Don’t Overwater Your Plants

Your plants are going to be the main thing you will be focusing on, aside from the customers. There is a mechanic in this game where you need to water the plants. Without water, the plants will not grow, so it is absolutely necessary to keep them watered.
That said, you can easily overwater your plant, and if that happens, the plant will stop growing. This happens when you continue watering the plant after the water bar is full, and you receive an exclamation mark. Avoid watering the plant once the exclamation mark appears.
The best way is to water it almost completely while leaving just a tiny bit of the bar unfilled. That way, you will not accidentally overwater the plant even by mistake.
Regularly Water Your Plants

There are going to be a lot of plants in your shop as you continue playing, so dealing with customers and adding new plants can take up quite a bit of your time. It can also distract you from watering the plants that need attention. If the water bar reaches a certain point, the growth speed slows down significantly, so you need to make sure you water your plants regularly.
If the plant becomes too dry, the game will notify you by showing a water icon above that plant. However, it is much better to water the plant before that happens. While dealing with customers and adding new plants is important, you should always make sure you water your plants regularly as well.
Keep Unlocking New Plants

As you earn the plant points and claim them from the task list, you will be able to unlock many more plants. This is essential because it will help you increase your rank much faster. You need to climb the ranks quickly, and unlocking more plants is going to help a lot.
Those plants may also sell for higher prices, and if they reach full maturity, you will be able to earn even more money from them. As you continue unlocking new plants, you should also place plenty of them on different racks. That will help more of your plants reach maturity because customers will not be able to buy every single one of them immediately.
This way, you will be able to earn much more profit over time. That said, the first step is to unlock the plant and then start placing it on your racks.
Don’t Be Afraid Of Spending Money

Money is going to be an important factor, but you can earn a lot of profit from a single plant. That is why you should not be afraid of spending your money. As you continue earning more money, you should also continue expanding your collection.
Keep adding more racks and place vases on them along with new plants. This way, you will not only earn more money but also gain more plant points, which help you unlock new plants, furniture, and much more.
Helping The Customer Isn’t That Difficult

In this game, customers may come up with riddles or vague descriptions of what they want, but most of the time, it is not going to be very difficult to figure them out. Rejecting a customer or failing to give them what they want does not seem to have any significant consequences, so if that happens, there is no need to worry.
That said, most of the time it is pretty easy to understand what the customer is asking for. If they want something for the first time, give them Cat Grass. Also, if they want something that matches the new paint job they got, try to match that color as closely as possible.
Other than that, if you are watering plants or adding more of them to your shop, the customer will patiently wait for you. You can always get back to them after finishing what you were doing.
Expand The Shop As Soon As Possible

As you continue earning more reputation, you will eventually unlock the shop expansion. The first expansion becomes available at Reputation Level 3, and once it does, you should make sure to unlock it as soon as possible. The first expansion costs $1000, and you will be able to earn that amount of money without too much trouble.
That said, if you stop spending your money wisely, your overall progress is going to become much slower. Avoid buying expensive decorations that cost a lot of money. Instead, focus on buying the necessary racks, vases, and plants so you can continue making more money from them. That way, you will be able to earn the money needed for the expansion much more quickly.
Once you have enough money, unlock the expansion, and you will have much more space to place even more plants.
That is pretty much it for our ultimate tips and tricks guide for beginners to get started in Leafy Corner. If you keep these tips in mind, you are much more likely to have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Hopefully, our guide helps you throughout your journey!
