Arc Raiders – With A Trace Quest Guide

Quests in Arc Raiders can be a bit vague or misleading in their description. This is because many of them do not really give you hints or a clear objective on what you need to do.

This, of course, can create additional struggles during a raid, as you need to figure out the quest, watch out for Arc enemies and other enemies, and extract safely. One of the many quests like this is With a Trace, and this guide will help you complete it.

How To Find The Barren Clearing

The With a Trace quest requires you to reach the Barren Clearing and investigate who brought down the Arc machines.

First things first, you need to start a raid on the Blue Gate map and head to the very west of the map. Here, you will be able to see the Barren Clearing icon.

When you reach this location, you will find broken Arc machines. Here, you need to investigate a sphere near the Arc broken leg, just a little west of this location.

How To Complete The With A Trace Quest

Once this step is complete, the mission objective will update, and it will require you to make your way to the Adorned Wreckage.

• This location is just southeast of the Barren Clearing.

After you reach this second location, at the base, you should find a computer that you can interact with. This is the communication device that you need to inspect.

This will complete the With a Trace quest, and you will get the following rewards:

• Looting Mk.2
• Medium Shield.
