Treasure Beach – Walkthrough (Day 31 – End)

Treasure Beach review featured image

Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough of Treasure Beach, featuring Day 31 through to the end of the game.

Treasure Beach is a cozy job simulator where you uncover different items buried on the beaches of various islands. These items can either be trash or valuable treasures that can be sold for a profit. For more information, head over to its Steam page.

We have already covered walkthroughs from Day 1 to Day 30, so in this guide, we will provide you with a walkthrough covering Day 31 until the end of Treasure Beach.

Disclaimer

Treasure Beach is an RNG-based game where the items you find depend heavily on luck, so you may not receive the same items on the beach that we found during this playthrough. However, after playing through the first 10 days multiple times, we have noticed that getting lucky for several days in a row is not unusual. That said, do not compare your items with the ones we received during our playthrough. Other than that, our walkthrough makes it much easier to understand everything you need to know during the first 10 days of the game.

Treasure Beach – Day 31-35 Walkthrough

Day 31 Treasure Beach

Note: Before you start your day, remember that whenever the homeless man appears, you should donate money to him. He can appear while you are selling items on the beach, so make sure that you give him some money whenever you get the opportunity. Donating to him is an important part of the game, and it is something that you should not ignore.

By now, you should have an almost perfect understanding of how the game works and which types of items are worth selling. However, there are always new discoveries waiting for you, as there are still two islands left for you to explore.

Your primary goal is to remove all of the pollutants from the Tropical Island so that you can finally unlock the very last island by purchasing the permit from Ruth. Start your Day 31 or Day 32 on the Tropical Island and get to work. Do note that on this island, you can find various items that can be thrown into the water.

Some of these can be Mysterious Fruits that have unknown effects. By eating a Mysterious Fruit, you may even find money. Aside from that, you can also come across injured animals that can be transferred to the Animal Hospital. You can find the First Aid Kit right next to the recycling bin.

Over the next five days, up until Day 35, collect as much treasure as possible and rescue as many animals as you can. Then, sell all of the items and build up some impressive profits. During these five days, you should earn a significant amount of money because valuable items are much easier to find on the Tropical Island.

Note

On the Tropical Island, you can find a mysterious fruit with unknown effects. Eating this fruit is usually worth the risk, as it can reward you with money and a variety of other special effects. In some cases, you may gain enhanced vision, allowing you to spot certain buried items more easily. However, do keep in mind that the fruit can also have negative effects. For example, it may cause dizziness, which can make your vision blurry and make it slightly more difficult to navigate around the beach.

Don’t Forget The Side Activities

While restoring items, recycling trash, and selling your restored goods, do not forget about the side activities. The Seashell Merge mini game can be quite entertaining, and reaching the maximum relationship level with the old lady can reward you with extra clicks. Make sure to play this mini game every single day for some additional income.

Apart from that, do not miss the Beach Fair. There, you can spend your tickets to earn a substantial amount of money. The best advice we can give is to save your tickets and then spend them on the game that you perform best at. Maintaining a good relationship with the recycling boy will reward you with an extra ticket every time you fill the bin with five items.

This way, you can accumulate plenty of tickets and turn them into a large amount of money.

Buy Some Items From The DIY Store

DIY Store Treasure Beach

It is finally time to start purchasing items from the DIY Store. By now, you should easily have well over 4,000 coins, meaning you can practically buy anything available there. Because of that, it is a good idea to purchase everything you can see. The most valuable items to buy include the Welcome Sign, Lucky Charm, Zen Statue, Fancy Incense Holder, Prayer Beads, and Fancy Seashell. However, if they do not appear in your store inventory, you can simply wait for the store to refresh on the following day.

Check the DIY Store on each of the five days and collect the most important items that will improve your selling experience. Your main objective is to make the selling process as efficient and profitable as possible. Keep in mind that the crab that occasionally appears while selling is also part of that experience.

