How to Solve The Fall that Frees Puzzle

The chapter starts with you hanging upside down. You can see a clock nearby that you can interact with. It has some weird symbols and two dials that you can move. Interacting with the clock activates the three slabs on the right.

Look around your surroundings to find three symbols drawn using white chalk.

Rotate the clock hands so that they fall on the two matching symbols in the order written. Check the image above for reference. You’re now freed and can move around the room freely.
How to Solve The Eternal Arms Puzzle

Head towards the chest on the floor up ahead. Zoom in on the lock.

You’ll see three sliders under the word ETERNUS. Each of the buttons on the slider has a unique symbol: a broken sword, a helmet, and a shield.

Back away from the box and turn right to spot a Shield hanging on the wall. Zoom in on it.

Note that the letter N of the word ETERNUS on the shield is upside down. This is your clue to moving the Sliders to their correct spots in the box.

You’ll find the Sword on a statue on the left-side wall and the Helmet at the bottom steps of the stair up ahead.

Inspect the upside down letter on both of these objects: R for the Sword and T for the Helmet. Then return to the box and move the sliders to their correct positions.
Open the Chest to find a Golden Sphere. Pick it up.
How to Solve The Hands of Judgment Puzzle

While grabbing the Golden Sphere in your hand, look at the hands popping out of the wall on the right. You’ll notice that one of these hands, that was previously pointing at the Chest, is now asking for the Golden Sphere. Place it on the hand.

Note that there’s a Key held by one of the hands and two other hands pointing to different directions in the room.

Follow the directions to find the two remaining Golden Spheres. You’ll have to break a vase to find one.

Place the two Golden Spheres on the matching hands to unlock the Key. Pick it up.
How to Solve The Contours of the Lands Puzzle

Head toward the stairs where you found the Helmet for the ETERNUS Chest to find an Old Box at the top step. Pick it up.

Inspect the Old Box in your inventory. You’ll note that you can move the triangular disc on the right part which changes the scene inside the round circular disc on the left. To solve this puzzle, you have to complete the map on the left section of the box.

Check the image above for the solution.

This opens the Box and you’ll find another Key inside. Pick it up.
How to Solve the Gated Frame Puzzle

Turn right and head toward the two paintings with the locked cage on the left.

Use the two keys on the two locks to unlock the cage. Grab the Key and Gem after opening the cage.
How to Solve The Eye of Revelation Puzzle

Head toward the podium at the center of the room and insert the Gem into its empty slot.

Pick up the Myterious Eye from the panel once it flips over. Then head to the contraption marked in the image above.

Insert the Key into the empty slot.

Grab the Scroll and zoom in on the panel.

The panel shows you another puzzle. The solution is in the Scroll that you just picked up, so pin it to your screen.

Back away from the panel and hold the Mysterious Eye in your hand. Then inspect the paintings in the area. You’ll note that the Mysterious Eye tells you the meaning of the symbols. Then you have to move the tiles in the panel to their correct position. It takes a bit of work to translate the entire Scroll.

Check the image above for the solution to this puzzle.

Pick up the Key. There’s now a coffin dangling from the ceiling in the small alcove at the front of the room.
How to Solve The Revelation’s Shadow Puzzle

Head to the right side wall to find a similar lock. Insert the Key you just picked up into the slot.

This will reveal another puzzle and another Scroll for you to decode.

The puzzle is essentially the same. Check the image above to see how to solve this puzzle.
How to Solve The Broken Pathway Puzzle

Solving the previous puzzle will drop the dangling coffin to the floor. Pick up the Key nearby.

Head to the other end of the room. Insert the Key into the slot of the gate to open it.
How to Solve The Radiant Bond Puzzle

Turn left as soon as you enter the room. You’ll spot a Note on a barrel and a Bag on the floor. Pick up the Note and the Bag.

Inspect the Bag and open it to find a Stake. Pick it up.

Next, inspect the panel near the Bag. You’ll note that you can move the statue holding the lamp across the surface to emit a ray of light.

Head back to the main room and you’ll see that the statue with the Eternus Sword now has a glow at its base. Your goal is to send the ray to this point.

Check the image above to see how to solve this puzzle.

Return to the statue in the first room and use the Lever. Take the Skull and the Stake from the hidden compartment.
How to Solve The Knight’s Passage Puzzle

Check the right side of the door to the second room to find the jumbled up picture of a knight.

Now that you have unlocked the second room, take a look at the same panel from the other side. You’ll find three discs that you can rotate.

Rotate the discs to fix the picture of the Knight to solve this puzzle. You’ll have to drag the slider on the front panel up and down to rotate different parts of the image.

Pick up the Skull after solving this puzzle.
How to Solve The Whispers in the Smoke Puzzle

Head to the back of the second room to find a Box on top of the crates. Pick it up. Also, pick up the Skull on the left.

Open the Box in your inventory to find a Rotary Lockbox.

This is another puzzle with four sliders and symbols. The solution to this one is on a piece of paper pinned to the wall on the left. Pick it up and read it.

Note the incense on the floor is blowing fumes through the grate on the left. The fume is then coming out of the ceiling through another grate with a different symbol. Both grates have symbols matching the one found in the Rotary Lockbox. This is how you solve this puzzle. Pick up the Incense and go around the room finding grates. Place the Incense to know where the fume is exhausting from to figure out which two symbols are connected.

Check the image above to know where to position each slider to unlock the Rotary Lockbox. Pick up the Stake after solving the puzzle.
How to Solve The Nail in the Coffin Puzzle

Remember the Note that you found on a barrel when you first entered the room. Inspect it in your inventory. It shows you three X-marked points on the coffin.

Head to the coffin on the first room and Use your Stake on the marked areas as shown on the Note.

The coffin lid blows up. Pick up the Skull from the remains.
How to Solve The Hell’s Bells Puzzle

Head back to the second room and inspect the seven hanging bells on the right.

There’s a plaque at the bottom that you can read for a clue on how to solve the puzzle.

Basically, each bell represent a line of descendent. You need to ring the eldest bell first and the youngest bell last. If you hit the wrong bell in the line, all the elders of that bell will ring. It’s a straightforward puzzle, that requires some trial and error. Check the image above for the correct order of bells to ring.

Once the puzzle is solved, you’ll find the final Skull piece under the bells.
How to Solve The Council of the Night Puzzle

Head towards the gate at the end of the second room. You’ll find slots for all the Skulls you’ve been picking up along with a name tag for each slot. This puzzle is simply about figuring out which Skull goes where.

There’s a sixth Skull on the second slot on the right. Pick it up.

Inspect each Skull in your inventory to figure out who it belongs to. Check the above image for reference.

Insert the Skulls into their respective slots to lift the gate. Head through to complete the Crypt in Escape Simulator 2.
