After you complete the tutorial opening of Arc Raiders you will be thrown into Speranza which will serve as your main hub in the game, where you will be able to upgrade your raider, make trades, craft items and so on.
Aside from the obvious of looting everything you come across in the world, another way in which you can get resources and items to use is by completing the quests that the game offers.
However, a lot of these quests do not really give you guidance on how to complete them. Among the first few quests you will get in the game is Clearer Skies.
How To Find Arc Enemies

The mission Clearer Skies in Arc Raiders states that you need to destroy three ARC enemies and obtain Arc Alloy from them, so the first thing that you need to do is find the enemies that drop this item.
ARC enemies are any type of mechanical enemies that you can encounter in the game, from drones, to fireballs, to turrets and so on. But the easiest one to complete this quest with is the drones.
This is because you can find these drones almost anywhere you go; you see them floating around the sky, scanning for any raiders coming along. Not only that, but they are the easiest to kill as well.
How To Get Arc Alloy

When you spot drones, before you engage with them in battle, make sure no other enemy player is around you. This is because you do not want to be third-partied and killed.
After you manage to destroy one of these drones, simply go and search it and you should get one or two Arc Alloys from it.
After you destroy three of them and have all three Arc Alloys you need, make your way to the nearest available Cargo Elevator and extract.
How To Complete The Clearer Skies Quest

After you successfully extract from the run, go to the quests tab on the left side of the main menu. From here you can claim your reward for the Clearer Skies quest, which is:
- One Backpack Black (Hiker Color)
- Three Sterilized Bandages
- One Light Shield.
