Make your way to the West Heaven’s Pier fast travel point around the center of the Qinghe region. Just nearby, you should find a man complaining about a missing bag.
The man mentions it might have been stolen, as he tried to look everywhere in the bushes and couldn’t find it. This is where you come to help.
Where To Find The Missing Bag
Use the passage leading you ahead and follow it until you spot a suspicious man standing behind the wooden fence. This guy will be labeled “Bandit Feifei.”
The man was right, and he did indeed steal the bag. In order to get it back, you will need to be stealthy and not alert the bandit. The way to do so is to use the Celestial Seize Mystic skill.
How To Get The Celestial Seize Mystic Skill
In case you do not have this skill, you will need to complete a quest to obtain it and add it to your arsenal.
Make your way north of Heaven’s Pier, and there you should find a quest in green called Foul Play. There, you will find a character sitting on the ledge called Qiu Yuehai.
He will provide you with the skill and ask you to help him stop the scammer nearby from winning the drinking competition. Simply complete the competition and then report to the man.
After the conversation is done, you will get to keep the Celestial Seize Mystic skill.
How To Complete The Missing Funds Wandering Tale
With the Mystic skill at hand, all you have to do is stand behind the bandit and then use the skill on him. When you do that, a menu will pop up with all the items available to take.
Among these items, you will find the thief’s bundle; this is the one you need to take.
It might not work the first time, and if it doesn’t, you can simply try again after the bandit goes back to his neutral state.
Now that you finally got the bag back, simply head down and speak to the man, give him back his belongings, and this will complete the Missing Funds Wandering Tale.
