The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin picks up a decade after the events of the Anime. Here, Melodias and Elizabeth are now the King and Queen of the Liones Kingdom, and they’ve had a son named Tristan. Tristan has now set off on a journey with a mysterious pendant that he encountered inside a cave, and now, he uses it to purify the Abyss Flowers that spread corruption all over Britannia.

Act 7: From Sand, A Storm
As you exit the Sand Valley, you’ll have to head to the village of Dalmally. It is towards a little southeast of the Sand Valley.
When you get there, you’ll find out that the entire village and the surrounding area have turned into a desert. You’ll hear a cry for help from nearby.

If you go check it out, you’ll find a man being attacked by some monsters. The man named Banner will reveal that Dalmally has suddenly turned into a desert, but another village has appeared out of nowhere near the oasis, and that village has taken in the people of Dalmally.
He’ll also reveal that he’s here to look for keepsakes of the people who couldn’t make it out of the Dalmally and asks you to do it since the area is full of monsters.

Searching For Keepsakes
There are a total of three keepsakes that you have to find. When you enter the quest area, it will mark the area on the minimap, and that’s where you have to search.
The keepsake’s location doesn’t show up on the screen unless you get close to it. When you do, you can spot it by a quest icon.

The first victim’s keepsake can be found towards the northeast part of the quest area. It is hidden under the rubble of sand, next to a broken house.

For the second victim’s keepsake, you’ll have to look for it near the northwest part of the quest area. You’ll find some bodies covered in sand under a broken house.

The third keepsake can be found in the centre of the quest area. You’ll find a body that’s mostly buried in sand, next to a big rock.

Once you’ve collected all the keepsakes, you’ll have to go to the southern part of Dalmally. Follow the quest marker to arrive at the precise location.
The Cart In The Desert
When you reach the quest location, you’ll find some Liones Soldiers forcing some villagers to get on a cart. Golgius of the Baste Prison is also here.
A strange man in a black costume also shows up and sits on the cart to travel with the villagers; it’s unclear whose side he’s on. The cart will then leave, and you’ll have to fight against the Liones Soldiers that were left behind.

Defeat the four Liones Soldiers. You’ll then have to go to the location of the cart in the middle of the desert. Here, you’ll find more Liones Soldiers guarding the villagers, but Golgius has left, so you’ll have to fight against them as well.
Once you’ve defeated the soldiers near the cart, you’ll have to free each villager. Then, you’ll have to head to the Oasis Village, which is nearby.

The Oasis Village
As you enter the Oasis Village, you’ll find Banner standing near the entrance. Talk to him and hand over the keepsakes. He’ll then ask you to talk to Dr. Sennet, the daughter of Dr. Dana, the local doctor.
Dr. Sennet is on the roof of the house to the north of the village. If you talk to her, she’ll tell you that Dr. Dana is out of town, and she has been taking care of the trouble in the village by herself.

She’ll also ask you to gather some Fire Essence so she can treat the heatstroke problem of the villagers. You can obtain the Fire Essence by defeating the Flame Spirits to the northeast of the village.
When you get there, you’ll find around three groups of Flame Spirits. Each group drops exactly one Fire Essence, so you’ll have to defeat three groups.

Transporking The Tyrant Dragon
Once you’ve obtained all the Fire Essence, return to Dr. Sennet in the village to deliver them. In the cutscene, Howzer will leave for Vanya to get Dr. Dana back.
Dr. Sennet gives you some meat from the Tyrant Dragon as a reward for collecting the Fire Essence. Hawk is super excited and wants it. Now, you’ll have to mount Hawk.

If you’ve set any other pet for riding, you’ll have to change it back to Hawk to progress this quest. Once you’ve got Hawk in the riding slot, mount it in the open world.

Press the skill button while riding on Hawk to open the Eat Scraps interface. Here, you have to select the Tyrant Meat. Once Hawk eats the meat, he’ll turn into an upgraded mount, and that will also mark the completion of Act 7.