Due to that, you should purchase items such as Polaroids, which can double the amount of money you earn from clicking on the crab. Another useful crab-related item is the Dancing Crab Statue, which increases the likelihood of encountering a crab while selling your items.

Almost All Items Are Worth Buying

Do note that the Welcome Sign is especially important because it allows one additional customer to visit your shop. This can be extremely useful, as you may often notice that there is no remaining shelf space while you still have more items to sell. With an extra customer arriving, another item can be purchased, creating additional room for your inventory.

If you have enough money, you should buy all of the items currently available in the DIY Store. If you have been following our walkthroughs, you should have more than enough coins by now. In fact, even after purchasing everything from the DIY Store, we still had plenty of money left over to buy several items from the Electronics Store.

Visit The Town Square

You should also work toward maximizing your relationship with every resident on the main island. You can do this by speaking with people in the Town Square. The Town Square is located in the center of the island, so make it a habit to visit it every single day.

Each day, you are likely to encounter a different pair of townspeople. Speak with both of them and make sure your responses are respectful and positive. That is the most reliable way to improve your relationship with them.

Unlock All Stations In The Workshop

work stations Treasure Beach
Treasure Beach Walkthrough – Unlock All Stations In The Workshop.

By this point, you should have unlocked all of the stations in the workshop. There are many items that cannot be sold for their maximum value unless you have access to the appropriate station. For example, without the Oyster Station, you will not be able to extract pearls from oyster shells.

The pearls are where the real profits come from because they can be turned into jewelry using the Jewelry Station. Make sure that all workshop stations are unlocked before Day 35 comes to an end. If you have been following our walkthroughs, you probably do not need to worry about this, as you most likely already have every station available. We are not referring to every upgrade, only the stations themselves. Having the Polishing Machine upgrade is more than sufficient for now.

Also, make sure that you have upgraded the Polishing Machine, as this significantly reduces the amount of time required to polish items.

With that done, your Day 35 can come to an end, and you will be ready to begin the next day.

Treasure Beach – Day 36-40 Walkthrough

Now that you have spent five days buying a large number of items from the DIY Store, you need to start saving money again. There are plenty of expensive items, such as the Gaming Laptop and various seashells that contain valuable pearls, so you can earn money fairly quickly.

You have also purchased many items that can help you generate more money than before. Keep in mind that some of these items can help you negotiate better deals when selling. That said, do not negotiate more than once. If you are already receiving a good offer, there is no reason to continue negotiating further.

However, if an item that previously sold for a higher amount is now being offered at a lower price, then you should negotiate. Spend Days 36 through 40 focusing on saving money. Make sure you do not forget the Seashell Merge mini game and the Beach Fair.

Do not miss out on any opportunity that can help you earn additional money. Once you have finished selling your items on Day 40, it is time to head over to the Electronics Store.

Head To The Electronics Store

At the Electronics Store, your first priority should be purchasing additional storage space. You need to collect more trash, so having extra recycling storage can be extremely useful. That said, if you have plenty of money available, increasing the storage capacity of your bag is also a worthwhile investment.

After increasing the capacity of both inventories, it is time to purchase the Metal Detector. This tool can detect metal objects in the surrounding area, making it much easier to find valuable items. In addition to that, you should also purchase the Rust-B-Gone Spray. You already own a version of this spray, so this purchase is actually an upgrade.

The current spray removes rust far too slowly, so this upgraded version will allow you to remove rust much more efficiently. If you still have money remaining after those purchases, you should buy the Damyson Air Blower. This tool allows you to clear sand across a much larger area. That said, if this purchase does not seem worthwhile to you and you would rather wait a little longer, that is perfectly fine.

Instead, you can upgrade your rake because its current detection radius for buried items is relatively small. This upgrade costs 1,500 coins, so if you do not have enough money right now, you should spend a few more days earning additional funds. This upgrade is important, so make sure that you eventually purchase it.

