To create your own esports organization, you need to start a New Game from the start menu. Next you will need to create a Manager.

You can either randomize the stats on the left or create your own build. Next, click on Create Organization.

From the next screen, name your organization and then choose difficulty level. This decides your starting funds and staff size.

You can also choose how many players you have on your roster once you start. Sign the document next to ensure the founding of your esports organization.

Depending on how many free agents you selected during formation you may need to sign players off the open market. First check, though, who else you need to hire for your staff. I suggest getting an Analyst as a first priority.

Go to Scouting next to sign new players if you need to.

Click on filters to narrow your search down. Sorting by Roles and Free Agents, is a good move to find easily recruit-able players, and you do not need to pay for transfer to other organizations.

Depending on your starting funds, you need to check how much you have allocated to Transfers. Check the Finances tab, where there are sliders for Transfers, Wages, Marketing and Operating that you may want to tweak.

The total number is dictated by the starting investment as per your difficulty setting.

Select any player you want to recruit and click on Contract.

Select duration and wages and send your chosen player a contract. Do this for all 5 roles plus bench players.

Once you have sent out all offers, head to the Basecamp to see how your training grounds look.

We need money to upgrade the Basecamp, so click on Sponsors next and make some offers to the Tier D Sponsors.

Click Continue to move time forward. Your scout might come up with new players that you can sign.

Move time forward again and if any sponsors have agreed to your terms, sign them up. You can have a total of six sponsors.

Check your emails to see if any of the players have emailed back as well. Adjust their contracts accordingly.

If you agree to their demands, make the changes and send the contract back. Do it for all the players and check back when they will join.

Once your roster is full, start training them.

I suggest using Auto Schedule for the time being. Also select specific maps to train on.

Next, go to Shop and buy devices for the team.

Move time forward till it’s time for the first tournament, and subsequently the first match.

This concludes our guide on how to build your own esports organization in Esports Manager 2026.
