How To Unlock Skills

Unlock the skills from the skill tree by using the skill points. However, you need to reach a specific level to unlock that skill, even if you have the skill points. For example, Fishmonger is unlocked by using the 1 skill point after reaching level 2.

You earn skill points by completing ship repair contracts and gaining experience. Once you have enough points, you can spend them in a skills menu to unlock new abilities and enhance your existing ones from the skill tree.

Each skill has three levels that you can unlock. Each level grants additional bonuses to your character for that skill. For example, Fishmonger is the first skill in the skill tree.

Unlocking its level 2 will cost you 2 skill points. However, you need to be on level 5 in the game to get access to the second level of Fishmonger. The base level of this skill allows you to sell caught fish at a better price in the market.

To unlock the level 2 skills, you need to be on level 5 and have 2 skill points. Three skill points are required to unlock level 3 skills. You also need to reach level 8 in the game to get access to these skills.
