Vultures – Scavengers of Death is a dark survival-horror game where every bullet, medkit, and decision counts. You’ll be scavenging through dangerous areas, fighting off brutal enemies, and trying to survive in a world that constantly feels stacked against you. Expect tense exploration, creepy atmosphere, and plenty of moments where things can go very wrong very fast. This walkthrough for Vultures – Scavengers of Death will help you get through the game’s toughest sections, puzzles, and encounters without missing important items or secrets. Whether you’re stuck on a boss fight or just trying to survive longer, we’ve got you covered.
In this part of the walkthrough, we complete the Mission: Ashes of the Last Witness.

Mission: Ashes of the Last Witness
Back at HQ, select the mission, Ashes of the Last Witness. The goal is to look for any records or evidence that Thiago Schultz left behind. Once you select the mission you should take the Molotov from the Arsenal.

You can’t access the market right now as you have no credits. Click on Start Mission to get started. You get control of Leopoldo next. You need to get to the Detective’s office. You will also be told to bring back any valuables you find during the mission.
Search the Detective’s Office
Entrance
Walk through the chain link fence and you will see a Zombie standing there. Sneak behind it and select your knife. Next attack its head, 3 hits should kill it and end the turn.

You will now see there are three doors on each side.
The Garden
The left door leads to the garden. There are 6 zombies in the Garden.

Sneak behind the one on the right.

Once again, use the knife and stab it in the head. Move away back to the entrance if you can’t kill it during the turn. The other zombies will close in on you. Chuck a Molotov their way. But be wary you will not find another molotov in the entire level, so save it for a bigger crowd if you want.

Hold this position. The fire should take care of the two zombies nearest to you. Any zombies coming to you now will take burn damage. Keep shooting them and move to the top corner. They should all go down when you end the turn. Check the table on the left now, there are signs of a party. Go further up and interact with the statue. There is a door on the left and one on the right. Check the door on the left first.

There is a zombie near the door. Shoot it once in the head and once in the body to take care of it. Check the bodies in the corner to find a valuable item.

Janitorial Room
Open the door to the Janitorial room now. Pick up the Shotgun Shells on the right, the Firing Range key from the table and the First aid key atop the crates. Exit the room once you have all the loot.
The Garden
Back in the garden move towards the door on the other side. You can sneak past the zombie here on the floor.

South Corridor
You will be in combat immediately upon entering this corridor. Take out the zombie. You might take damage here. Keep an eye on your health gauge. There are two doors immediately on your right. The first door is the Instruction Room.
Instruction Room
There are two zombies here.

Shoot the first one and if you are unlucky you wont be able to kill any in the first turn. Check the lockers on the left for Pistol Ammunition. Check the note on the table. Check the door on the right to get into the lobby.
Lobby
The door to your left is blocked and you cant enter from here. Pick up the Med Kit from the table on the top. There are four doors other the blocked one and the one you came in here with. The one on the right leads back to the Entrance.
Secondary Goal: Access the Firing Range
Head back to the South Corridor.
South Corridor
Once again you will enter combat right away. Keep your distance and shoot it down. Check the second door on the right to find the Break Room.
Break Room

Save here. Heal if you need to. Head back out to the corridor.
South Corridor
A bit further ahead are two doors. The left one leads to the Firing Range. The right one leads to the Interrogation Room.
Interrogation Room
There is a point of interest here.

Interact with the corpse to get the Control Room card.
South Corridor
Back here again. You can find Pistol Ammunition on the top right corner. There is a zombie on the left. The door on the right is blocked. That leaves two unopened doors on the other side.

Check the one furthest away from the zombie first. Once you unlock it, you will be in the Firing Range.
Firing Range
Check the weapon rack for the Shotgun. Go back out to the South Corridor. Shoot the sleeping zombie in the head for an insta kill. Now open the door to get to the archive.
Search the Detective’s Office (continued)
The Archive
Inside the archive you will find a zombie between the shelves. Its got 24 HP so you wont kill it with the pistol in one turn. Pop a couple of shots and fall to the corner. Take it out as it tries to follow. Pick up the pistol ammo and exit the room.

