Weapons in Cozy Island can help with enemies in some regions, like spiders. There is a Weapon Shop in-game that sells a Greatsword and a Shield. However, the best sword in the game is available for free, but you need to pull it out of a stone. The sword is stuck, and the way to take it out is by pulling it by consuming stamina.
Eating the cooked food in Cozy Island grants you more stamina. However, cooking the food is another difficult task because it requires a cooking pot and other ingredients. The sword can be used to eliminate the spiky creatures on the northwest side of the map. You can delete these creatures with the Axe, but using the sword is more fun and effective.

How To Get the Best Sword
The sword is sealed in the ground near the Weapon Shop. You can find this shop in the northwest of the map. Purchase different types of weapons from this shop using the currency. Make your way near the Weapon Shop to find the sealed sword.
The sword is located just to the right of the Weapon Shop.
Follow the path surrounded by the rocks. You can find the sword at the end of this path.
Interact with the notice board to learn how to pull off the sword.
You must have a full belly to take out the sword. Eat the food to gain some stamina. Approach the sealed sword and hold the LMB. You need to use the downward key while holding the LMB to get the sword.
The stamina will be consumed when you try to take out the sword. All of your stamina will be consumed if you succeed in getting the sword. If you fail to take out the sword, you will get your stamina back immediately.
