Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is quite a long game, with around 30 main quests or chapters. In this game, your choices during conversations and your actions matter a lot, so it is important to make the right ones. After completing the previous four chapters, you will receive the first warning sign telling you that proceeding will lock you out of many side quests.
Continuing will result in your waking up as Fabien and exploring his memory. The next quest can be quite complicated, as it introduces many new characters. Here, I will provide you with a thorough walkthrough of Chapter 10, Blood Sisters – The Night Out, in Bloodlines 2.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is an action role-playing video game where your choices in dialogue matter. They can affect gameplay and your relationships with other characters. Depending on the choices you make, the ending of the game can change. This playthrough is based on the choices I made throughout my journey. That said, I tried to be positive in all of my encounters.

Speak With Verona

After interacting with the bed, the Keep the Peace quest will be concluded, and you will return to the sunflower field. Simply approach the giant tree and wait for the dialogue to finish. Afterward, you will wake up as Fabien. Verona will be standing right in front of you, and as soon as you wake up, a conversation will begin.
After a while, you will get some dialogue options to choose from. I chose “Now, now. Settle down.” and Verona did not react to this choice. She will continue talking for a while and eventually leave. After that, your objective will update to investigate Verona’s evidence.
Investigate Verona’s Evidence

Inspect the evidence on the table in front of you, and after a short while, a pop-up will appear. It will inform you about a new ability (limited to Fabien) called Spirit’s Touch. Press L2 + Square or LB + X to activate this ability. Use it on the letter placed on the table, and it will begin speaking to you.
You will then get four options to choose from, three questions, and one option to leave (though you cannot leave before completing the task). Choose all the following options in any order: “Nice lettering!”, “You’re a little marked-up.”, and “That’s an interesting aroma.”
After that, a new option will appear: “Good talk.” Choose it to end the conversation. Once the conversation is over, you will receive two new tasks: Question Verona about her hangouts and Check Police Records for the Rebar Killer. You can complete them in any order; however, I chose to start with the former.
Question Verona About Her Hangouts

After leaving the room, head straight and then take a left. Take another left, go up the small stairs, and you will find Verona sitting in the interrogation room. Interact with her to start a conversation and ask all the questions that appear on the screen. After talking to her, you will gain four new leads. You will then be tasked to search for leads at The Dutchman Bar, The Hole in the Wall Bar, The Glacier Hotel, and The Makom Bar.
You will need to visit all of these locations to get more leads and figure out what’s going on. That said, before leaving the police station, it is best to complete the second objective inside. Do note that you will need to recharge your ability. The drunk man is in the same spot, so head over to him and drink his blood to recharge your ability for the next task.
Check Police Records For The Rebar Killer

After getting the leads from Verona, go through the exit and up the stairs. Just ahead on the left, you will find the records area. Head inside, and as you approach the filing cabinets to your right, your crosshair will grow larger and turn red. Press L2 + Square or LB + X to activate Spirit’s Touch, which will start a conversation with the filing cabinet.
After a short while, you will get several dialogue options to choose from. You need to ask the filing cabinet all the questions, as they are necessary to progress. You will not be able to leave until you have asked every question. Once you have done so, select the option to leave, and then you will need to choose a lead from the map to continue your investigation.
Search For Leads At The Dutchman Bar

Once you have finished both of the previous tasks, exit the police station and open your map to select another objective. Choose the one located at the top left, as it is the closest to you. After selecting it, head toward the quest marker and enter the bar.
Go straight ahead inside, and you will see a man with glasses (Benny) sitting alone on a sofa. Approach and talk to him. This is the same Benny you previously fought, so after some initial dialogue, several options will appear. Ask him both available questions, and then you will get more options to choose from. I selected “The Makom Bar killing. Same M.O.” and Benny did not react to this choice.

After talking for a little while longer, more options will appear. I chose “We never caught him last time.” and after a bit more dialogue, the conversation ended. Once it is over, you can interact with several items inside the bar, but it is not required. Still, make sure to explore the area, as in one of the rooms, you will find a Blood Elixir.

