Chapter 6: Bedroom 2
- Open the journal in front of you.
- Flip through the pages until you come to a spread with three empty spots for photos.
- Drag the photos from your inventory onto the journal to put them in place.
- Flip the pages to the right again, until the last spread.
- Here, pick up the newspaper fragment.
- We need two more fragments here, which require solving a puzzle each.
- First, look at the safe under the TV. There’s a number of buttons on here, but we need to press the right combination of buttons.
- The hints for this puzzle are inscribed on various cardboard boxes strewn across the room. You’ll have to mentally assemble them to figure out the correct code.
- Or, you can simply view the screenshot below to get the right code.
- Pick up the paper fragment inside the safe’s special compartment.
- Examine this fragment closely, and you’ll find an FM station listed on it – 104.9 FM.
- Now look at the desk to the left of the chair, and open the left drawer.
- Examine the box here, and you’ll find that it has a five-symbol code.
- Back away from the drawer and now approach the radio next to the lamp (to the right of the bed).
- Here, you’ll find a piece of paper with morse code equivalents for each of the symbols on the box.
- You have to tune the radio to 104.9 FM, listen for the morse code symbols, and note down the symbols accordingly.
- To begin, use the compass from your inventory on the radio.
- Turn the compass so that South is pointing upwards.
- Then, adjust the knob to the right of the compass until you hear a beep.
- The green light next to the beeper will tell you which part of the sequence you’re on.
- The solution to this puzzle is: sun, camera, cloud, star, fire.
- Note that the cloud is plain, not rainy.
- Return to the box in the drawer and enter that code.
- Pick up the combat knife and the newspaper fragment inside the box.
- Now that you have all three newspaper fragments, you’ll have to assemble them together.
- Assemble them as shown below.
- This reveals a 4-digit number, 2365, which we’ll use in a bit.
- Now look above the bed to find a small piece of the wallpaper peeling off.
- Examine it, and then use the combat knife on the wallpaper.
- This reveals a hidden safe where some of the keypad numbers have worn away.
- Still, based on the numbers present, you should be able to tell where each number should be.
- Examine the keypad and enter the code we found on the newspaper: 2365.
- Now view the items inside the safe to be taken to the next chapter.
Chapter 7: Visions
- In this brief chapter, begin by looking down at the floor to find a photo fragment. Pick it up.
- Look up now and interact with Dei’s mother.
- In the next scene, look to the floor again to find another photo fragment.
- This one is to your left, between your chair and the bed.
- Look to the right, now to find Dei’s mother sitting on a bed near the café door. Interact with her.
- In the third scene, the photo fragment is lying on the ground, a little to the left of where you’re looking at the start.
- Pick it up, and then assemble the photo as shown below.
- It’ll be a little imperfect, but there’s nothing we can do about that for now.
- A small cutscene follows, marking the end of this chapter.
