Welcome to our collectibles guide for the Submarine Base in Shinobi: Art of Vengeance. This guide covers every collectible required for 100% completion of the stage.

All Oboro Relics
There are five Oboro Relics to be found in this stage. Here’s where to get them:
Oboro Relic #1
After activating the big elevator at the start of the stage, head right and run up the wall to land on the small platform.
You’ll see a vent at the top. Run up the wall and head into the vent. The chest containing the first Oboro Relic is inside a small room on the other side.
Oboro Relic #2
From the Floor B2 shrine, head down and go to the left room. Hit the switch to drop an exploding canister.
Push it to the left and use it to reach the chest on the platform above. This contains the second Oboro Relic.
Oboro Relic #3
This one is located in the left section of Floor B2. On the second area where you have to push a yellow box past some flamethrowers, you’ll see a chest on the right side. You need to activate a switch on the upper platform to turn off the lasers before you can collect this one.
Oboro Relic #4
After lowering the water level, head into the room on the right, just below the Flooded Sector Shrine. The Oboro Relic is in the far end of the room past the rotating laser.
Oboro Relic #5
From the Floor B3 Shrine, head left, climb up the wall, and jump onto the large elevator on the right.
Continue heading left to reach a room with a rotating flamethrower. Use the Ninja Glider to ride the air currents upward and enter the vents above.
This begins a lengthy parkour segment filled with traps and hazards. Make your way carefully through the section.
About halfway through, break a Yokai Floor to find the final Oboro Relic. It’s unmissable if you pass through this area.
After collecting the Oboro Relic, keep progressing forward until you reach and break another terminal.
All Secret Chests
There are two Secret Chests in this stage.
Secret Chest #1
After lowering the water level in the Flooded Sector, head into the purple secret zone on the bottom right. You’ll have to use Ninja Hooks to avoid getting hit by the flamethrowers. The Secret Chest is at the end of this room. It gives you a Max Kunai Boost upgrade.
Secret Chest #2
From the Floor B1 Shrine, head down and go right. Run past the enemies and climb into the vent. Break the Yokai Floor and keep moving forward.
You’ll eventually enter a room filled with laser traps and moving blades. Complete this parkour segment to reach a Secret Chest at the end. Open it to grab the Executioner Amulet.
All Elite Squads
There are three Elite Squads Encounters in Submarine Base. Completing all three gives you the Shuriken Master Amulet.
Elite Squad #1
After destroying the first terminal in Floor B1, run up the left wall to enter a vent. The first Elite Squad symbol will be in the room at the end of the vent.
Elite Squad #2
After breaking the terminal that lets you access the elevator to Floor B3, return to Floor B2 shrine and get on the top right platform. The previously-locked gate will be open and you can head in to start the Elite Squad encounter.
Elite Squad #3
From the Flooded Sector Shrine, keep moving right, while staying on the upper level to reach the final Elite Squad encounter in the zone.
Ankou Rift
From the Floor B3 Shrine, head left to find a climbable wall. Go up and enter the room to the left above.
Break the Yokai Floor and continue heading left until you reach another Yokai Floor. You have to use the moving platform here to cross over the laser.
When the platform reaches you, break down through the floor.
Keep moving forward along this path, breaking Yokai Floors and riding the platforms.
At the bottom-left section, wall-jump between the two walls to climb upward. The Ankou Rift is located at the top.