After exploring, go up the stairs, enter the room to your left, then continue ahead and take a right. You will notice a bald man with tattoos sitting on a sofa. Talk to him, and you will get several dialogue options. I chose “It’s an official investigation.” followed by “I think there’s a Hunter.” However, you will not gain much information here, and your investigation in The Dutchman Bar will be completed.
It is worth noting that at around the bar (outside), you can find a person, whom you can feed on to recharge your ability, as that would be necessary.
Important Note
It is worth noting that Glacier Hotel and Makom Bar will also be marked on your map as locations to visit. However, I have visited both places, and you will only end up exhausting a lead, so it’s alright if you choose not to go. Also, note that Shelby is standing right in front of the Glacier Hotel, so if you want to recharge your ability, you can head there and drink her blood.
Search For Leads At The Hole In The Wall Bar

After hitting a wall at the Dutchman Bar, it is time to select a new location on the map. At the bottom left, you will notice a quest marker. Select it and follow the marker until you reach the Hole in the Wall Bar. It is a little far away, so exit the Dutchman Bar and start making your way toward the Hole in the Wall Bar. You can use Fabien’s sprint in public, so it will not take much time to reach the location.

Once you arrive, open the door and approach the bartender. Talk to him, and you will get several dialogue options to continue the conversation. I chose “I’m tracking down some partygoers…” and Fabien gained a new lead. After your conversation with the bartender, head to the pool table on your right and use Spirit’s Touch on it.
Using the ability will start a conversation with the pool table, and you will get some dialogue options to choose from. There will only be one initial question, so select that, and then more options will appear. Ask all the questions to finish the conversation. Once it ends, your objective will update, allowing you to select a new location on the map.
Search For Leads At Westenra Construction Site

After exiting the Hole in the Wall Bar, head to the Westenra Construction Site by following the quest marker. You will need to crouch to enter the area, and right in front of you will be a cement mixer. Interact with it, as it is one of the items you need to inspect. After inspecting it, use your heightened senses to discover a scent trail.
Follow the scent, and eventually, you will have to crawl to continue. Once inside, you will find several items you can interact with. On a mattress nearby, there will also be a mobile phone (on the opposite side will be a blood elixir). You cannot interact with it directly, but you can use Spirit’s Touch on it. Do so to trigger a conversation with the phone. Shortly after, you will get several dialogue options to choose from.

I selected the following questions: “Got any pictures?”, “Anyone left a voicemail?”, and “Aww, you wanna play Snake?” After this, the conversation will end, and Fabien will gain a new lead. This will also complete the investigation at the Westenra Construction Site, so open your map and select the last location to continue.
Search For New Leads At The Dutchman Bar

After conducting the investigation at the Westenra Construction Site, you will notice that the Search for leads at the Dutchman Bar objective has returned. However, this time you need to look for new leads. Select the location on the map and follow the quest marker.
The Dutchman Bar is not far away. When you reach the location, open the door, head inside, go upstairs, and talk to Silky again. Benny will still be sitting in the same spot, but it is not worth talking to him, as it will not lead to anything, and you will not get any dialogue options. So, simply go upstairs and talk to Silky.

When the conversation with Silky begins, you will get some dialogue options to choose from. I selected “I found this in a ghoul’s haven.” By the time the conversation ends, Fabien will have a new lead.
Search For Leads At Aurora Pawn

After you are done talking to Silky, your objective will update to select a new lead from the map to investigate. Open the map and select the next location, which will be Aurora Pawn. Once you have done that, exit the Dutchman Bar and follow the quest marker. When you reach the location, open the door and talk to Niko, who will be at the cash counter on the left.

When you talk to Niko, you will get several dialogue options to choose from. You can ask the optional question, but I went straight with “I’m looking for a memory…” Shortly after that, you will get more options. I selected “It paid her bar tab., “I have a ticket.”, and with this, Fabien will gain a new lead.
Afterward, you will get additional options. I chose “Do you know why she pawned the locket?” and then selected “(Leave.)” to end the conversation. This will complete your investigation at the Aurora Pawn Shop, and your objective will update again to select a new lead to investigate.
Question Verona About Ravenna

Now that you have conducted investigations in several different places, it is time to go back to Verona to ask her some more questions. Open your map, select the police station, and choose the quest. Then, follow the quest marker and enter the police station.
Once inside, head straight to the interrogation room and talk to Verona. If you are unsure where the interrogation room is, go down the stairs, head through the door, and go to the right. Then take a left, and you will see Verona sitting straight ahead.
Interrogating Verona

Interact with Verona, and a conversation will be triggered. Shortly after, you will get some dialogue options to choose from. There are several questions you can ask her, but you can also proceed with other options. Note that the available dialogue options depend on which leads you investigated. If you did not follow the same order I did, you may have skipped some and might not see the same dialogue.
If you followed my walkthrough, you should have the same options. The initial dialogue options that appeared for me were:
- Tell me about this locket.
- Seems you went to the Dutchman.
- You made it to the Hole in the Wall.
- (Leave.)
I selected “Tell me about this locket.”, and shortly after, four more dialogue options appeared. The dialogue options that appeared for me are the following:
- You may as well come clean.
- Don’t worry, it’s not a crime I care about.
- I’m trying to catch a killer here.
- Does the name Ravenna mean anything?
I chose Don’t worry, it’s not a crime I care about, and after a brief conversation, three more dialogue options appeared:
- Case closed.
- Your briefing was too brief.
- This is about to get complicated.
I selected “Your briefing was too brief.” and the conversation ended. At this point, Fabien has solved the case, but things have become more complicated.
Report Rebar Killer Theory To Prince Campbell

