Arc Raiders – Straight Record Quest Guide

For this specific guide, we will go over how to complete the Straight Record mission to help Celese.

How To Find The Old EMP Trap

Celese requires your help in locating the old EMP trap and shutting it down since they don’t use it anymore. She directs you to go to Victory Ridge and check there.

This location can be found just north of the Hydrophonic Dome Complex. Make your way there and look out for a tall EMP pole next to a generator.

After you spot one, simply go ahead and interact with it. This sets it to shutdown, but first you need to find the three power generators in order to complete this step.

However, you need to interact with these generators in a specific order to shut down the EMP, otherwise it won’t work.

How To Find All The Generators

The first generator that you need to interact with is to the north of the EMP pole, just up the hill. Approach it and you will be able to interact with it and turn it off.

The second generator can be found just southeast, near the building. Climb up to the second floor, and you should find the second generator on the other side of the building. Don’t forget to turn it off.

For the third and final generator, make your way south of the EMP, and there should be a cord that you can spot. Simply follow it, and it will lead you to the last generator, which you can turn off.

Note

If you turned off all three generators in the order mentioned, then you should be good to go to complete the mission.

How To Complete The Straight Record Quest

The final step requires you to go back to the EMP tower and interact with it one last time to fully shut it down.

Note

Don’t worry about extracting successfully from the raid, since this mission does not require it.
