As this is an RPG game, you level up and get skill points. So, it can be a bit confusing to decide which skills to unlock as you continue to level up. I have already made a guide on which skills you should unlock in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 categories. So here, in this guide, I will tell you about the best Tier 3 and Tier 4 skills you need to unlock in Everwind.

Best Tier 3 Skills To Unlock In Everwind
After you have spent enough points in the Tier 2 category, you will unlock Tier 3. So, the following are the tier 3 and tier 4 skills that I think are better to unlock in both Everwind classes:
Great Body

Great Body falls among the best skills in Everwind and is kind of a no-brainer. You will need as much health as possible since this is also a survival game. There are going to be enemies you need to fight, so the more health you have, the better it will be for you. You will not be able to increase your health early in the game, but as you reach Tier 3, it will become much easier.
The Great Body skill increases your maximum health and has three levels. The first level increases your health by 25, the second one increases it by 50, and the last one increases it by 75.
Advanced Bows + Advanced Weapons

These two skills are pretty important, and each takes only one skill point. You cannot upgrade them, and it makes sense why. Unlocking these skills is important mainly because they allow you to use advanced weapons in this game.
Now, as you reach the floating islands, the game gets more challenging, and as you ascend, the challenge is just going to increase. So, to deal with that, you will need advanced weapons. However, you will not be able to use those weapons unless you unlock these particular skills.
So, if you want to use advanced bows or other advanced weapons, you need to unlock these skills. You do not have to unlock both, as the weapons one would be more than enough. However, if you want to use advanced bows, then unlocking the skill for them will be necessary.
Finishing Combo + Rod Combo

Almost all of the skills in the Warrior class of Tier 3 are pretty good. Finishing Combo is also a pretty solid one, as it allows you to do a finisher at the end of your combos. Do note that this is limited only to melee weapons, so if you are using a sword or an axe, you will be able to perform a combo finisher at the end of your combo.
Regarding the Rod Combo, it does the same but for wands. So, if you use a wand instead of a melee weapon, this is the skill you should unlock.
Lightning Mastery

This skill caters to a specific playstyle. If you want your weapons to deal lightning damage, then unlocking this mastery is a must. This is a pretty solid skill as it also features an area of effect. As you attack an enemy, you may also shock nearby ones.
This skill has three levels, and investing three skill points in it will give you 30 percent more damage.
Advanced Books + Rune Specialist

As the name suggests, the Advanced Books skill allows you to use advanced books. So, if you have any of the advanced books, this skill will be necessary for you to use them. Regarding the Rune Specialist, it allows you to use more powerful runes.
That is pretty much it for the best Tier 3 skills you need to unlock in Everwind. Almost all of the skills in the Tier 3 category are pretty solid, so if you want to invest in all of them, I will not blame you.
Best Tier 4 Skills To Unlock In Everwind
After you have spent enough points in the Tier 3 categories of both classes, you will be able to unlock the Tier 4 skills in both of them. The following are some of the skills I think are best in the Tier 4 category.
Advanced Armors

This is a must-unlock skill as you will need advanced armor at one point in the game. If you already have one, you will not be able to wear it unless you unlock this skill. So, unlocking this skill is a no-brainer.
Blood Thirsty

As I said before, health is extremely important in this game, and having more of it will always be beneficial. If you already have the Great Body skill unlocked and it is maxed out, you will have a lot more health. That said, you will still lose health, and to recover, you will need to eat.
However, you may not always have access to food, or you may run out of it. Now, if that happens, you may have to teleport back to your ship, and that will cause you to lose a lot of time. So, to prevent that, unlocking the Blood Thirsty skill is important.
That is because this skill allows you to recover health after defeating an enemy. It also features three levels, so upgrading it can be highly beneficial.
Devastation

In battle, your critical hits matter a lot. Seeing big numbers during combos is always satisfying, and those numbers appear because of your critical damage. Now, to increase that, you will need to increase your critical damage percentage, which can be done by unlocking the Devastation skill.
This skill has three levels, and upgrading it to the maximum gives you 75 percent more critical damage.
Focus

This is yet another good skill in Tier 4. Focus allows you to deal 25 percent more damage if you have not taken damage. However, I do not think it is worth unlocking if you have limited skill points. This skill activates 45 seconds after you have taken no damage, and if you take even one hit in between, the timer will reset.
Upgrading it to the maximum will reduce the timer to 15 seconds, but it can still be pretty difficult to avoid taking damage for that long. So, if this suits your playstyle, unlock it, but if it doesn’t, skip it.
Wild Magic

This is going to be a great skill for you if you like to take your chances. Wild Magic either increases your magic damage by 50 percent or reduces it by 25 percent. This is a 50 50 type of scenario, so it will all be based on luck.
Wild Magic is enabled when you cast your spell. So, if you have cast a spell, then either it will deal 50 percent more damage, or the damage will be reduced by 25 percent.
Advanced Rods

All of the advanced skills are important to unlock, but not everyone needs to unlock all of them. If you want to use advanced melee weapons, then simply unlock the Advanced Weapons skill and ignore the others. However, if you want to use an advanced rod, then you will need the Advanced Rods skill.
Poison Mastery

Having different types of mastery is always a plus point. So, unlocking the Poison Mastery skill is not necessary, but it can be helpful. This allows you to deal poison damage, and along with that, it may inflict poison on enemies. Status effects are always useful, so if this is something you like, make sure to unlock it.
That is pretty much it for the best tier 4 skills you need to unlock in Everwind. If you are new to this game, make sure to check out my beginner’s tips and tricks guide, along with how to build your first ship and upgrade it.
