The Bakery in Cozy Island is your in-game bakery where you can craft bread using the required ingredients. Consuming the bread grants you stamina. You need to interact with an NPC to learn the basics of Bakery in Cozy Island.
Baking bread is also tied to some objectives, so having this item in your backpack can save your day. Wheat is an essential item required for making bread in a Bakery. Harvest the wheat crops using the Little Rake and collect wheat sprigs. Add the wheat sprig to the millstone to get flour. Use the flour to purchase the bakery items from the bakery.

How To Get Bakery Items
Interact with the NPC wearing a rabbit mask near the bakery. You need to have flour for baking a bakery item. Move to the right to visit the mill. There are a lot of bakery items, like Toast and burgers, that you can purchase using flour. Up to 5x Flour is required to obtain Toast, and 10x Flour for Shield Toast.
There are a whole lot of wheat farms on the right, alongside the mill. Harvesting the wheat is required to gain the Wheat Sprig. 1x Gold Beat is required to gain a Wheat Seed bag near the millstone. Your goal is to grow wheat, mill flour, and bake bread.
Collect the Wheat Seed Bag by placing 1x Gold Beet in an empty box. You need to add Wheat Spring to the millstone. Wheat Spring can be obtained by harvesting the Wheat. Use the Little Rake to harvest the Wheat and collect Wheat Spring.
Push the handle of the millstone to gain flour bags. Pick them up from the ground and store them in your backpack.
Approach the Bakery guy and place the 5xFlour in the box.
Go in front of the Toast on the table and press E to purchase it.
You can now directly consume the Toast to gain stamina. In the same way, you can purchase other items from the Bakery and add them to your backpack to eat them later.
