There is a lot of areas and characters to explore during your time playing No Rest for the Wicked. Your first goal is to reach Sacrament, but that’s just the beginning of what’s truly waiting for you.
As the Cerim makes his way to Sacrament, you will reach an area called Orban Glades. In this area, you can start your very first side quest, which is called The Potion Seller.

How To Start The Potion Seller Quest
Fast travel to the Sage Road Whisper and backtrack to the location where you met the hunter and his daughter. Just south of it, you will be able to see a ladder.
Take this ladder down and enter the cave, where you will be able to see some light.
Inside the cave, which is called Iona’s Cavern, progress forward, and you should be able to see a character standing near an alchemy bench.
This is Markos, and he is inside the cave to retrieve a special flower called Iona’s Bloom. This will begin the Potion Seller quest, and your task is to locate this flower inside the cavern.
Where To Find Iona’s Bloom
Now from Markos’ location, progress toward the right path and then drop down. You will encounter some enemies, so make sure you defeat them.
At the bottom, keep following the path east until you reach a ledge, which you can climb to the north. There should be a torch to indicate that you are going in the right direction.
Head north, and shortly after, you will be able to make a jump and hang onto some vines to reach the other side. From here, you can grab a chest to your west, but the main progress is north, where you will find a ladder.
After you climb up the ladder, there will be two enemies waiting for you at the top, so make sure you defeat them before progressing forward.
Now that the enemies are dead, follow the path northwest, and you should see some vines that you can use to climb up to the upper floor.
Follow the path to your right and then north, and eventually you should encounter a Whisper here. Don’t forget to interact with it before progressing forward.
From here, you should be able to see Iona’s Bloom flower just below, so head down and interact with it.
How To Complete The Potion Seller Quest
Once you touch the flower, your vision will get a bit blurry, and you will notice the environment change, with new platforms appearing that connect to areas you couldn’t reach before.
Under this effect, you need to make your way back to Markos. However, if you die, the effect will wear off, and you will have to interact with the flower again and start over.
The path back to Markos is not the same, given all the new invisible platforms that appear, but just follow our lead here.
Head back to the Whisper location and make your way south to where you took the ladder up. From here, go east using the invisible platform.
Keep following the path until you reach some vines that you can climb. Do that, and at the upper level, you will see some enemies. Deal with them and continue ahead.
From here, the path is straightforward, so just keep following it using the invisible platforms toward the north. Eventually, you will reach a strange door with blood all over the place.
One thing you will notice is that Iona’s Bloom effect will wear off here after a short cutscene. All you have to do is go through the door and jump down.
From here, you can make your way back to the entrance of the cave, and you will see Markos waiting for you. All of this was just a test to prove if you are really the Cerim, and as the conversation ends, the Potion Seller quest will be completed.
Markos Location In Sacrament
After you successfully complete the Potion Seller quest, Markos will move back to Sacrament, and you can find him there.
Markos will be available as a merchant in the marketplace area, and he’ll sell all types of potions and alchemy-related items.
