Stamp: Basto’s Hidden Balloons

You get this task automatically as you enter Basto, and you can complete it by day or night.

To complete this task, you need to burst the hidden balloons located all across Basto.

To burst a balloon, you simply shoot a water balloon of your own at it. Here’s where the balloons can be found:

  1. Jet-Ski area: On an island off the coast, near a tall tower with a parrot on it.
  2. Jet-Ski area: On top of a tower that’s next to the resting hammock.
  3. Camp area: On an island off the coast, right near the camping tent. The island has several burrowing snakes on it.
  4. Painter area: Floating in the gap between the ‘mainland’ and the island to the left of the ice cream vendor. Look
  5. Painter area: On top of a tower behind the ice cream vendor.
  6. Royal Palace: Between two of the sand castle exhibits on the right side. (Specifically, to the left fo the pyramid-shaped sand castle).
  7. Circus Tent: Next to a pillar of three cardboard boxes.
  8. Movie area: On an island hidden behind the dinosaur skeleton platform. Go down the long ladder next to the dinosaur skeleton and rotate the camera from where the egg/omelette is located.
  9. Bamboo grove area: On a beach, located at the opposite end of the area from where the bamboo shoots are.
  10. Bamboo grove area: On an island off the coast of the ‘scary tree’ island. You can access the scary tree island by taking the pipeway that’s hidden behind the bamboo shoots near the cave.
  11. Ghost area: On a high platform above the cave entrance. For a good shot, climb onto the platform with the resting hammock on it.

After bursting all 11 balloons, you will get the stamp.
