How To Generate Electricity
When you start after the events of your home being destroyed and stranded in a bunker, there will be an empty generator to the right.
You can use this to provide power to your home base and other machines in the bunker, like the incinerator.

If you want to move the generator to another place or closer to other items in your base, press E to pick it up if you have space in your inventory. Now, you can freely place it by right-clicking and selecting Place.
1. Gasoline

The generator requires gasoline to generate 300 units of power. You can obtain gasoline while exploring the zone, and it can also be purchased from the Junk Dealer in Sirzez Undergounds for 45 Rub.

The best locations to get gasoline are by breaking the wooden boxes and looting the small houses. Also, you need to have at least six slots in your inventory to get the canister of gasoline.
2. Cable

A cable is required to connect different items like a Splitter, a Generator, a Car Battery, an Incinerator, and more. This cable is used to transmit energy and power devices and can be obtained while roaming around the deadly world. By default, you will have one cable available in your bunker, which you can use to make a connection.
Try to check the cabinets in houses to get a chance to find cables.
3. Splitter
The Splitter is a craftable item at the crafting station using the materials like 1x Scrap and 3x Electronics. This item splits one power source into three, allowing you to make an electric connection.
Once I place the Gasoline Generator near the incinerator, I return to the area where the generator was available before.

There’s a splitter attached to the wall. I pick it up to add it to my inventory. After that, I place it on the wall near the Gasoline Generator.
4. Car Battery
The Car Battery can be obtained from the dumped vehicles, so make sure to check every car you find. Each battery is capable of storing 1,200 units of power.

Two Car Batteries are required to generate maximum power in the bunker.

I use the cable to make a connection between the Car Battery and the generator; the only item left is Gasoline. Add the Gasoline to the generator after acquiring it, and it will store 300 power.

Interact with the generator and activate it to restore power to the bunker. Once the generator is active, the bunker’s lights and other electrical systems will turn on, allowing you to use them. The size of the gasoline is bigger than the generator.
Other Ways to Generate Electricity in Misery
There are other ways to generate electricity in Misery as well, instead of using a generator or a car battery. Here are all the other ways you can get to autopilot electricity in the game.
1. Dwarf Generator
The other way to generate electricity is from the Dwarf Generator. A dwarf running inside the wheel will generate 5 units of power per second for you. Just don’t forget to give him Vodka to drink. You can craft this generator at the crafting station using the materials: 1x Dwarf, 20x Wood, 3x Iron Bar, and 2x Insulating Tape.

2. Wooden Wind Turbine

The Wooden Wind Turbine in Misery is another item that is used to produce 1 unit of power per second. You can place it outside in the open area.
The best location to find a wind turbine is to search for shacks attached to houses. These turbines make a buzzing sound, so when you’re near one, you can identify if it’s the turbine you’re looking for. You can also craft Wooden Wind Turbines at the crafting station using materials: 10x Plastic, 10x Scrap, 1x Iron Bar, and 1x Insulating Tape.
