Winter Burrow is nearing its end, and there are only a couple of quests left to complete. This part of the walkthrough will run you through the remaining quests of all characters you managed to bond with. You have your work cut out for you, as there are a few tasks you need to complete here. To learn more about the game, check out the Steam Page.

How To Bake Pies For Bufo
Bufo will now ask you to make two pies, namely Blackberry Pie and Rowanberry Pie. You can obtain Blackberries in the area surrounding Bufo’s home. Some of them are just on the ground, while you can break Blackberry trees to obtain these.
You also need forest jam to make Blackberry pies, so first, just make them using a stove. You need five Elderberries and Blackberries. For Rowan Berry pies, you need Wild Jam, which can be made using five Blueberries and Rowanberries.
Elderberries can be easily found near your home. Blueberries are found in the area near Gnawtusk. To find Rowanberries, go to the area on the left of your home. Break the rocks with Pickaxe, and you will find Rowanberries on the trees here. Make sure to also grab Hazelnet from here, as you will need that to make Hazelnut cookies to make the pie.
Bring all the pies back to Bufo. He will give you a key, which you need to hand over to Pollywog. Go back to talk to Bufo again, and their questline will be complete.
How To Find Willow
You can meet another character in the area where you found Rowanberries. Just go left from the open area, and you will find Willow here. He will ask you to find his notebook, but it will be right outside your home. You then just need to talk to him again. You will get a recipe for a better shovel, and Willow then asks you to find another of his tunnels.
The new shovel will help you find that tunnel of his. Use it near your home, where you found Willow’s notebook. You will find a tree branch here. Willow will give you a Berry, and you can take it back to your Aunty. You will now need to complete Moss’s questline to get a better axe to continue further.
If you haven’t given Gnawtusk her stashes of berries yet, you should do that to complete her questline as well.
Moss Quests Continued
Talk to your Aunty, and she will give you a Shawl, you need to take it to Moss. He will give you a recipe for the stew. You need to make the healing stew for Aunty. This Mushroom Stew will feature four different kinds of Mushrooms.
- The Yellow Brittlegill Mushrooms can be found near Willow’s area.
- The Chanterelle Piece is near your home.
- Garlic Parachute Mushroom
- Shrimp Mushroom
Make the stew for Aunty, and you will get the recipe for Flint axe. Make sure to craft all these new tools, so you can unlock new areas. You now have all the tools to their maximum upgrade in Winter Burrow. You can also obtain Silk Thread by breaking up the webs, and then you can spin them into Silk Yarn.
Find More Signs Of Pinesap
You need to now look for clues for Pinesap again. Go north of the area from the shell in Gnawtusk’s area. You will find an abandoned cart. Use the strong axe to break the plants. You will find the fine wooden hood near the tree.
Go back and return it to Moss. You now have to get back to the same area where you found the hood. Break the rocks on the left and move forward. Pick up the pendant in this area, and you will complete Moss’ quest.
Time to return back to Willow. He will ask you to find a Mole artefact. Keep going right in the area, and then southeast, and then move south when you reach a dead end. You will now want to disable spiders from the settings, they are really annoying and hard to beat.
Keep moving down, and you will run into a spiky plant, which you can break using your new axe. You will run into a weird-looking thing. Pick up the Helmet from here and return it back.
Just keep talking, and Willow will then ask for some Hazelnuts, deliver them to him, and the quest will end.
How To Fix Aunty’s Burrow
Talk to Aunty again, and a cutscene will play. Talk to her again, and it seems that she has made a pie for Willow. Go back and bring it to the mole.
Talk to Willow twice, and when you hand him the berries. A cutscene will play, and your chat with Willow will end for now. Go back to Aunty, and the quest to repair her home will start. You will need a couple of resources to repair it.
- Birch Plank, which you can get by processing Birch found in Willows’s area.
- Oak Plank, made by processing Oak, which you get from Bufo’s area.
- Granite, break Granite rocks.
- Silk Yarn, Gather silk threads and spin them into silk yarn.
Aunty will then plan a grand dinner, and you just need to give invitations to every character you met. Then talk to Aunty one again, you will see another scene, and Winter Burrow will end.
