Welcome to the Into Indie Games walkthrough covering the Lightspeed Land area of Twisted Tower.
Vincent is getting closer to the end of his journey, but there is still one major challenge standing between him and Charlotte. She is being held at the highest level of the Twisted Tower, where the Twisted Beast is guarding her.
Before Vincent can reach the Tower Top, he must first make his way through Lightspeed Land and navigate its strange attractions. With the final destination finally within reach, Vincent will need to push forward and overcome whatever the tower throws at him before he can finally reach Charlotte.

Enter The Lightspeed Land

Now that you have obtained the ticket to the Lightspeed Land, head back to the elevator and insert it there. Press Lightspeed Land on the panel and wait to reach it.
After you arrive, exit the elevator, and you will spot the Twisted Beast taking Charlotte’s cage to the Tower Top. Vincent needs to hurry.

Go through the battlement from the left side, and at the very edge, if you look to the right, you will spot a caged torch. Activate it, and the target point at the top will become active.

Grapple up and keep making your way by jumping from one battlement to another, and be sure to pick up the cannon weapon. Keep platforming until you reach the entrance to the Lightspeed Land.

Here, you will find Piper at the edge. You can speak to him, and he will confirm that Charlotte was being dragged to the Tower Top. When you’re done, enter the building.
Find The Key To Enter The Galactic Cinema

Inside, you will find another tape that you can listen to, and there will be another TV up ahead. Go through the round door leading to Martian Discovery and go to the end of the tunnel.

At the end, it will be a trap, and you will fall and lose consciousness. When you wake up, you will find yourself with no weapons except your hammer in a strange location.

Mr. Twister has planned for this and prepared a recording for you. He said that his servants took all your weapons, and you need to find a way out of here.
Retrieve Your Weapons

Look up, and you should spot a vent entrance. Jump and attack it using the hammer to destroy it. Go through the vent system, and you will reach the next room.
You will encounter enemies here, but be careful. You only have your hammer, so be sure to keep your distance and rely on your charged attack for heavy damage.

After you deal with the enemies here, go to the right side and make it to the end of this route while avoiding the spiked surfaces. Interact with the lever here, and it will open a small room with two bundles of tickets.

After you secure these tickets, look at the top left, and you will see a door. Double jump to reach it and go through it. Defeat the enemies here, then destroy the wooden planks to go through the round door.

You will spot an enemy on the bridge below. Drop down and defeat it. After you’ve done that, the exit will be unlocked, and you can go through it.

Inside this room, you will find a new weapon, the W.A.S.P. Ray Gun. This is a unique weapon. Its primary fire shoots photons, and then you can explode them whenever using your secondary fire.

This will be helpful to get you through this part, and the perfect practice for this new weapon will be on the enemies that will spawn here.

Once that’s done, look to the right side where the enemy came out of, and you will see a caged torch. Activate it, then head to the upper platform and look to the top right. Grapple there.

Cross to the next platform and pick up the explosive dice. Throw it at the red wall to access the Martian Discovery.
You can aim from the same platform, so you don’t have to platform again if you miss reaching the dice.
Go Through Martian Discovery

Progress forward and defeat all the enemies in this room. There will be another red wall that you need to find an explosive dice for.
Look to the left side, and you will see a lever. Interact with it to open the room where the explosive dice is. Pick it up and throw it at the red wall to destroy it.

Follow the path here and take the stairs up. Be mindful of the enemies along the side until you reach the upper floor, where the exit door is on top of the platform.

This will take you just outside of the building, where you will see a long track. You will actually need to reach a cart so you can take this track and move forward.
Start by jumping across to reach the platform where there is a trampoline. Use it to reach the upper floor.

From here, you will be able to spot two of your weapons scattered, the pistol and the Tommy Gun, on the left platform.

After you retrieve both of them, enter the door with the red light. To your surprise, you will find the sign says Goldfish, which is your nickname, alongside the paper of your final exam. How does he know?

Anyways, we can’t delay with these questions. Clearly, it’s a trick of the mind from Mr. Twister. Inside this room, there is a green button. Interact with it to summon the cart that you need.

Go back outside and to the previous room where you destroyed the red wall. Here, you will find the cart waiting for you. Ride the cart through the track until it stops. There is a track blocker, and we need to remove it.
Find A Way To Clear The Track Blocker

Get off the cart and defeat the enemies here. You will find two more of your weapons, the Marble Magnum and Sharp Gun. Be careful, as there is a turret guarding them, so be sure to destroy it.

When the turret is destroyed, use the trampoline here to reach the upper platform, where you can retrieve another weapon of yours, which is the Bubble Gun.

From here, take the stairs down, and you will find the rest of your weapons in the room below, alongside a Real Boy Station and a few display cases where you can get additional ammo or treats in exchange for tickets.

Now that Vincent has everything he needs, he’s ready to reach the Tower Top. Exit this room through the round door and you will reach a huge room where you will need to defeat multiple enemies here.

It shouldn’t be a problem now since you have all your weapons. When you’re done, on the upper floor there is an Employees Only door.

Go inside and interact with the green button that will remove the barrier blocking the cart from continuing on the track. Backtrack all the way to the cart, ride it, and continue your trip.

Once it’s done, go through the door, and you will reach the room where there is a Red Key. Pick it up, then interact with the lever. This will take you back to the start of the Lightspeed Land.
Go Through The Galactic Cinema

With the Red Key at hand, unlock the Galactic Cinema door and enter. You will find another tape of Vincent and Charlotte back in the day. Listen to it and then continue following the path to reach the cinema.
Just outside, you will see a poster of Return to the Twisted Tower with you, Vincent, on the poster, and it says it’s filmed live. This makes Vincent extremely confused.

Enter the cinema and watch the screen. You will see that it’s all real. Vincent is the lead in this new movie, and it seems that all this time he was in the tower chasing Charlotte; Mr. Twister was just using him to get his film.

When the show is done, look up and grapple to the vent system. Go through it, and you will find another tape waiting for you.

The most strange part about this tape is that it was from the day Vincent proposed to Charlotte, which was at the beginning of the game, right before she got kidnapped.

Was Mr. Twister spying and stalking him all this time just so Vincent could play in his movie?
Go to the end of the passage, and you will see Piper waiting for you there. The clock ticks to midnight, and the Twisted Beast is here. Vincent needs to hurry.

To exit the sewer system, you need to activate the numerous caged torches and use the trampolines to reach the door at the top so you can exit.

Just outside the door, you will find the casting agent one more time. Speak to him, and he will praise your “acting skills.” What an odd thing to say when Vincent is fighting for his life to save the love of his life.
