All Oboro Relics
There are five Oboro Relics in The Mountain. Here’s where to find them:
Oboro Relic #1
From the Waterfall Shrine, continue forward until you see a chest behind a pushable box. Climb to the top of the building and drop down using the hanging points to enter from the other side. Loot the chest to collect the first Oboro Relic.
Oboro Relic #2
In the Junkyard area, you’ll encounter a moving spike trap. After it passes, drop down and head left to find a chest containing the second Oboro Relic.
Oboro Relic #3
After defeating the duo Stomper Bots, take the elevator up and cross to the left side. Run down the passage to find a chest holding the third Oboro Relic.
Oboro Relic #4
From the Shopkeeper after the Excavation Site Shrine, go right and climb the yellow walls using Ninja Claws. Continue upward until you reach a chest containing the fourth Oboro Relic.
Oboro Relic #5
The final Oboro Relic requires access to the Mountain Peak, a secret area unlocked by scaling up with Ninja Claws from the switch that opened the Secret Factory.
From the Mountain Peak Shrine, go right and up the climbable wall. Slide down the ramp, jump to the next climbable wall, and loop around to the far side. On a platform there, you’ll find the last Oboro Relic.
All Secret Chests
There are two Secret Chests in The Mountains, but you’ll need the Sword Dive and Ninja Hooks Ningi to unlock them.
Secret Chest #1
After the second Stomper Bot encounter, climb to the upper ledge and continue through the parkour section. At the end, you’ll find the first Secret Chest, which contains the Wind Sculptor Amulet.
Secret Chest #2
After the duo Stomper Bots battle, activate the elevator and drop down once it starts rising. Head right and break the Yokai Barrier on the ground.
In the next room, activate all the switches to open a gate on the left. Beyond it, you’ll find the second Secret Chest containing the Ninpo Expert Amulet.
All Elite Squads
There are three Elite Squad encounters in The Mountains. Clearing all of them rewards you with the Super Shocker Amulet.
Elite Squad #1
Take a few steps from the Waterfall Shrine to encounter the first Elite Squad. This one is unmissable.
Elite Squad #2
After unlocking Ninja Claws, head left from the Foundry Shrine. Keep moving forward using the climbable walls until you reach a chamber with the Elite Squad encounter.
Elite Squad #3
The final Elite Squad is located in a purple zone on the map, near the bottom-right corner of the Excavation Site region. You’ll need both Ninja Hooks and Ninja Claws to access it.
Completing this encounter rewards you with a Lab Key.
Ankou Rift
The Ankou Rift for this stage is hidden at the top of the Mountain Peak secret zone. You’ll need to complete a series of parkour segments to reach it.
