Screamer Achievement Guide

Winning the Screamer tournament can be tricky, and getting into sticky situations is inevitable due to how tight the corners can get on a track. While mastering its mechanics is one thing, unlocking each and every trophy/achievement hits different when you’re struggling with some of them.

Screamer: All Achievements and How to Unlock Them

Drifting On The Road.

Screamer has a total of 50 (+1 on PlayStation for platinum) achievements for the players to unlock, including mastering all playable characters. Here is how you can unlock them all:

ShowoffGet any full set of Customizations for any Screamer.Keep playing the story to unlock various customization sets for your characters. However, it’s not enough. So, for all customization sets, select a character in Arcade Mode and play with them.
In the flow In Checkpoints, keep racing for at least 2 minutes.Enter the Arcade Mode and select Checkpoints. There, circle the track of your choice for 2 minutes to unlock this achievement.
Engine StartComplete the chapter Engine Start.Complete all episodes of the introductory chapter named Engine Start.
RavenousExecute 3 KOs on the same enemy in one race.Focus on one of the racers, and KO them three times; it doesn’t matter who. This also works online.
On your tailIn Team Race, KO an enemy who is in your ally’s Slipstream.Wait for your ally’s Slipstream to appear, and as soon as an enemy falls into it, KO them immediately.
The emptiness of revengeComplete the Green Reapers storyline.There are numerous factions in Screamer, including Hiroshi’s “the Green Reapers.” Complete their storyline for this achievement.
KO for KOIn Team Race, execute a KO on an enemy who recently KOed an ally.Keep your allies in sight. When an enemy KOs them, avenge them to unlock “KO for KO.”
Burning AmbitionsComplete the chapter Burning Ambitions. Complete all Burning Ambitions episodes. Some of them are transitional; it won’t be a long chapter despite the hefty episode count.
MVPIn Team Race, score at least 220 points.Whenever your whole team is in the race, keep a perfect momentum and score the highest points (220 or more). If you fail to do it in story missions, the Arcade Mode is your best friend.
RevengeIn Team Race, KO an enemy who recently KOed you.As simple as the description sounds, KO the enemy who KOed you for this achievement. It can be unlocked in online races, too.
Smooth raceFinish in first place in a Race! or Team Race, without exploding while in Overdrive.Achieve first place and make sure not to crash your car in Overdrive mode. Exploding other cars in Overdrive mode doesn’t rule out this achievement.
AceIn Team Race, rapidly KO the Leader and the two Members of the same team on your own or as a team.Limited to Team Race, knock an entire team out in quick succession. If you’re struggling with this, ask a friend to help you with this, as their KO of an enemy team member will be counted as well.
Ending the cycleComplete the Kagawa-Kai storyline.Conclude Masato Kagawa’s team, Kagawa-Kai’s, storyline to unlock this achievement.
Sync RisingComplete the chapter Sync Rising.Complete the third chapter of the story for this achievement.
Hard truthsComplete the Strike Force Romanda storyline.By completing Ritsuko’s team story and learning more about James, the “Hard Truths” achievement will be unlocked.
Dangerous knowledgeComplete the Jupiter Stormers storyline.Like previous faction stories, complete Lavinia’s faction, Jupiter Stormers’, storyline. Keep playing the tournament to eventually unlock it.
Heir to the chairComplete the Anaconda Corp storyline.Gabriel’s faction is named Anaconda Corp, and their story is featured in the Screamer tournament. Play through the tournament’s story to unlock this achievement progressively.
On a Starlit StageComplete the chapter On a Starlit Stage.On a Starlit Stage is the final chapter of the Screamer tournament. And by rolling the credits, this achievement can be unlocked.