Head To The DIY Store

After five days, you should have accumulated a healthy amount of money. Even after purchasing some of the upgrades we mentioned from the Electronics Store, you should still have coins left over. You do not necessarily have to buy the rake upgrade immediately, so if you skipped it, you should instead consider upgrades such as the Additional Display Disc.

This upgrade increases the number of display item slots by two. Even if you do not currently have enough money, there is no reason to worry. Simply continue grinding for a little longer and come back later. Once you have purchased everything you need, it is time to end the day and continue grinding so you can completely clear out the island.

Note

On the The items that you purchase from the DIY Store are one-time purchases, but many of them also have upgraded versions. For example, if you purchased the Welcome Sign, which increases the number of customers who visit your shop, you may notice a Fancy Welcome Sign appearing in the DIY Store during a future visit. This upgraded version increases the number of visiting customers by one additional customer. Similarly, if you purchased the Lucky Charm, which increases your successful bargaining rate by 5 percent, its upgraded version, the Luckier Charm, increases that rate by another 5 percent. Due to this, visiting the DIY Store every now and then is highly recommended. Doing so allows you to purchase these upgraded items and further improve your overall selling experience..

Treasure Beach – Day 41-45 Walkthrough

day 41 Treasure Beach
Treasure Beach Walkthrough – Day 41.

Once you have started Day 41, continue progressing through to Day 45. After you have sold all of your items and completed the other daily activities, it will be time to unlock the next island. That said, since you will have earned a considerable amount of money during these days, you should spend some of it wisely. Just make sure that you leave enough money aside to purchase the permit for the final island.

On the Tropical Island, you will begin finding items that require considerably more work before they can be sold. For example, you may find items that need to be cleaned with the Air Blower, have their rust removed, be polished, and then be processed using the Jewelry Station to turn them into jewelry. This can take a bit of time, but keep in mind that these items also sell for significantly higher prices.

Due to that, whenever you find such items on the beach, make sure that you never skip them or throw them into the recycling bin. You will also start finding better electronic items. If there are lower-value electronics that did not sell for much on the previous islands, recycling them may be a better option.

That said, certain electronics, such as laptops, are still worth a substantial amount of money, and you have likely already seen that on the previous island. However, Gaming Laptops can sell for even higher prices. Because of that, make sure you prioritize collecting items that can generate a large profit.

Remove All Pollution From The Tropical Island

By Day 45, you will most likely have removed all of the pollution from the Tropical Island. However, if you have not completely cleared it yet, spending another day or two there certainly will not hurt. Simply continue visiting the beach, collecting items, and removing trash, and you will eventually restore the island completely.

Buy The Volcano Island Permit

Treasure Beach Walkthrough – Buy The Volcano Island Permit.

Once the Tropical Island has been cleared, you simply need to head to the Law Firm and purchase the Volcano Island Permit. This permit unlocks the very last island in the game. From this point onward, your focus should shift away from the Tropical Island and toward the Volcano Island, where your next objective will be removing pollutants and restoring the area.

The Volcano Island is located on the left side of the main island. After purchasing the permit from Ruth, head over there and begin your next day.

Head To The Electronics Store Or DIY Store

After purchasing the permit, you should still have some money remaining. So, it is a good idea to visit one of the two stores and purchase a few additional upgrades. If you do not have enough money for the Electronics Store, then head to the DIY Store instead and buy items that can further improve your selling experience.

There are plenty of useful upgrades available that can help make your experience in selling items on the beach much better.

Treasure Beach – Day 46-End Walkthrough

Now that you have unlocked Volcano Island, you are unlikely to run into any major complications. Your primary objective is simply to collect items from the beach until all of the pollution has been removed. In total, you need to collect 160 items from the beach in order to completely clear the island of pollution.

This can take up to 20 days, or possibly even less, depending on how many items you manage to collect during each visit. If you are lucky and consistently collect more than 10 items per day, you may be able to remove all of the pollution in fewer than 15 days. That is actually the most likely outcome, as this is the final island and you are generally able to find more items here.

