Toem Stamps Walkthrough – Basto Stamps, Part 3
Stuck in Toem? Here’s how to get the stamps ‘Night-Time Cinema’ and ‘Play a Carnival Game’ in the movie area of Basto.

Stamp: Night-Time Cinema
You can get this task at both day and night, but you can only complete it at night.
To get this task, take a left from the painter area, across the bridge by the napping hammock. Go towards the gathered leaf-people and talk to the leaf-person standing by the screen to get this task.
To complete this task, first make sure that it’s night. If it’s day, nap at a hammock.
Then, aim your camera at the torches around the movie screen and use your water balloon to extinguish the flames.
There are four torches in all which you need to extinguish. Once they’re all out, you’ll get the stamp automatically.
Stamp: Play a Carnival Game
You can only get and complete this task at day.
Near the movie area, look for a hammock and cross the bridge next to it. If the bridge is not there, then it’s likely night, so nap at the hammock to make it day.
Enter the circus tent and talk to the man in the top hat. After this, play any one of the three games in the circus tent.
After you have completed a game and acquired a ticket, talk to the man in the top hat again to complete the stamp.
Note that you must complete a game to get the stamp. Quitting a game after starting it does not seem to count.
