How To Hunt
Hunting the deer allows you to gain Raw Venison, which is a cooking item in Misery. Surviving in Misery is challenging, and getting any cooking item is far more difficult. Hunting helps diversify your loot beyond simply killing Bandits.
The raw deer meat is obtained by hunting down the deer in the world. You can find the deer while exploring the map after Emission 5. Take out your weapon and aim towards the running deer to take it out. If you’re using PPSH, then it will take only three bullets.
Once you kill the deer, approach the deer and get the items like Raw Venison and raw meat. Don’t try with a low-damage pistol, as you will waste ammunition. A single hit from a PPSH is enough to take down the deer.
How To Get Mangal
Mangal in Misery is obtained while exploring the map in Emission 5. There’s a small well just near this small room on the east side of the map.
Move inside the building and loot everything you find here. There are a lot of valuable items in here that you can use to upgrade the bunker.
Loot the valuable Wooden Wind Turbine from this area. You will find the Mangal near this building in the building on the left.
Mangal is used to cook raw food like meat you hunt. After placing it in the bunker, add the Raw Venison or cockroach in the convert section to prepare it. You also need a cooking pot to cook the items in Misery. A cooking pot is also obtained while searching this building.
How To Cook in Misery
Once you place the Mangal in the bunker, interact with it to add the items.
Press the LMB on the ‘Open’ and add the Raw Venison in the convert.
Make sure to place the cooking pot in the Storage section to store the item once it’s cooked. After adding the Raw Venison in the Convert section, hit the turn on button to initiate the process.
Once the Raw Venison is cooked, you can gain +5 Health, +35 Hunger, and +10 Stamina.
