Fontebrac Map

Fontebrac is a separate land in Town to City that allows players to pursue farming and grow crops. The Fontebrac map becomes available upon upgrading the Village to the Small Town stage in Belvau.
Unlike Belvau, the mainland of the campaign, players can house farmers to grow various crops and unlock unique buildings like Bakery, Winery, Pub, and more. Moreover, with access to crops, players can utilize buildings like the Social Club and the Perfumer, which are not possible in Belvau.
Lay Out the Land with Roads

Firstly, you need to think of a layout that you want to have for the Fontebrac map. Start painting the road from the station and connect it with the land where you want your farmers to grow crops. Growing crops is the main objective for this map, as it will earn you Farm Points, which you can use to unlock new crops and buildings.
Place Farmer Residence Buildings and Other Houses

After laying out the roads, place a couple of Farmer Residence Buildings and a few townsfolk houses. As the new families arrive at the station, house them accordingly to their class.
Place Important Buildings Like Warehouse, Research Center, and Stalls

Similar to the campaign in Belvau, place a Warehouse close to the station, a research center, and all types of stalls. The stalls will help you fulfill the initial demands of food for the townsfolk and the farmers.
Add Townsfolk Labor

Once you have a few townsfolk staying in Fontebrac, put them to labor equally across the working places. Add some in the Warehouse, some in the Research Center, and some in the stalls.
Unlock Grape, Corn, and Wheat

After housing a few farmer families in Fontebrac, unlock the crops from Tier 1 of the Farms Menu. Once done, set each Farmer’s residence to a different crop. Select the farmer’s residence to change the crops that you want farmers to grow.
Place Granary Close to the Farmlands

Once the farmers have begun their work of growing crops, place the Granary building close to each farmland. Add some labor to the Granary to start storing the harvested crops.
Unlock Winery and Bakery

Maintain your town for a while to understand the overall workflow. After that, unlock the Winery and Bakery buildings to improve the overall food demands. The winery becomes available after unlocking grapes, and the bakery becomes available after unlocking corn and wheat.
The Winery and Bakery provides better food for the residents, and provides 2 luxury values each. If you have unlocked Artisans and Bourgeoisie, then the Winery and Bakery will help you provide luxuries.
Decorate the Town

As you gradually increase the Farm Points by farming various crops, you must also decorate the town. It is crucial for fulfilling the decoration demands. Place plants and trees around the houses and workplaces. Moreover, place street lights and benches around the town. Furthermore, you can unlock the Hay decorations from the Farms Menu and place them around the farming areas.
Unlock Roses, Cotton, and Beeswax

After farming crops and fulfilling the requirement for the next Tier of Farms Menu, you will gain access to new crops. Unlock Roses, Cotton, and Beeswax from Tier 2 of the Farms Menu. Once done, place more Farmer Residences in the town and set a unique crop for each one. Moreover, place a separate Granary for each farmland.
TIP: The more types of crops you grow, the quicker you fulfill the Farm Points requirements.
Expand and Build More Houses and Buildings

You will also have to expand at this point. Build more roads to find a suitable place for townsfolk and other classes. Build more stalls to fulfill the food demands. Moreover, don’t forget to add labor to control the rising demands.
Build a Clothing Store and Unlock Hatter

In addition to the food demand, residents will also have apparel demand. Build a clothing store and add labor to it to start fulfilling the apparel needs. Moreover, you will also have access to the Hatter. Unlock it from Tier 2 of the Farms Menu and place it in the town.
With the Hatter building, you can also unlock the set hat color upgrade, like the normal clothing store. If there is a request for a certain hat color, you can fulfill it by setting the required hat color.
Unlock Extra Granary Workers Upgrade

As you will be growing several crops at a time, it is best to get the Granary Workers upgrade. You can find it in Tier 2 of the Farms Menu. It will allow you to add more labor to the Granaries around the town. This will increase the overall transport capacity of the granary.
Unlock Hops, Potato, Tomato, and Lettuce

After farming crops and fulfilling the requirement for the next Tier of Farms Menu, you will gain access to new crops. Unlock Hops, Potato, Tomato, and Lettuce from Tier 3 of the Farms Menu. Once done, place more Farmer Residences and set unique crops for each one. Moreover, place a separate Granary for each farmland.
Upgrade Farm Surface

Once you have access to a bunch of new crops, you should get the Farm Surface Increase upgrade. You can find it in Tier 3 of the Farms Menu. It will increase the maximum surface of the farmlands, allowing farmers to grow more crops.
Place Warehouses Around the Town

As your town grows, you will have to build more warehouses to make the deliveries to shops and stalls. Find a suitable location for the warehouses close to the farther stalls and shops from the station. With more warehouses, you will have a better workflow in your town.
Unlock Pub to Fulfill Leisure Demands

At this point, your town in Fontebrac will be filled with farmlands and a bustling crowd of people. It is crucial to fulfill their demands, and you must build corresponding buildings to provide for them. One of the new buildings that you can acquire is the Pub.
Unlock it from Tier 3 of the Farms Menu and place it at a place where most people can access it. It fulfills Leisure demands and provides 3 luxury values.
Expand to House More People
With an increase in the population, you might have to expand your town a bit. You can build roads and build new houses, or you can upgrade the houses to Tier 3 and add families to the houses. It will help you save a lot of land for the new farmers. Moreover, you will have a lot of space to build various buildings to fulfill the demands of the people.
Unlock Pumpkin, Lavender, and Medicinal Herbs

Once you have a town with great workflow and happiness, you can unlock the final set of crops for the farmers to grow. After fulfilling the requirement of Farm Points for the final Tier, unlock the pumpkin, lavender, and medicinal herbs.
Once done, place more Farmer Residences and set unique crops for each one. Moreover, place a separate Granary for each farmland.
Build Buildings to Fulfill Demands

In addition to growing all the crops, you must fulfill the demands of the people. If you have the Artisans and Bourgeoisie classes unlocked, then you would have to build advanced buildings with high luxury values to keep them happy.
To fulfill Housewares demands, build Smithy, Carpenter, Pottery, etc, for Public Service demands, build Newspaper Stand, School, Chapel, etc. These buildings will be enough to fulfill such demands. Moreover, if you upgrade the town to higher stages, then use more advanced buildings.
