In this part of our walkthrough for Tides of Tomorrow, we head to the Main Outpost. Kass is out here distributing Ozen, so you can help her distribute it to the right people or keep it all to yourself.

Out on the ocean now, Efod will call in. He will tell you to go hunt down and investigate Mereids. However, we also have to find Kass. Â
Find an Alternative to Ozen
Confront Kass About Obin
Pop your telescope out and look around to find Main Outpost.
Head towards Main Outpost and you will see what the previous walker did at the outpost. In my case, they had helped sick people. I had a good reception at the island.
Dock at the jetty and go ashore. Take the one further up as the first one is just a merchant stop. Look around the jetty and then speak to the guard. If your previous walker was not kind you might have a hard time getting in.
Otherwise, they will just let you in.
Inside, you will find Kass and Obin fighting. Try and speak to them. Speak to Obin.
Obin will leave.
Speak with Kass
Follow Kass and speak to her near the entrance, then agree to help her. She needs help deciding who to give the Ozen to.
She will give you one can of Ozen at a time to distribute.
Distribute Ozen
You can keep the Ozen for yourself or choose to give it to a reclaimer.
Go around the place and you will find a brother and sister playing chess. You will also meet a Ozen dealer, who refused to give Ozen to people in need previously.
You can choose to help her or sell it to her.
Go back to Kass
Head back to Kass. You might need to fix a ladder or two to get back to her.
Once you talk to Kass, she will ask about Eyla and then she will give you a new can of Ozen.
Things are escalating with the other reclaimers and Kass. Go around the place and give it to sick people or you can use it yourself. Regardless, the situation will escalate and you have the choice to stop Kass from shooting the mob or let her.
I chose to stop her.
Go to the back with her and speak to her. If you make selfish choices she will not share any more Ozen with you, but if you are altruistic, she will share more.
Return to your boat and leave Main Outpost
Go back to your boat and leave the island.
