Once I go on to start my run and get inside the zone, I take some useful items to fight back with me. I found a pistol early on, so I took that with me to fight any bandits on my way.

Move towards the dish, and you will find a house near the flower fields biome. I go inside it and collect the flashlight from the ground and from a cabinet.
Use the knife to destroy the boxes at the end of this room to pick up the plastics. This is an essential item for crafting in Misery.
There’s a Sledgehammer on the ground, so I pick it up. This is one of the crucial items to break the bigger boxes, blocked wooden paths, and is sometimes used against enemies.
The other item that I collect from this building is the copper wire. This item is sold to the Junk Dealer in the Sirzez undergrounds.
There’s also a Plastic Hammer in the other building near this one, but it doesn’t deal any damage to enemies. Make sure to gather resources and come back before the emission ends.
