Chapter 6: Best Laid Plans
Back in Annie’s kitchen, watch the discussion unfold.
What’s the plan?
Speak to Sarah to trigger the conversation about Trinity’s lab. Speak to Sarah multiple times. Speak to Hara and Maxwell, multiple times as well. Sarah will post information on a forum looking for responses, this is a timed event – you need to let some time pass before the response event triggers.

Talk to Maxwell and when he places his gadget on the floor, inspect it.

Where do I find the battery?
Check the yellow tox chest on the side.

Give the battery to Maxwell.

How to help Sarah get answers from the internet?
Talk to Sarah again. She will need a railway map to pinpoint the location of the nuclear dump. Check the cluttered table near the French doors.

Give the map to Sarah and then you can map the train tracks with the nuclear sites to locate the Trinity lab one.
How do I leave?
Talk to Hara. While he is making the call, talk to Sarah and Maxwell. A phone and a conversation later, you will be jumping out of a box car in the desert.

How do I get inside the fence?
Check the lock and Maxwell will come to check it as well. Take the emp out of his bag.

Use the “Emp coil” on the cameras.

When Maxwell hands you the actual Emp coil, use it to take out the cameras. After you take out both the cameras, the gang can move in.
Where’s Trinity Labs’ entrance?
Look around and wait for Maxwell to start digging. Recheck his bag to find a metal detector.

Equip the metal detector and check near the bottom.

Ask for the shovel from Maxwell. Swap the metal detector and dig up the ground where the detector went off. After the explosion, examine the vent and go inside.

What do I do after I am inside the lab?
Keep going through the vents. Check out all the openings for information. Eventually you will come to a cell with Angela and Annie, conducting an interview. Speak to Annie through the vent and ask her to open the vent.

Once you get down, speak to Annie.
Someone’s coming, what do I do?
Take the rifle from your inventory and cover the door.

Once you wake up, speak to everyone. Roth will ask you to watch a cassette. It’s in your inventory; use it on the desk.

This will end the Chapter.