Do note that even the items you place into the recycling bin count toward the total number of items collected from the beach. Once you have removed all of the pollution by collecting 160 items, you will need to purchase one final permit. However, this permit is initially locked, as you must first collect enough signatures before it becomes available.

This final permit allows you to demolish the hotel. To obtain it, you need the support of the island’s residents, which is why the signatures are required.

How To Get Enough Signatures To Obtain The Final Permit

permit to demolish the hotel Treasure Beach
Treasure Beach Walkthrough – Buy The Permit To Demolish The Hotel.

Do note that you need a total of six signatures before you can purchase the permit. The following sections explain how to obtain each of them:

Make Donations To The Animal Hospital

You need to make donations to the Animal Hospital 25 times. Simply head there and interact with the donation button that appears near the animals. By this point, you have probably already donated a few times. You can check your progress through the Quest Board located in your home.

After checking your progress, return to the Animal Hospital and continue making donations until you reach the required total. You will receive a ticket for every donation you make, so do not worry about losing money. In most cases, you will eventually earn back more than you spend.

Once you have completed 25 donations, you will receive a signature.

Reach Maximum Relationship Level With Ruth

You may have already reached the maximum relationship level with Ruth. However, if you have not, you will need to spend a few more days working on it.

We have previously mentioned the importance of regularly visiting the Town Square. The reason for this is that the Town Square allows you to improve your relationships with the residents of the island.

Ruth appears on different days, so continue talking to her whenever she is present. As long as you remain positive and respectful during conversations, you will eventually maximize your relationship with her. Doing so rewards you with another signature.

Buy Every Single Upgrade From The Electronics Store

To earn another signature, you need to purchase every item available in the Electronics Store. By this stage of the game, you likely already own most of them.

Simply visit the store and purchase any remaining upgrades that you have not yet unlocked. Once every item has been purchased, you will receive the signature.

Clean All Pollution On The Volcano Island

Since Volcano Island is the final island in the game, clearing all of its pollution automatically rewards you with a signature.

There is a good chance that you have already completed this objective by the time you start working toward the final permit. If so, simply return home and claim the signature from the Quest Board.

Make Donations To The Homeless Man

To obtain another signature, you must donate money to the homeless man 10 times. He occasionally appears while you are selling items, offering you an opportunity to donate.

If you have never donated to him before, this objective may take quite a long time to complete. The reason is that his appearances are completely random and can occur at any point while selling items.

Therefore, if you have not completed this requirement yet, simply continue playing the game until you do.

You must complete all of the objectives mentioned above in order to collect the required signatures. Without them, you will not be able to purchase the permit, and the game’s finale will remain unavailable. That said, as this is extremely hard to get and is based completely on luck, we recommend ignoring it.

There are a total of seven ways you can get the signature, and six of them are pretty easy.

Recycle A Total Of 150 Times

If you have been recycling as you are progressing through the game, you will have completed this quest. So, you just need to claim the signature from the quest board in the home. However, if you have not been recycling much, you should spend some days doing so.

Spend 50 Tickets At Beach Fair

If you have not been using your tickets a lot, then what you need to do is look for a game you enjoy. If a game is not something you like, you can skip it by moving on to the next day. Then simply play that game until you complete this quest. That way, you will get a signature.

So, if you get all of the signatures except the one that you can earn by giving money to the homeless man, you will be good to go.

Demolish The Hotel

Once you have collected enough signatures, head to the Law Firm and purchase the permit that allows you to demolish the hotel.

After obtaining the permit, make your way to the hotel and interact with it. Select the option to demolish the building and confirm your decision by pressing the check mark. Once you do so, a short cutscene will begin, marking the conclusion of the game.

With that, our final Treasure Beach walkthrough, covering Day 31 through to the ending, comes to a close. Hopefully, our walkthroughs helped guide you throughout your journey and made your adventure much easier and more enjoyable.