Lore MasterComplete all events of the Screamer Tournament.Complete all the factions‘ (5 in total) storylines for the “Lore Master” achievement.
Hiroshi’s MasteryAs Hiroshi, perform 100 Boosts with Unstable Boost.Every faction’s Screamer has a unique ECHO skill; Hiroshi has Unstable Boost. Instead of using the normal boost, use Unstable Boost a hundred times.
Pure racingComplete Score Challenge mode as any Green Reapers character.As Gregor, reach the max level of ECHO Evolution max level 30 times.
Set the stageComplete Score Challenge mode as any Strike Force Romanda character.Select either Ritsuko, Akane, or Hina and complete a score challenge to unlock “Set the Stage.”
HunterExecute at least one KO on the Leader and the two Members of the same team.KO all the members of a team at least once. Don’t forget to check the roster in normal modes to see all the members and their teams.
SharpshooterExecute 200 KOs using Strike.Strike gives you a boost for a small amount of time, and the car will be covered in fire. Hit the enemy’s car with Strike to KO them instantly, but if you hit an obstacle during the ability, your car will explode.
Ultimate drivingIn Overdrive Challenge, cover at least 4.7 miles without exploding.Overdrive is similar to Strike, but the boost doesn’t last for a brief duration; it’s permanent. Hit a track of your choice and use Overdrive, but don’t crash into anything for 4.7 miles. Learning about when to stop and turn on tight corners will help you.
Tweaked and tunedComplete an offline single player Race! with a custom ruleset.In Arcade Mode, select “Race!” and make custom rules. Complete it to unlock this achievement.
New tiesComplete Score Challenge mode as any Kagawa-Kai character.In the Arcade Mode’s score challenge, select any Kagawa-Kai member (Akemi, Noburo, Keiji) and complete it for the achievement.
Experiment No. 1Complete Score Challenge mode as any Jupiter Stormers character.Jupiter Stormers comprises Aisha, Gregor, and Lavinia. Complete a Challenge in Arcade Mode with any of the aforementioned characters.
Akane’s MasteryAs Akane, perform 50 Boosts with Strike Forcers’ Favorite.Strike Forcers’ Favorite is Akane’s ECHO ability, which generates Hype passively. When the Hype meter is 100%, perform a boost that needs no SGU.
Display of forceComplete Score Challenge mode as any Anaconda Corp character.Gabriel, Dirk, and Hope are members of Anaconda Corp. Select either of them and complete a score challenge to unlock the achievement.
Noboru’s MasteryAs Noboru, gain 100 Entropy segments with Former Glory.Noboru, a member of Kagawa-Kai, can generate Entropy, which allows you to use Strike and Overdrive, with Former Glory using Active Shifts. To unlock this achievement, generate a hundred Entropy Segments with his ECHO ability.
Out of my wayExecute 100 KOs while in Overdrive.Wait for the Entropy Segments to charge, and use Overdrive to KO all the enemies in your way. However, drive safely to avoid your car from getting destroyed.
Not todayParry 50 KOs using Shield.Charge up your Sync Segments and wait for an enemy to initiate either Strike or Overdrive mode. When they get close, use Shield and parry their KO attempts. Do this 50 times.
One more raceComplete Score Challenge mode as any character from Mr. A’s team.This is a secret and hidden achievement. If you’re struggling to unlock it, then either play as The Announcer or Mr. Apollo during a Score Challenge to unlock this achievement.
Lavinia’s MasteryAs Lavinia, perform 100 Perfect Boosts with Hyperactive Boost.Lavinia’s Hyperactive Boost ECHO becomes progressively harder to activate. Use the Hyperactive Boost a hundred times; it isn’t limited to a single race or challenge.
Mr. Apollo’s MasteryAs Mr. Apollo, win 10 races without self-destructions caused by Proto-ECHO.Regularly use Mr. Apollo’s ECHO and win 10 races without making it self-destruct.
