Now that you are in the latter half of Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2, a lot of things may have started to make sense. However, some dots are still not connected, which will soon change. The next quest on your list is going to be a big one, but it is fairly straightforward.
Seattle’s New Normal is similar to Prove Yourself and Keep the Peace because this quest also requires you to complete three others before it appears. You will need to finish Putting Out the Trash, Dish of the Day, and A Kiss from Prospero before you can start Seattle’s New Normal in Bloodlines 2. Here is a simple guide on how to complete each of these quests easily.
On a side note, if you want to see the public reception of Bloodlines 2, head over to its Steam page to read the reviews.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is an action role-playing video game where your choices in dialogue matter. They can affect gameplay and your relationships with other characters. Depending on the choices you make, the ending of the game can change. This playthrough is based on the choices I made throughout my journey. That said, I tried to be positive in all of my encounters.

Bloodlines 2 – Putting Out The Trash Walkthrough

After completing The Prince of Seattle, two quests will automatically appear on your map. Select one and follow the quest marker. I chose Putting Out the Trash in Bloodlines 2.
Prince Ryoung will be at the Makom Bar, and after talking to her, you will need to meet Niko. Note that Ryoung will be annoyed if you choose the “And in return?” dialogue option, but the rest are safe to use.
Meet Niko At Aurora Pawn

After talking to Ryoung, head over to Niko and start a conversation. After speaking with Niko, you will be tasked with going to the back room. Once you do, you will find Agent Baker there. The final dialogue option seems to affect the ending you get, so choose the one you want. I went with the safe option, “Lead them out of Seattle.”, and Baker respected it.
Return To Prince Ryong

After that, go back to Ryong, and if you have not already told her about Baker, it is time to come clean. Again, the last dialogue option seems to affect the ending, so think before selecting. I went with “Seattle could be home.”, and Ryong was pleased by that.
After the conversation is over, the Putting Out the Trash quest in Bloodlines 2 will be concluded, and you will receive 1,500 EXP as a reward. So, open your map and select the next quest, Dish of the Day, in Bloodlines 2.
Bloodlines 2 – Dish Of The Day Walkthrough

Your objective after the quest starts will be to meet with Lou. Head over to her, and when the conversation begins, you will get several dialogue options to choose from. These options seem important and may play a significant role in the ending you get (though not as major as killing or embracing Agent Baker).
The following are the dialogue options I went with:
- Then perhaps it is my city now.
- Ryong is strong.
- I am at your disposal.
- Very well.
Identify A Wealthy, Female, Sanguine For Lou

After your conversation with Lou Graham is over, you will need to find a victim for her. Verona immediately comes to Fabien’s mind, so you can choose her, but this is optional. You can also find a victim on the streets of Seattle, though I recommend warning Verona first.
This choice may impact your ending. You can find Verona at the top of the Atrium. Talk to her and select “If Lou comes near you – run.”, to warn her. Doing so will also earn you an achievement.

Finding a victim is fairly easy. Use your heightened senses to locate a woman with a pink glow. Then, start a conversation with her and choose the option “(Mark for Lou.)”.
Return To Lou

After you have found a suitable victim, talk to Lou, and when your conversation is over, the Dish of the Day quest in Bloodlines 2 will be concluded. You will also get 1,500 EXP as a reward. Now, you need to complete the last quest, A Kiss from Prospero to unlock Seattle’s New Normal in Bloodlines 2.
Bloodlines 2 – A Kiss From Prospero Walkthrough

Upon selecting the quest from the map, you will be tasked with meeting Safia at the Wake the Dread cafe. However, she will not be there, so first talk to Mrs. Thorn. Before that, sit on the sofa in front of where Safia usually sits to wait for her. This will trigger a conversation with Fabien.
After the conversation is over, head over to Mrs. Thorn and talk to her. Ask her about Safia, and when the conversation ends, make your way to the Volunteer Park Conservatory to meet her. Upon entering, you will need to follow Safia’s trail.
Follow Safia’s Trail

Upon entering, go left and follow the path. Just ahead, on the white door, you will notice a hand-shaped blood stain. Open the door, go forward, and you will come across some Unbirthed monsters. After defeating them, you will notice that the door ahead is locked. However, there is a vent at the top of the door that you can go through. Climb through on your right and use telekinesis to remove the first cover.

Then, approach to remove the second cover. Enter, defeat more monsters, and go through the opened door to your right. There are some ghouls inside, but they are not a major problem. Defeat them, and at the end of the path, you will find a locked door. Break the lock and enter.
The path ahead is quite simple, but if you are unsure where to go, use heightened senses to follow the blood trail. Eventually, you will come across a room full of ghouls. This may be a tough fight, but since you can replenish your health at any time by using the feed mechanic, it becomes much easier. Defeat them and make sure to grab Phyre’s Mark from the north side.

After that, open the door on the northwest side of the room to proceed. The path is fairly linear; continue forward, and you will eventually reach a metal door. Before opening it, go to the left and use heightened senses to grab another Phyre’s Mark. After that, open the metal door, follow the path, and enter the elevator.
Continue ahead, open the next door, and you will find another Phyre’s Mark to your right. After collecting it, proceed down the hallway while defeating the Unbirthed monsters along the way.
Continue Following Safia’s Trail

You will eventually reach an area, and Phyre will say, “What is this place?” On the opposite side, inside a strange room, you will find a Phyre’s Mark. Grab it, then jump down. On the opposite side, there will be a door; go through it, open the next door, and keep making your way forward.
You will eventually come across more marked ghouls. After defeating them, head up the stairs. Defeat additional ghouls, open the door, and enter the elevator, which will take you further down. Defeat the ghouls along the way, then look for a large green exit door. It will be on the left side of the area, and at the top of it, you will find a Phyre’s Mark.

Break the lock to enter the room. Follow the linear path ahead, and a cutscene will be triggered, revealing a horrific sight. After the cutscene, you will return to Weaver Tower, talking with Tolly and Ryong. Eventually, Lou will join the conversation as well. In my playthrough, I did not side with Lou. When the conversation ends, the quests A Kiss from Prospero and Seattle’s New Normal in Bloodlines 2 will be concluded. You will receive 4,250 EXP as a reward.
If you are confused about how Seattle’s New Normal is also completed, it actually started during the A Kiss from Prospero quest in Bloodlines 2. Waiting for Safia and talking to Mrs. Thorn was part of this quest.
