Nathan’s Apartment

Our objective in this part of the game is to find a lead on where Nathan’s girlfriend is, and find a way to get out of the apartment. Most of this part, however, is about picking up items that will be useful later in the game.

After Nathan wakes up and is controllable, we begin our picking-up spree by picking up the hoverboard next to the bed. Also pick up the meds placed on the sink to the left of the door.

Press the elevator button to go upstairs. There are two arcade machines here. Open the coin return of the left arcade (the coin return is located well below the screen), and Nathan will pick up the coins here.

Pick up the Ultra Glove of Power located on the workbench to the far right of the screen. Try to pick up the hardware and a jumper will fall out. Pick up the jumper.

Pick up the tools hanging above the workbench to get a screwdriver.

Use the screwdriver from your inventory with the coin return of the right-hand-side arcade machine. This will net you a PlaySafe card.

On the left side of the screen, pick up the broom in the shower and finally, read the lipstick writing on the mirror.

Now go back downstairs using the elevator. Here, use the broom from your inventory with the flipped corner of Jay’s poster (it’s above the books, which are above the bed).

Examine the poster after using the broom, and Nathan will note a code that’s written on it.

Now press the buttons on the bed above the drawer, and the drawer will start malfunctioning. Use the screwdriver from your inventory on the drawer to get it to stay open. Interact with the jacket to get your credit card. Remember to pick up the screwdriver after.

Finally, go out of the balcony to the left of the screen.

Use the balcony keypad and Nathan will use the code he found on Jay’s poster. This will take him down. Walk all the way right and use the bike to head on to Pill Street.

By the time you are leaving for Pill Street, you should have:

• AVR Headset
• Hoverboard
• Meds
• Heap of coins
• Ultra Glove of Power
• Jumper
• Broom
• Screwdriver
• PlaySafe Card
• Credit Card

After you reach Pill Street, you can always return to your apartment to grab anything you need. You only have to use your bike for that.