HollowedBeat Hollowed Apollo. A secret opponent that unlocks after the endgame. Defeat Hollowed Apollo to unlock this achievement; he is extremely hard to beat.
Gregor’s MasteryAs Gregor, reach the max level of ECHO Evolution 30 times.Gregor’s ECHO ability is called the ECHO evolution, allowing him to spend Syncs to increase the potency of Sync abilities. Maximize every ability with ECHO evolution in 30 times.
Gabriel’s MasteryAs Gabriel, gain 100 Entropy segments with Ruthless Heir.Ruthless Hei allows Gabriel to charge Entropy and Sync segments after every Strike. Fill up a hundred Entropy Segments to unlock “Gabriel’s Mastery.”
Dirk’s MasteryAs Dirk, execute 100 KOs with Blood Thirst.Dirk’s Blood Thirsts initiates a Strike chain effect; destroy one car to enter Strike mode again. KO a hundred opponents using Blood Thirst.
Akemi’s MasteryAs Akemi, execute 100 KOs while in Overdrive with Something to Prove.Akemi’s ECHO ability is Something To Prove. Using it generates a shield after KO’ing an enemy in Overdrive mode and freezes its time.
Frederic’s MasteryAs Frederic, execute 100 KOs with Reaper’s Dance.Frederic’s Reaper’s Dance increases Strikes’ Potency. KO a hundred enemies with Reaper’s Dance to unlock this achievement.
Róisín’s MasteryAs Róisín, execute 100 KOs with One More Freckle.One More Freckle lowers Strike’s Entropy Segment requirements, allowing Riosin to execute Strike consistently.
Ritsuko’s MasteryAs Ritsuko, activate Take Your Heart 5 times. Repeat this 30 times.Take Your Heart generates Hype whenever Ritsuko changes position with others. Initiate this ECHO ability five times in 30 races.
Aisha’s MasteryAs Aisha, parry 30 KOs with the JSI Defense System.When Aisha’s ECHO ability is ready, and someone destroys her car with either Strike or Overdive, she will survive, and a Shield will cover the car. With that Shield, parry 30 KOs.
Hina’s MasteryAs Hina, execute 50 KOs with Go Go SFR!Hina’s ECHO ability, Go Go SFR, will charge Hype with every second of drifting. When the Hype meter reaches 100%, use Strikes and KO enemies 50 times.
Fermi’s MasteryAs Fermi, execute 2 KOs in one Strike 20 times with Herding Instinct.Fermi is Gage’s dog, and yes, it can drive a car. When Herding Instinct is initiated, KO two enemies in one go 20 times to unlock this achievement.
The Announcer’s MasteryAs The Announcer, maintain max Style Empress level for 5 seconds 50 times.Use The Announcer’s Style Empress ECHO and charge up the meter to reach its maximum level. Maintain it for five seconds 50 times in races.
Hope’s MasteryAs Hope, gain 13 Sync segments with Interest Rate. Repeat this 30 times.Hope’s ECHO ability works passively. The Sync Segment generation gets faster as it progresses. As the description suggests, charge 13 Sync Segments.
Keiji’s MasteryAs Keiji, activate 50 Overdrives at full Sync with Emotional Manipulation.To increase Overdrive mode’s potency, Keiji’s passive ECHO ability, Emotional Manipulation, works progressively. More Sync equals better potency. When the Sync Segments are charged, execute 50 overdrives.

All playable characters have Mastery achievements, which you can unlock by using their ECHO abilities continuously and meeting specific conditions.

Always practice these abilities in Arcade Mode since the tournament episodes can get hectic with dialogues and objectives. Learn how they work, and then go for the achievement conditions.

Faction Storylines

In the Tournament mode, Faction stories are divided into points, i.e., 24.1 and 24.2. All sub-episodes are faction storylines; they’re represented with colors.

  • Pink: Strike Force Romanda (Ritsuko, Akane, and Hina)
  • Off White: Anaconda Corp (Gabriel, Dirk, and Hope)
  • Blue: Kagawa-Kai (Keiji, Akemi, and Noburo)
  • Orange: Jupiter Stormers (Lavinia, Gregor, and Aisha)
  • Yellow: The Tournament And The Green Reapers (Hiroshi, Róisín, and Frederic)
