Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is an action role-playing video game where your choices in dialogue matter. They can affect gameplay and your relationships with other characters. Depending on the choices you make, the ending of the game can change. This playthrough is based on the choices I made throughout my journey. That said, I tried to be positive in all of my encounters.

Meet Prince Ryong At Weaver Tower

After completing the In Chains of Lead and Gold quest, you will have enough points to unlock at least one new ability. Open the ability tree and activate whichever one is available to you. Then, exit the hotel, take a right, and follow the green marker to reach your next destination.

You now need to go to the Weaver Tower to meet with Prince Ryong. On the way, you will come across a person trying to steal a car. You can use the Feed mechanic here, but there are too many people around, so instead, talk to them; they will flee. After that, continue following the quest marker, and you will eventually reach the Weaver Tower (this part feels very reminiscent of Arasaka Tower).

Once you are at the location, interact with the glass door to open it. Inside, you will find a large number of ghouls. There are so many in the area that I recommend staying stealthy instead of fighting them all. You can fight them if you want to, but it’s better to be stealthy in this section.
Meet With Prince Ryong On The 21st Floor

You need to reach the 21st floor to meet the Prince. First, wait for a ghoul to move to the left side. When the ghoul goes there, crouch and follow it. Once you’re close enough, do a stealth takedown, then go back and hide behind the pillar. In my playthrough, the ghoul standing in the middle noticed the body and went to investigate. This gave me an opportunity to sneak behind her and take her out, too.

Even if the ghoul doesn’t investigate the body, there is nothing to worry about, as she will come right next to the pillar to the left. You can rotate around that and take her down from the back.
Now that you’ve already taken down two ghouls, it will be more difficult to stay hidden. Use telekinesis to attract one of the ghouls to your side and defeat it. After that, use your ability to quickly deal with the next one. Only two ghouls will remain, but they have guns, so be careful.

Since there are only two left, it shouldn’t be too hard to defeat them. Make sure to use the feed mechanic to restore health. You would have to defeat all the ghouls in the area and then enter the middle section. There will be a button to the left to call the elevator. After dealing with the ghouls, press the button, but the elevator won’t come. So, go to the right side and look for a vent on the top east side. Use telekinesis to remove the vent cover, jump up, and go inside.

Inside the vent, you can find Phyre’s Mark, which permanently increases your health and gives you 100 XP. It is located on the right side near a flashlight. Make sure to keep using your heightened senses to make the mark visible. Also, pay attention to your crosshair expanding, as it can help you spot hidden items. You can also find an elixir along your path inside the vent.
Defeat More Ghouls

The path ahead is pretty straightforward, so keep going until you reach a vent cover that can be opened. Open it, then drop down and attack a ghoul from above to instantly defeat it. There are four more ghouls in the area, so immediately use telekinesis to attract one and defeat it. Then use your ability to quickly finish off the next one. That just leaves two more, which should not be a problem. If an enemy is giving you trouble, you can always use telekinesis to disrupt their movement.

While you’re fighting the ghouls, a big one will appear out of nowhere. He hits very hard, so make sure to be careful around him. Also, defeat the one with a gun first, as he can be a nuisance during the fight. Lastly, focus all your attention on the big ghoul and finish him off quickly.

After that, enter the room with the green light on the left. The door will open automatically, and once you step inside, a cutscene will begin featuring Tolly. This will trigger a conversation between the two of you. In my playthrough, I chose the dialogue option “I have lifetimes of experience.” If you choose the other option, Tolly won’t be impressed.

Next, I selected “Anything I should know before meeting the Prince?” and “How did they get past your security?” to continue the conversation. The other dialogue options will lead to similar outcomes. Then, I chose “I met him. ‘Fuc* the Prince,’ he said.” Tolly was amused by this response.
After that, your conversation with Tolly will end, and it will be time to go find the Prince.
Continue Making Your Way To The 21st Floor

After talking to Tolly, go straight and open the vent cover ahead. After that, jump and get inside. Keep following the path, and eventually you will reach the end. Open the other side of the vent to get out. Inside the room, on the left side, there will be something you can inspect. Now, you need to unlock the door to proceed.
Activate your heightened senses. Through the glass, you will be able to see a button. Use telekinesis to press it, and the door will open. Once the door is open, go straight and jump to grab the ladder. Climb up, and when the ladder ends, double jump to the left side. Then, double jump to the opposite side to continue going up. Use your heightened senses to discover another Phyre’s Mark. Go back to obtain it, then return and jump back on top of the elevator.

To your right, there will be another ladder. Jump to it and climb up. When the ladder ends, double jump to the right, and to your east, you will find another ladder.

Climb this ladder as well, and once it ends, jump and move through the gap to your left. There will be a vent, so crouch and go inside (make sure to pick up the Fortiture Elixir right outside the vent). The vent is not very long, so exit from the other side. You will arrive in a lab with a scientist inside.
Approach her to start a conversation. Choosing “Look at me. Calm yourself.” will intrigue Safia. After that, I chose “I am.” and Safia was excited by this. Lastly, I selected “It would be a pleasure for us both,” and Safia was embarrassed by the response.
Meet With Prince Ryong

After speaking with Safia, your objective will update to “Meet with Prince Ryong.” There will be a couple of things nearby that you can interact with. Do so, then open the gate opposite Safia. After that, go right and take a left. Keep going straight and interact with the door at the end of the path.

Doing this will trigger a cutscene featuring Prince Ryong dominating a ghoul. After the cutscene, you will be given several dialogue options. I chose “I am the Nomad.” The Prince did not react, which is understandable. Then I selected “Just Phyre, if you will.” Safia appreciated this, and Ryong was amused.

For the next dialogue option, I chose “My meeting you, of course,” and Ryong liked that. After that, I selected “Perhaps we can help each other,” and Ryong appreciated this as well. You can also choose “I would be most grateful,” which Ryong will respond to positively.
While the conversation continues, Tolly will join. I chose “How may I atone?” and Ryong liked this response. Finally, I selected “Do I have permission to leave, Prince?” and the conversation came to an end.
With this, Chapter Three, The Fires of Industry, in Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will come to an end. It wasn’t a long quest, but it’s important to select the right choices to build a better relationship with the characters.
