The Incident at Galley House Walkthrough – 05 Dining Room

Welcome to our Incident at Galley House walkthrough.

In Part 5, the Dining Room memory reveals that Martha only became a Galley after moving into the house and has no knowledge of Rupert Galley. She explains that Eddie organized the gathering, while the butler who helped John earlier is confirmed to be Thornton, allowing you to identify Person 11. John also discovers a key to the Chapel beside the body before returning to the Study to meet Thornton, unlocking the next memory and adding the Chapel as a new location.

To get to the next scene, enter DI in the Locations tab. This will unlock the Dining Room.

I suggest entering BI for the Billiard Room as well. The code for the Dining Room scene would 05-DI-1-5 seeing as how we know Person 1 John Hobbes and Person 5 Martha headed there after the Study.

05 Study – 05-DI-1-5

You need to note down the following –

Martha doesn’t know of a Rupert Galley.

Martha herself isn’t a Galley and only took on the surname when she moved into Galley House.

Eddie was the one who organized the gathering of 11 people (including Thornton but excluding the dead guy in the Study.)

Thornton is the butler and as we assumed in Quail lane was the one who helped John with the car. So we can safely assume Person 11 is Thornton.

John found a key to the Chapel next to the body. It is safe to assume the unique location code for that would be CH. Remember to add the location once you get back to the machine.

John goes off to meet Thornton in the Study.

You can now name Person 11 as Thornton in the People Tab. This also allows us to uncover the code for our next scene – 06-ST-1-11.
