How To Get Coins

Coins are the main currency in Arc Raiders, and you can use them to buy a lot of different stuff from the various traders available. However, you might notice that you keep looting containers and completing quests but are not getting any.
This is because the only way of getting Coins is by selling items that you looted. This brings up the question of what you should sell and what you should not.
Are you a hoarder who likes to keep every single thing you find in your stash? Well, that will not work, because you will need to free up space for future raids or upgrades.
And guess what? To upgrade the stash, you also need Coins, so it becomes a struggle.
The safe things that you can sell are usually Trinkets, but even certain ones are used for upgrades, like a Cat Bed. But overall, trinkets are safe to sell and can be found in Commercial and Residential zones.
So simply loot these locations, extract safely, and sell them to get your Coins.
Sell Quick Use Items And EXTRA Crafting Materials

As you loot, you will come across a lot of Quick Use items, like all types of grenades, and these are usually safe to sell as well unless you need certain ones. A lot of the Rare grenades can yield good amounts of money.
However, after you craft the Explosive Station, you will be able to craft your own grenades.
Another way to get some good Coins is from certain high-tier crafting materials, but this is DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. We personally usually try and sell some extra ones.
For example, if we have 30 Arc Alloys, we sell 15 of them for 3,000 Coins and keep the rest, but we know that this item is easy to grab.
So that is the idea basically, but one thing you should probably never sell is Arc Unit Epic parts, as these can be hard to obtain from the corresponding Arc boss.
Where To Use Coins

As mentioned above, Coins can be used in a lot of different ways.
- The first and probably most important thing is upgrading your stash.
Your stash is what allows you to keep a lot of stuff from your successful raids and store all the materials, weapons, and items for you. So if you run out of space or if it is overfull, you will not even be able to start a raid.
- The second way is buying all kinds of things from the Traders available in Arc Raiders.
Let’s say you run out of Augments after multiple unsuccessful runs; with Coins, you will be able to buy a decent loadout. There are also consumables, grenades, weapons, and much more to buy. All traders trade in Coins, except for Celeste.
