This is a guide to getting all the achievements/trophies in Dispatch.

| Overkill | In the final tutorial mission “Chase El Diabolito,” fill the entire dispatch graph by sending Pom Pom, Brick House, Echo Brillium, and Brainbuck. |
| “Did I Drool On You?“ | Complete the tutorial shift. |
| “You Going To Eat Those Twinks?“ | Reach the end of Episode 2, Scene 9. |
| Power Trip | In Episode 5, Shift 2, complete the fourth hero training session with any hero. |
| Modded | Complete a shift (easiest in Episode 7, Shift 1) by collecting all good mod/bonus items and avoiding all the bad ones. |
| H4ck3d by R0b3rt | Complete every hacking segment in the game without failing a single one. |
| Snake Eyes | Send Coupe on the “Lost Balloon” event and have her fail the 72% chance roll. (You may need to retry). |
| Nailed It | Send Sonar (in his intelligent form) to the “Van Goh Opening” mission. |
| Burning Chrome | Successfully complete the first hacking segment at the “Museum Robbery.” |
| Time’s Running Out | Complete any hacking segment with very little time remaining. |
| Fool’s Luck | After adding Water Boy to your team, send him alone to “Stop the Assassination” and succeed on the 7% chance roll. (You may need to retry). |
| Anti-Antivirus Club | In the final hacking segment of Episode 6 (helping Invisigal open the safe), follow a specific path. |
| Getting to Knows Yous | Unlock all hero starting power-up in a single playthrough by using them in their specific, required missions |
| “There. You happy now?” | Have Chase get you the least popular item (e.g., a cigar/Swisher). The specific item may change. |
| “Muuuuurrrdaaaaah!” | At the end of the game, choose to kill Shroud. |
| I Can Confirm He’s A Badass | At the end of the game, choose to spare Shroud. |
| “But I cheered for Invisigal…” | Cut Coupe from the team. |
| “Watch your back, Robert.” | Cut Sonar from the team. |
| Work Spouse | Reach the maximum Synergy Level (Level 3) with any one of the hero duos. |
| It Smells Very Chemically In Here | Add Water Boy to your team. |
| I Wish To Make Love To You again | Add Phenomaman to your team. |
| We Can Just Be Friends | Reject all romantic advances and keep relationships professional throughout the game. |
| Didn’t See That Coming? | Be consistently rude and cold towards Invisigal throughout the game. |
| Sorry, Kid | Be consistently nice and supportive towards Invisigal throughout the game. |
| I’m A Bleeder | Successfully romance and pursue a relationship with Invisigal. |
| Any Plans Tonight? | Successfully romance Blonde Blazer. |
| Min max | Upgrade any single hero stat to Level 10. |
| From Zero To Hero | Get one of your heroes to Rank 10. |
| Career Development | Reach the maximum career rank. |
| Phoenixes Down | Heal the same hero twice in the same shift |
| Shift Was Lit | Complete a specific sequence of missions in a single shift with 12 successes, requiring strategic upgrades and choices. |
| Love Them From My Mouth To My Butt | At Granny’s Donuts, pick the donut with less than a 33% success rate. (Note: May be currently unobtainable). |
| That’s Like A Real Superhero | During the team identity reveal, tell them you are “Mecha Man.” |
| I’m The Guy Behind The Desk | During the team identity reveal, tell them you are “Robert.” |
| Dispatched | Unlock all other achievements in the game. |
