Stanhamn

Stamp: Suspicious Activity – Harbor

This one is similar to the suspicious activity mission in Oaklaville. Find the mysterious person and take a picture of them.

In this case, the mysterious person can be seen right as you enter Stanhamn. They can be found standing on the beach below the boardwalk. Take a picture of them.

To find the periscope to report to, you must first complete the stamp “Power Shortage?!” in the Hydroplant Interior.

Then, exit the Hydroplant, take the exit past the Hydroplant, and watch the bridge return to closed position.

Now cross the bridge and approach the flower beds, where one of them will reveal a periscope. Show it your picture of the suspicious person to get your stamp.

Stamp: A Lost Dog

To get this task, you must first complete the quest “Power Shortage?!”. Then, with the power restored, go to the right from the harbor and the bridge should close, allowing the young boy to be reunited with his mother.

Cross the bridge here, go down to the lower platform and talk to the man whistling and calling out for his dog. He’ll give you the task.

To find the dog, go to the left from the harbor and keep going until you reach the tourist beach area. Here, you’ll find a very furry dog near the benches and flower beds.

Interact with it to pet it and it will start following you.
