How To Build A Processor In Subnautica 2?

Before you can build a Processor in Subnautica 2, you will need to scan its blueprint. If you’ve completed the game’s prologue and a handful of questlines for finding black boxes, you should have the Scanner to scan objects and gather their blueprints. A Processor requires only a single scan, and finding it isn’t an ordeal.
Processor Location

To find a Processor, go ~420 meters northwest of the lifepod to find a collapsed base called The Old Habitat. Head inside the base, turn in the second room, and turn right to find it. Scan the Processor with your Scanner, which will give you its blueprint.
Building A Processor

Unlike the traditional process of building equipment with the fabricator, a Processor requires the Habitat Builder. If you don’t know how to use it, make sure to check out our Base Building guide for its complete process, as a Processor can only be used inside your powered-up base.
A Processor requires the following materials:
- x2 Titanium | Found on the Ocean’s bed
- x1 Mild Acid | Can be crafted with x2 Acidic Raion Pouches and x1 Copper
- x1 Copper Wire | Use x2 Copper to craft it
Go into the creation menu of the Habitat Builder, and you will find the Processor in the Interior Facilities’ production section. Click, then place it in a space. Voila! You have a Processor now ready to use.
However, if you haven’t powered your base yet, then it won’t work. Put Solar Panels on top of your base to do so.
How To Use The Processor In Subnautica 2?

A Processor processes multiple items, but it takes extra time compared to the former; all of them are complex blueprints.
It has two compartments: Input and Output. To the left is the input where you put the items required to craft a recipe of your choice. Ingots will play an important role in the latter parts of the game, and they can only be processed in a Processor.

After adding your items to the input section, wait for the timer to end. Then pick up the processed item from the output section.
And with this, our guide to building a Processor in Subnautica 2 comes to an end. Check out the game’s walkthrough hub for more guides and walkthroughs!
