Welcome to the Into Indie Games guide to Toem! This guide focuses on collecting stamps only, and it does not currently cover compendium photos.
The stamps in Toem are not numbered, but we’ll be numbering them here to make things more manageable. For more information on Toem, check out the official website here.
Kiiruberg
Stamp: Military Suspicions
To complete this mission, you must first complete the ‘Suspicious Activity’ missions in Oaklaville, Stanhamn, and Logcity.
After you have done so, you must find the periscope in Kiiruberg. To find the periscope, enter Kiiruberg from the bus stop, acquire the rock climbing boots from the old rock climber (who also gives you the Snowball Memories task), and then return to the area with the balloons around the birthday cake.
There’s a rope here – take the rope up and then exit the area to enter the giggling snowman area.
Take a left here towards the elevator and you’ll find the periscope hidden in a mound of snow. Interact with it to go down the elevator.
Inside, talk to the military commander (he’s standing between the corkboard and the intercom speaker). Provided you have completed the Suspicious Activity missions in the other areas, you will get your stamp without any more effort.
Stamp: Photo Challenge #7
You can get this mission in the giggling snowman area. Climb up the rope and talk to the photo challenger to get your mission.
Here you need to take three pictures: of the Moon, of the Balloon Animal, and the Snowman.
The Snowman is the most obvious one here: just take a picture of the snowman from where you are standing.
The Moon is less obvious, but just as easy. Equip your camera and look up to the skies. Turn until you find the moon, take a picture of it, and you’re done.
For the Balloon Animal, leave the area and return to the birthday party area near the beginning of Kiiruberg. You’ll find a balloon dog near the balloon parents.
Take a picture of the dog (make sure it is highlighted) and return to the Photo Challenger to show all your pictures and get your stamp.