After talking to Verona, your objective will be updated. You now have a new lead, so open the map, and you will see several objectives. On the right side of the map, there is an objective about preventing Ravenna’s murder. Just above it, there is another objective that may have appeared earlier, but there is no harm in completing it first.
Head over to Weaver Tower, take the elevator to the 21st floor, and go to the Prince. Talk to her, and several dialogue options will appear. I chose “I need to see the Chief, right away.”, and the conversation ended. After that, select the quest tasking you with preventing Ravenna’s murder.
Prevent Ravenna’s Murder

After talking to the Prince, open the map and select the other lead. You now need to prevent Ravenna’s murder, so follow the quest marker. Upon reaching the Atrium, talk to the security guard outside. He will inform you that this is a private party and only invited members can enter.

Before using your disguising ability, you need to select an option from the dialogue or choose to leave. It does not matter which option you select at this stage, as there is no right or wrong answer yet. After this, use your disguising ability to alter your appearance and talk to the guard again.
Once you speak to him in disguise, you will get several dialogue options. Select “Government sessions are always a grind.” This will advance the conversation, impress the guard, and prevent him from becoming suspicious. Choosing any other option will make him suspicious. After that, select “Thank you, citizen.” and the guard will let you in.

Open the door, and once the loading screen ends, head inside and talk to Ysabella, who will be dancing in the middle of the room. Shortly after, a conversation will be triggered. I chose “Do you know Ravenna?”, followed by “I’m tracking down a killer.”

After talking to Ysabella, turn around and go up the stairs (opposite to Ysabella). At the top, you will notice a room with red lights. Enter the room and inspect some broken glass on the floor. Go ahead, and on your right will be more stairs. Ascend the stairs, follow the path, and enter through the passage to your right. Open the door ahead, and you will see Revanna’s body.
Investigate The Crime Scene

Upon opening the door, you will see that Ravenna has been murdered in the same manner as Pandora was in The Cigarette Girl quest. You will need to use the Spirit’s Touch ability to interact with Ravenna.
Once the conversation is initiated, you will get several dialogue options. Ask her all of the questions, and after asking the last one, the story will take you further back into the past.
Talk To Everyone In The Past

After going further back into the past, you will witness Fabien talking to Rosalind. After a while, three dialogue options will appear. I chose “I get it, I promise.”, and shortly afterward, Lou joins the conversation. Then, more dialogue options will appear. I chose “Good evening, my other Prince.”, and Lou will leave shortly after.
Following that, you will get additional options. I selected “The Carstairs matter?”, followed by “I should circulate.” This will conclude the conversation with Rosalind. After finishing this conversation, turn to your right, and you will find Hector. Talk to him, and some dialogue options will appear. Ask all the available questions, and then leave.

After speaking with Hector, you will notice stairs in the opposite direction. To the left of the stairs, Isaac is sitting on a sofa. Talk to him, and then go to the right side, where Fletcher is located. Upon talking to him, some dialogue options will appear. I selected “Hello, Mr. Fletcher.”, and then I left the conversation.
After speaking to Fletcher, head to the right, where you will find Gideon and Safia next to the fireplace. You will receive some questions as options, so ask all of them if you want to.
Important Note
Before talking to Lou, it is important to note that speaking to everyone else in the area first will result in the achievement or trophy Keep ‘Em Talking. If you head upstairs and speak to Lou before talking to everyone else, you will not receive the achievement.
Talk To Lou

Now that you have talked to everyone here, go up the stairs and have a chat with Lou. Shortly afterward, some dialogue options will appear. I selected “What is it you need?”, “Any names?”, and “This is quite the shindig.” Your conversation will be interrupted by loud voices coming from a nearby room. Lou will then rush to the room along with Fabien and discover that something terrible has happened. After this, the quest, Chapter 10, Blood Sisters – The Night Out, in Bloodlines 2 will end, and you will wake up as Phyre in the present.
Since you played as Fabien during this quest, you will not receive any EXP or rewards. This is consistent with what happened in the previous Fabien-focused quest, so it is not surprising.