Head to the break room and save. Head back to out and to the Lobby now. The two doors on the left are locked. So take the only other door that you can access out. This leads to the East Wing.
East Wing
As you enter the East Wing you will find a zombie with its back turned to you. Sneak behind it to take it out, but this will engage the other zombie in the room. You will be hit most likely but a couple of rounds should see you take them both down. When the hp on the zombies are low enough switch to your knife to conserve bullet. There are two doors heading out of East Wing. Take the one on the left first to enter the Waiting Room.

Waiting Room
Check the corpse on the right for Pistol ammunition. There are two doors here, one on the right leads back to the entrance and the other one is locked. So go back to the East Wing and take the other door. That leads to the Detective’s Office.
Detective’s Office
Immediately you will notice there are two zombies here. But there are three more in the dark. Take the one on the right out first.

You will have 3 more in front of you and two more will rush you. Since they will close in on you I suggest using Buckshot on the shotgun.

Another trick is to shoot their legs to not let them get close to you as that immobilizes them. Once they are all down pick up the ammo from the desk. There is a healing station on the left. Check the table in the middle of the room to find out what happened with Thiago. We need to check the Interrogation Room, Evidence Vault and Isolation Cells.
Head to the Interrogation room if you haven’t picked up the Control Room Card earlier.

If not take the door on the north side of the Detective’s Office to get to the Chief’s Office.
Chief’s Office
There is a very tanky mini boss here.

Examine the Evidence Vault
Pick up the first aid kit and then the code for the Evidence Vault from the table.

Exit the chief’s office and head to the bottom door that’s besides the healing point.
North Corridor
Take the zombie on your immediate left out.

Once he is down move to the left to create distance from the other zombie coming in. Immobilize him and take him out. Check the door on the left to find the Break Room.
Break Room
Pick up the ammo and the med kit and save. Go back out to the North Corridor. Follow it down till you reach the end. There is a healing point to the left. Use it if you need but otherwise exit to the Northwest Corridor.
Northwest Corridor
There are three pretty tough zombies here to the left. Move around the space to take them all out. Inside the cell you can pick up Shotgun shells.

At the end of the corridor, you can pick up a Valuable from the table.

There are three doors in the Northwest Corridor. Check the northern door first. Its locked by a code. The code is 210708. This will now let you enter the Evidence Vault.
Evidence Vault
Inside this room, you can pick up Thiago’s Cassette from the shelf directly ahead. Its marked with an exclamation point. At the right of this shelf, you can pick up the Control Room Key from the table. Go back out to the Northwest Corridor and head south to the right door first. The left door is locked. This will lead you to the Press Room.
Go to the Interrogation Room
Press Room
The Press Room has four zombies that you need to take out. Focus on the with 30 HP first. Get to the corner and get them to come in towards you and pick them off from distance. Pick up the document from the podium in the middle of the room. There is pistol ammo on the far side of the room as well. Two doors lead out of the Press Room. Take the left one first.

The door will unlock so head in.
Southwest Corridor
You will enter combat immediately upon entering. Take out the lone zombie. There is a door on the left that leads back to the lobby. Heading to the right will set off two more zombies. Shoot them down and once they close in, stab them. Pick up the valuable from atop the boxes on the left.

Take the path to the left and enter the Interrogation Room.
Interrogation Room
Check the table in the middle of the room to find the document you need. Go back into the Southwest Corridor and unlock the door to the South Corridor on the left. Open the door head to go into the Control Room.
Check the Isolation Cells
Control Room
Once inside pick up the Pistol Ammo on the left. Heal from the healing point if you need to. Interact with the large console to open the Isolation Cells. Head back to the Detective’s Office and take the door on the right.
Isolation Cells
Watch the cutscene that starts when you move to the left. Once it’s all done head to extraction.
