of the Bloodwing members will show up. They’ll tell you to check out Aldina Plains to the east of Loegres, as you might find the Daemon you’re looking for there.

You can get to Aldina Plains by exiting Loegres from the north exit and then going east. On your way, you’ll spot a dragon flying in the air.

Once you reach Central Aldina Plains, go to the exit next to the save point, and you’ll be able to reach the mountain peak, where the dragon has made its nest. However, it will be empty now.

You have to go to Stonebury, which is further east from Aldina Plains. Go to the inn, and you’ll find Zavied here, paying his respects to a dear one.

Shortly after you leave the inn, a Bloodwings member will approach you and tell you that the Dragon Daemon is only on the mountain peak on rainy days. Right then, it will start to rain.

Now, you have to go to the mountain peak and fight against the dragon. As you leave Stonebury, a Katz will approach you and gift you the Geoboard.

After you’ve dealt some damage to the dragon, Zavied will show up. Zavied protects the dragon, and now that you know it’s not a Therion, you’ll have to return. Head to Loegress and make way to Port Zekson from there. Make way to Titania from there, and head towards Velvet’s cell.

Laphicet senses an Earthpulse near Hellawes, and that’s where you have to go next.

Hellawes

As you reach Hellawes, you’ll find out that people are calling Velvet the Lord of Calamity. There’s also news about a woman named Medissa, who turned to the abbey after the exorcists took her daughter away after she turned into a Daemon.

You’ll then have to talk to more people inside Hellawes to gather information. It will be revealed that Medissa is inside Faldies Ruins. You can get there by going north in the Figahl Icecaps.

Faldies Ruins

As you arrive in the ruins, go straight forward. Here, you’ll enter a section with a path going both left and right. Both gates are blocked behind flame barriers, and you’ll have to light up several candles. You’ll have to take the path to the east here.

Once you enter the underground section, you’ll find another gate in the middle, but you have to find candles on both sides of the gate to unlock it.

There are some exorcists here, and you’ll have to fight against them. As you keep progressing, you’ll eventually find the quest-marked location shortly.

Velvet destroys the barrier outside the room, and you’ll find Medissa inside. Medissa refuses to go with you, and you’ll have to fight against her.

After the battle, Medissa still refuses to go with you, but the party will tie her up. You’ll then have to return to Hellawes and board Van Eltia to go to Titania.

Once you return to Titania, Medissa will start to get along with Kemoana. Grimoirh has discovered something, and you have to go and meet her at the North Watchtower.

After that, you’ll have to return to the front docks. Laphicet will reveal during a scene that he has discovered another Earthpulse, and this time, it’s in the Eastgand, near Velvet’s home village.

Aball Village

Take Van Eltia to Taliesin. As you arrive, Benwick will remark that there’s a lot of unusual fog around the area. Once you enter Taliesin, you’ll find out that Velvet’s village is still lively.

Take the south exit in Taliesin, and you’ll enter Perniya Cliffside Path. Keep going, and you’ll reach Morgana Woods. As you’re passing through, Velvet will find her old childhood friend being attacked by a Daemon.

Defeat the Daemon, and Niko will wake up. She recognizes you, and then you’ll have to head to the Aball village with her. Once you enter, you’ll find the rest of the villagers waiting to greet you. They’ll tell you that Laphicet is still alive, even though he hasn’t woken up since the Advent.

Velvet goes inside the house, and from there, Velvet will want to cook Laphicet’s favorite dish, and you’ll need to gather the ingredients for it. You can buy the other ingredients from the shopkeeper, but for Pickleboar Meat, you’ll have to head to Morgana Woods.

Once you’ve defeated prickleboars at at least three locations, then you’ll have to return to Velvet’s House. Eizen and Rokurou will part ways from you, saying that they’re heading to the cape, which is blocked by the abbey, to look for the Therion.

Aball’s Therion

At night, Velvet will realize she’s under an illusion. When she confronts the villagers, they’ll all turn into Daemons, and you’ll have to defeat them all and make your way to the cape.

As you head to the cape, you’ll find a two-headed dog Deamon here, and it’s a Therion. You’ll have to fight against it. After you’ve defeated the Therion, it will be revealed that these are Niko’s two dogs. There’s also another optional enemy here called Iron Bones.

Iron Bones is incredibly challenging, so be prepared before you fight him and run away if it’s too strong. After that, you’ll have to return to Velvet’s home to pick up Innominat’s book.

When you get there, you won’t be able to find the book. After exiting the house, Melchior will show up, and he has the Innominat’s book. He’ll run away after taking it.

As you’re going through the village to leave the area, you’ll find the handmade copy of Innominat’s book at the shopkeeper’s place. Velvet picks it up.

After that, you have to make your way to Taliesin and take the boat to Titania. On your way back, you’ll see a cutscene where Artorius deploys Oscar to a certain location and gives him a new experimental arte. Artorius also relieves Teressa from her duties as an exorcist during the scene.

Now, you still need to find one more Therion. And that will be done in the next part of the walkthrough.
