How To Earn Money

My Winter Car allows the players to earn money in various ways. The best way to get money is to complete the advert job, taxi driver job, and main job. You can earn different amounts of money by doing different jobs. However, the most effective way to earn money is to complete the Advert job, as it’s pretty easy.

The objective is to deliver the advert to the designated location. Make your way to the PSG gas station and approach the job board on the right for the advert delivery poster. Note down the phone number and move to your apartment. You can use the phone at a gas station or in the home kitchen. Interact with the phone and dial the number correctly using the keyboard numpad.

Avoid the top row numbers and enter the 8-digit code. Wait for the NPC to attend the call and don’t hang up early. Make sure to wait for the other to cut the call. If you choose to hang up early, the call will not be registered.

The objective is to take the advert sheets and deliver them to the different mailboxes. Pick the advert from your dropstep after initiating the job. I highly recommend you move along the roads that lead towards the town. The mailboxes in My Winter Car are available on the front side of the house. Delivering the adverts in multiple mailboxes is essential to complete the job. If you somehow miss the mailboxes, then your salary will be deducted.

After delivering all the adverts, make your way to the ATM in the PSK gas station on Friday. Make sure to find the Jakopalkkio from the transactions. The payments are only made on Friday after delivering the adverts correctly. There is a chance that you won’t get the money in your bank account. This only happens if you don’t call the advert number or miss the deliveries. Make sure you dial the correct number to activate the Advert Delivery Job.

Taxi Driver Job

Completing the Taxi Driver job in My Winter Car allows you to earn a decent amount of money. You need to pick up at least 8 passengers to finish the job. Activating this job is essential before expecting anything. Just like the Advert Job, make your way to the PSK gas station and get the taxi driver’s number from the job poster. Return to the apartment and use the phone to call the taxi driver. Let the NPC hang up the call first. Doing so allows you to register the call.

You will get instructions to meet the taxi driver at the PSK parking lot. Make your way to the PSK parking at 12 pm and interact with the NPC. The taxi calls come via phone and can be eight per day max. Pick up the passengers, use the taxi meter, interact inside the car, and drop off for pay. Make sure to flip down the sun visor after getting inside the taxi.

Make sure to modify the meter first before doing any job. Press the red button to turn on the meter after putting the selector knob to the minus symbol. Turn off the red button after getting the first customer. You will get the destination from the customer.

Check the taxi map to see the drop off. You will earn more money if you drive for a longer time. Stop the taxi meter after reaching the destination. Check the displayed amount and transfer it from a payment terminal. It’s best to print the receipt and check the amount if it’s accurate. Your money will be deducted from the account if you take any wrong step.

Once you pick up your passenger, they will tell you where they want to go. Before driving off, press the small button again so that the red light turns off. Use the indicator at the bottom left of your screen to see the destination. The taxi comes fully fueled and ready to drive. You need to manage the maintenance of oil, coolant, and battery. Make sure to learn the main roads and common addresses.

Complete Main Job

You can also work in the office to earn more money. However, you need to apply for the job first. Make your way to the PSK gas Station to find the office job number. Call the number using the phone at the apartment, gas station, or the home’s kitchen. Set the alarm to 6 AM, as the office starts at 7 AM.

Make your way to the large building near the bridge on the southeast side of the map. Get inside the building and speak with the woman you encounter. You will be informed that the boss is available. Go all the way to the boss’s office and stay close to him. The boss starts walking and gets on the call, so make sure to walk along with him.

If you choose to walk away, the boss will not give you a contract and will stop the dialogue. Hit the ‘K’ button to continue the dialogue and keep following him. You need to wait till he finishes, and he will give you the contract and the job. The job starts at 8 am next Monday. The locked work door means you’re early before the given time.

The objective of the job is to pack a cardboard box with Futufon charger boxes. You can also get fired from the job if you’re not working the required hours. Reach the factory on time and work until the shift is over.

Sell the Firewood

The game also allows you to sell the firewood to Livaloinen. However, first you need to find the woodcutter and use it to cut the logs. You can locate the woodcutter behind your parents’ house, near the woodshed where the tractor is. Make your way over there and get inside the tractor. Use the hand throttle and turn the ignition to start the engine.

Reverse the tractor towards the wood cutter to align the rear end of the tractor and the cutter. Make sure to pull the hitch lever to the right to hook it up. Get out of the tractor and connect the drive shaft of the cutter under the tractor. Doing so allows you to fix it in one place so that it can’t move.

Each log chopped allows you to gain 2x firewood. You can also use the ‘F’ key to equip the ax, then aim at the wood logs using LMB. You will pick them up and chop them. You need to pick up the smaller logs from Livaloinen and use the tractor. Use the trailer to collect all the firewood and sell it to him. Place 160 pieces of firewood to fill up the tractor and gain 20 MK per piece.
